The emergence of Autonomous Cyber-Attacks (ACAs) represents a fundamental paradigm shift in digital warfare, moving away from human-mediated exploits toward self-evolving, machine-speed offensive agents. This review paper systematically analyzes the transition from traditional scripted attacks to AI-driven methodologies--specifically leveraging Reinforcement Learning for adaptive exploit discovery and Large Language Models for automated polymorphic malware generation--which significantly compress the time between vulnerability identification and system compromise. By synthesizing current research on the "automation of the OODA loop," the paper explores the technical mechanisms that allow these agents to bypass modern defenses, while simultaneously addressing the profound ethical crisis of the Attribution Paradox, where the complexity of neural networks prevents clear legal and political accountability. Ultimately, this study evaluates the widening gap between offensive AI agility and stagnant regulatory frameworks, arguing that the rise of autonomous digital threats necessitates a robust "AI vs. AI" defensive posture and a global re-evaluation of algorithmic liability to prevent unmanaged escalation in critical infrastructure.

V. S. Naipaul's "Finding the Centre" delves deep into the intricate quest for identity and belonging in a post-colonial world. This seminal work showcases Naipaul's personal and literary journey as he grapples with the complexities of his ancestral homeland, Trinidad, and the broader diasporic Indian experience. Through a blend of memoir, history, and cultural critique, Naipaul meticulously examines the tensions between tradition and modernity, colonial legacies, and the search for authentic selfhood. "Finding the Centre" thus emerges as a profound exploration of displacement, cultural dislocation, and the relentless pursuit of understanding one's roots in a fragmented global landscape. The characters in the novel often embark on journeys, both physical and metaphorical, to explore their cultural roots. He emphasizes the importance of understanding one's roots to make sense of the present. In this novel, the search for roots becomes a way to reconcile with their histories and find a sense of belonging. Eventually, the book often depicts the search for roots, in the past, an attempt to navigate their tensions and forge a cohesive sense of self.

The Indian technical textile industry offers vast opportunities for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises which plays an important role in Indian economy in terms of development, employment and growth. Micro and small scale sectors have enormous opportunities since they require less capital, adding more to their benefits are factors like government support, reservation for exclusive manufacture by small scale sector and exclusive purchase by the government, finance and subsidies, raw material and machinery procurement, manpower training, export promotion etc. Textile industry in India is also the only industry that has employed women since a very long time. Moreover, in India, from beginning garment manufacturing has always been one of the most women oriented sectors. Entrepreneurship among women can help them to overcome their vulnerability within the family and the society as a whole. Women micro entrepreneurs face lot of challenges like shortage of finance, high competition, conflict between work and domestic commitments, etc. In this paper an attempt has been made to analyze the challenge perceptions among women micro entrepreneurs in garment micro enterprises of Erode District.

The rapid adoption of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) has transformed the recruitment process by automating the initial screening of resumes. Although these systems improve efficiency, they often reject qualified candidates due to poor keyword matching, improper formatting, and lack of alignment between resumes and job descriptions. This paper presents ResuMatch, an AI-based resume screening and enhancement system designed to assist job seekers in optimizing their resumes according to ATS and industry requirements. The proposed system uses Natural Language Processing techniques to analyze resumes and job descriptions, compute an ATS compatibility score, identify missing skills and keywords, and perform skill gap analysis. It further provides personalized recommendations including suitable projects, relevant online courses, and alternative career paths, along with spelling and grammatical correction to improve resume quality. The integrated framework of ResuMatch offers a comprehensive solution for resume optimization and career guidance, helping candidates improve their chances of shortlisting in an increasingly competitive job market.

