Investment is the employment of funds with the aim of achieving additional income or growth in value. Investment involves employment of funds judiciously by minimizing the risk of loss of funds and maximizing the return there on. Investing in various investment and avenues investors are attracts from all the way of walk of life irrespective of their occupations, economic status, and education. While investing in a particular asset, investors look into various factors risk, return, liquidity and easy marketability. This study is based on investment in physical and financial assets made by individual investors by studying the dependable variables like general profile of investors in selected area, their income ,savings, amount of investment in physical and financial assets, , motives for investment, periodicity ,length of investment as well as satisfaction level. The study reveals that majority of the investors have the annual income ranging from Rs.2,00,000 to Rs.3,00,000.The size of savings is in between Rs.1,00,000-Rs.1,50,000,majority of the investors investment is ranges between Rs.37501-Rs.75,000.Maximum number of investors preferences is to investment in financial assets I.e. bank deposits ,postal savings and insurance and gold and silver is the most preferred avenues in physical assets. Savings motivators are to meet contingent expenses, to be secure at old age, to meet domestic purpose. Majority of the investors prefer medium term, length of investment is 6-10 years. Majority of the investors satisfied with traditional investment avenue. The study suggest that investors must be educated and they need to check the quality of services and assets before select of any assets to get maximum return from the investment.

: Information and communication technology has been accepted as a necessary part of the educational system throughout the globe. Each learner required unique learning style; blended learning is better solution to students need. The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of blended learning enhance teaching competency among student teachers. Sample: 30 science students from Alagappa University College of education, Karaikudi, Sivagangai district, Tamil Nadu. Method: pre test post test experimental method as adopted for this study. Result: There was the significant difference between pre test and post test scores of teaching competency. This result reveals that blended learning is more effective method of teaching.

Bile acids are an end product of cholesterol catabolism produced in the liver. It comprises of Chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA), Deoxycholic acid (DCA), Lithocholic acid (LCA), Cholic Acid (CA) are act as an endogenous ligand by acting on the FXR receptor belongs to the nuclear receptor family to exert the various biological functions. FXR is considered as a chief regulator of bile acid metabolism as it is involved in all phases of the bio-synthetic pathway. Activation of these nuclear receptors by their respective ligands leads to a reduction in bile acid synthesis, promotion of lipid oxidation, drug metabolism and transport, as well as affecting cholesterol metabolism. Conversely dysregulation of bile acid metabolism has a significant impact on inflammatory and metabolic disorders, such as Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, diabetes, and obesity. In this review, we have summarized the regulation of bile acid synthesis, transport, absorption, different ligands for FXR and their chemical structure in detail.

Abstract The present study investigates teaching competence and reading habit of primary school teachers those who are undergoing B .Ed course and the significant relationship between teacher effectiveness and reading habit among primary school teachers those who are undergoing B .Ed course and their preferences and perceptions with regard to reading habit. In this study, teacher trainees is defined as the experienced ,educated, knowledgeable and patient teacher s of primary school those who are undergoing B.Ed course at different colleges of education The study was conducted on a sample of 100 of primary school teachers those who are undergoing B .Ed course .Appropriate statistical techniques were employed to collect the data. Survey results and analysis have indicated that the majority of the respondents have moderate and low reading habit.

Abstract: Cloud computing has demonstrated that processing very large datasets over commodity clusters can be done by giving the right programming model. Cloud can be meant as an infrastructure that provides resources and/or service over the internet. A cloud can be a storage cloud that provides block or file based storage service or it can be a compute cloud that provides computational services. Data mining is the process of analyzing data from different perspectives and summarizing it into useful information. Mining association rules is one of the most important aspects in data mining. Association rules are dependency rules which predict occurrence of an item based on occurrences of other items. Apriori is the best-known algorithm to mine association rules. The Apriori algorithm had a major problem of multiple scans through the entire data. It required a lot of space and time. The main issue with data mining techniques is that the space required for the item set and there operations are very huge. If we combine data mining techniques with cloud computing environment, then we can rent the space from the cloud providers on demand. This solution can solve the problem of huge space with better application usage in low cost. We can apply data mining techniques without taking any consideration of space. The modification in our paper suggests that we do not scan the whole database to count the support for every attribute. This is possible by keeping the count of minimum support and then comparing it with the support of every attribute. The support of an attribute is counted only till the time it reaches the minimum support value. using sector/sphere framework with association rules
