Abstract
A queuing model has been developed for a system having three servers wherein a customer may revisit to any of the servers. The visit of the customer is limited to maximum twice. Customer may require the services of one or all the servers. If he/she requires the service of more than one server, then first of all he/she will visit to first customer and then may go to any of the other two servers in the system. After getting the service from any of the servers, the customer may revisit to any other server or may leave the system at any stage depending upon his/her satisfaction. Whenever, a customer revisits, the probability of leaving the server does not remain same as that was for leaving that server on his/her previous visit. The waiting time of the customer in the system is derived from the mean queue length of the customer in the system and the graphical analysis of the model is done thereafter.

Abstract
An overwhelming majority of coalmine workers especially those who are daily rated or piece rated in Argada area belong to rural peasantry of Bihar and Jharkhand whereas most of the officers have joined this job due to high pay packages and facilities of a central government employee. Daily rated and piece rated workers are also paid well, according to the central government pay scales. Most of the mine workers come from rural areas and their previous one or moi e generations were peasants or used to cultivate their small pieces of land, which later on became unsustainable to earn a livelihood as the pressure on their land further increased, every next generation.

Abstract
The Bhagvad Gita is a poetic narrative in the form of a conversation between Krishna and Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. In the battle field Arjun was strucked, when he saw his relatives as the opponents. To motivate him the Bhagvad Gita is preached in the battle field by Lord Krishna to Arjun. It is considered as the greatest scriptures of the Vedic philosophy. It shows the ways to live a spiritual cum material life consequently. In the Bhagvad Gita, the meaning of education fragranced in the Karma Yoga, Gyan Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. We can draw all aspects of educational philosophy, i.e. meaning of education, aims of education, importance of education, curriculum, teaching method and techniques, assessment techniques and roles of learner and teacher from Bhagvad Gita. Therefore this paper deals with the interpretation of educational aspects present in Bhagvad Gita.

Abstract
If it is concerned about the future of a community, local government as an institution of local administration places a focus on the need for regular public participation in developing and carrying out local development plans. The local government facilitates communication between elected politicians and the general public. For a local authority to run smoothly, the concept of citizen participation in local administration is essential because it opens a line of communication between both the leader and team members. The Gram Sansad (Amendment) Act was passed in West Bengal due to the sizeable territory and population of the Gram Panchayat. The researcher chose West Bengal's undivided Medinipur region to study rural development communication & development by the Panchayat.
