This paper presents KisanAI, an integrated AI-powered assistant platform designed to mitigate the challenges of fragmented digital agricultural services in India. Developed using a high-performance stack of Next.js, React, and TypeScript, the platform unifies critical services into a single accessible interface. A central contribution of this work is the enhancement of digital inclusion through Hindi voice-based Q&A support tailored for rural dialects. The system employs Python-based AI/ML microservices to provide real-time crop health diagnostics via image analysis, enabling early detection of pests and diseases. Beyond advisory tools, the application integrates real-time weather forecasting, localized market price updates, and a streamlined digital application process for the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) loan program. By consolidating AI-driven diagnostics with financial and market intelligence, KisanAI optimizes farmer decision-making and supports sustainable agricultural development.

Climate change poses escalating risks to India's environment, infrastructure, and society. This paper integrates a comprehensive analysis of climate change impacts across key regions in India with a conceptual framework for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to build climate resilience. In the first part, we examine five critical case studies of climate impacts: increasing landslides in Uttarakhand, irregular water levels in the Ganga River, recurrent flooding of Varanasi's riverfront ghats, rapid melting of Himalayan glaciers, and extreme rainfall events in Kolkata. These case studies illustrate the multifaceted challenges - from geophysical hazards to water resource volatility - that climate change is amplifying in India. In the second part, we propose an AI-driven resilience framework, detailing how improved data infrastructure, clearly defined institutional roles, robust governance guidelines, cross-sector collaborations, and AI/ML applications can mitigate these impacts. Global examples (such as AI-based flood forecasting and climate-smart agriculture systems) and emerging Indian use cases (from early warning systems to resource optimization tools) are discussed to demonstrate the framework's practical relevance. The integrated approach emphasizes that pairing climate impact knowledge with technological innovation can enhance adaptation and preparedness. The paper concludes with recommendations for policymakers on operationalizing AI-driven climate resilience in India.

Rural entrepreneurs play a key role in the growth and development of rural areas in India. As digital technologies and the internet become more available, digital literacy has become a powerful tool for empowering rural entrepreneurs and driving economic progress in these regions. Digital literacy gives rural entrepreneurs the skills to use e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. These platforms allow them to present their products and services to a larger customer base, reaching beyond geographical limits. By adopting digital transactions and online sales, rural entrepreneurs can widen their market reach, boost sales, and improve their earnings. Digital literacy helps rural entrepreneurs' access important information about market trends, farming practices, government programs, and various business opportunities. Through online platforms and mobile applications, they can keep track of prices, demand, and supply patterns. This knowledge allows them to take better decisions and connect with potential buyers, suppliers, and customers in different locations. Overall, rural entrepreneurship and the growth of rural India can see significant improvement through digital literacy. Here are some key points that highlight the relationship between rural entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and the development of rural areas.

The rapid expansion of e-commerce in India has seen a parallel rise in 'greenwashing', the practice of making misleading or unsubstantiated environmental claims. While the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) notified the Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Greenwashing in 2024, this paper argues that the current legal framework remains ill-equipped to handle the nuances of digital deception. This paper identifies three critical legal gaps: (1) the inadequacy of the 'reasonable consumer' standard in the face of algorithmic targeting and cognitive vulnerability; (2) the 'Intermediary Liability Paradox' where compliance with greenwashing guidelines traps platforms into potentially forfeiting their 'Safe Harbor' immunity under Section 79 of the IT Act; and (3) the evidentiary burden created by the ephemeral nature of digital 'dark patterns.' By synthesizing Indian consumer law, IT law, and comparative international standards like the EU Digital Services Act, this paper proposes specific reforms, including a reverse burden of proof under the Indian Evidence Act, the creation of a 'Safe Compliance Lane' for intermediaries, and the mandatory establishment of digital ad repositories to ensure transparency and accountability in India's green digital marketplace.

The overlap of artificial intelligence and pharmaceutical innovations is now a challenge to the intellectual property law on a level never seen before: when AI systems are heavily involved in discovering the drug, who can be called the legal inventor? This paper will thoroughly examine the doctrine of inventorship in key patent regimes and offer evidence-based reforms to accept AI-aided pharmaceutical discoveries. The study shows that although the world has solidified around human-only inventorship conditions as shown by rulings by the US Federal Circuit, European Patent Office, the UK Supreme Court, and courts in Japan and Canada. Existing frameworks are based on significant contribution standards which were established in Pannu v. Iolab Corp., 155 F. 3d 1344 which are challenging to implement in pharmaceutical situations where computational prediction and biological validation wipe out conventional lines of conception. Comparing the US, European, Indian, and emerging frameworks, this paper has found five structural gaps: poor non-obviousness criteria of AI-enhanced settings, unfair patenting of technology before experiments, unclear data ownership division, insufficient disclosure mandates and mismatched regulatory monopoly timeframes. The paper states that pharmaceutical firms should enact stringent documentation procedures involving human inputs during the AI-aided discovery paths, whereas policymakers should pursue coherent reforms via international harmonization under the WIPO tagline. The paper finds that the key issue is not that AI-aided patentability should be recognized in the law, but that operational boundaries that would strike a balance between innovation motives and publicly accessible information and competition as the crucial components of international pharmaceutical development.

The usefulness of conventional book-based knowledge in comparison to the practical skills required by the corporate world has become a topic of critical discussion in the changing field of management education. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the balance and applicability of the theoretical knowledge taught in academic programs to the practical skills that management graduates need in everyday situations. The study uses a mixed-methods approach and is based on surveys and interviews with faculty, industry professionals, and final-year management students. The results show a widening gap between theoretical education in the classroom and the dynamic competencies--such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making skills--that are required in the corporate world. The study promotes a pedagogical change in management programs toward skill-based training modules, industry-academia collaboration, internships, and experiential learning models. In doing so, it emphasizes how crucial it is to combine the cognitive and practical aspects of education in order to create professionals who are prepared for the workforce.