In India, competitive examinations play a crucial role in determining educational and career opportunities. The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) conducts highly competitive examinations for recruitment to various state government services. Government jobs are considered secure, prestigious, and socially desirable, leading to intense competition among aspirants. Thousands of candidates compete for a limited number of posts, resulting in prolonged preparation periods, repeated attempts, and uncertainty regarding success. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Jacobson's progressive muscle relaxation technique on stress levels among MPSC aspirants in the experimental group compared to control group. Methods : A quantitative research approach with a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test control group design was adopted. The study was conducted among MPSC aspirants enrolled in selected coaching institution of the city. Samples were selected by using non probability purposive sampling technique. Stress levels were assessed using a standardized perceived stress scale. The experimental group received Jacobson's Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique, while the control group received routine activities only. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and chi-square test. Result : The findings revealed that MPSC aspirants experienced moderate to high levels of stress during the pre-test. A statistically significant reduction in stress levels was observed in the experimental group after the administration of JPMR (p < 0.05), whereas no significant change was noted in the control group. Age in the experimental group and area of residence in the control group showed a statistically significant association with pre-test stress levels (p < 0.05). No significant association was found with other demographic variables. Conclusion : The study concluded that Jacobson's progressive muscle relaxation technique is an effective, simple, and non-pharmacological intervention for reducing stress among MPSC aspirants. Jacobson's progressive muscle relaxation technique can be incorporated as a stress-management strategy for competitive examination aspirants to promote mental well-being.

Structural transformation is a central feature of long-term economic development, involving the reallocation of resources from low-productivity sectors to high-productivity ones. This paper examines the long-term trajectory of structural transformation in the Indian economy with a focus on growth patterns, employment shifts, and sectoral reallocation across agriculture, industry, and services. Using secondary data drawn from national accounts, employment surveys, and policy documents, the study analyses changes in sectoral contribution to GDP, workforce distribution, and productivity differentials over time. The findings reveal that while India has experienced sustained economic growth and a significant rise in the services sector, the pace of employment absorption in industry has remained modest, leading to a phenomenon of "jobless growth" and a persistent dependence on agriculture for livelihoods. The paper also highlights the role of policy interventions, technological change, urbanization, and globalization in shaping India's uneven structural transformation. The study argues that the disjunction between output growth and employment generation poses serious challenges for inclusive and sustainable development. It concludes by emphasizing the need for labour-intensive industrialization, skill development, and balanced sectoral growth to ensure that structural transformation translates into broad-based employment and social equity.

Freshwater ecosystems of Central India play a vital role in supporting drinking water supply, irrigation, fisheries, and biodiversity. However, increasing anthropogenic pressure has resulted in noticeable deterioration of water quality across rivers, lakes, and reservoirs of the region. Physico-chemical water quality assessment is a fundamental approach for evaluating ecosystem health and water usability. This review synthesizes published studies from Central India, focusing on key parameters such as temperature, turbidity, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), total dissolved solids (TDS), hardness, alkalinity, and nutrients. Seasonal trends, ecosystem-wise differences, and the influence of domestic, agricultural, and industrial activities are critically examined using evidence from published literature. The review highlights major findings, ecological implications, research gaps, and future perspectives for sustainable freshwater management in Central India.

The Indian garment industry is one of the most significant contributors to employment generation and export earnings in the country. Tamil Nadu, in particular, has emerged as a major garment manufacturing hub due to the presence of well-established textile clusters such as Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Erode, and Salem. While the industry supports economic growth, it also faces serious challenges related to environmental degradation, excessive water and energy consumption, chemical pollution, waste generation, and labor welfare issues. These challenges have increased pressure on garment manufacturers to adopt sustainable supply chain management practices. Sustainable supply chain management focuses on integrating environmental protection, social responsibility, and economic efficiency throughout the supply chain. This study examines the extent to which sustainable supply chain practices are adopted by garment manufacturing firms in Tamil Nadu and evaluates their impact on overall sustainability performance. The study is based on secondary data collected from sustainability reports, government publications, industry associations, and certification agencies. A sample of 120 garment firms across major clusters was analyzed using descriptive and comparative methods. The findings indicate that firms adopting integrated sustainability practices demonstrate improved environmental efficiency, better labor standards, and stronger long-term competitiveness. The study highlights the importance of cluster-based initiatives and policy support in promoting sustainable supply chain practices within the Indian garment industry.
