Social Media Marketing acts as a digital channel that facilitates direct communication between businesses and customers, enabling discussions about the company's products and services. In this study investigates the consumer challenges in social media marketing (SMM) for oral care goods in Odisha, India. The data collected from 365 respondents in six districts, the study identifies major flaws such as excessive and irrelevant ads, misleading claims, lack of transparency, fake reviews, influencer inauthenticity, and privacy concerns. Collectively, these characteristics limit customer trust and engagement in digital oral care marketing. The study emphasises the importance of transparent, evidence-based, and ethical promoting techniques. To recover customer confidence and foster long-term trust online, brands should work with genuine influencers, protect data privacy, and prioritise real communication.

Udaka is a specific term described in Ayurveda to denote the water component of the body. It represents an important constituent of Ap Mahabhuta and includes various bodily fluids corresponding to the aqueous fraction of the dhatus, such as rasa, rakta, mamsa, meda, majja, and shukra. It is also present in structures like upadhatus (including stanya and vasa) and malas (mutra, sweda and dravyamsha of purisha). These apya dravyas differ from one another based on their specific solute composition, which determines their distinct properties and physiological functions. Srotas are the minute channels within the body. The mula of udakavaha srotas is talu and kloma. Talu is considered as palate and kloma is an avayava which is widely discussed in Ayurveda. The viddha/dushta lakshana of udakavaha srotas is pipasa and sadhyomarana. This article aims to explore the mula sthana of udakavaha srotas, talu and kloma from both anatomical and physiological perspective.

Dysmenorrhoea is one of the most prevalent gynecological complaints among women of reproductive age and is a leading cause of absenteeism from school and work. It is characterized by painful menstruation severe enough to interfere with daily activities and is classified into primary and secondary types based on etiology. Primary dysmenorrhoea occurs in the absence of pelvic pathology and is mainly attributed to increased prostaglandin secretion, leading to uterine hypercontractility and ischemic pain. Secondary dysmenorrhoea is associated with underlying pelvic disorders such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, and pelvic inflammatory disease. This article reviews the epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, and pathophysiology of dysmenorrhoea, highlighting key biochemical mechanisms involved in pain generation. Furthermore, a homoeopathic approach to the management of dysmenorrhoea is discussed, emphasizing commonly indicated remedies based on characteristic symptomatology. The repertorial perspective is also presented to aid individualized remedy selection. A holistic homoeopathic approach offers a promising, patient-centered strategy for effective management of dysmenorrhoea.

Narcissistic abuse constitutes a complex, multidimensional trauma that extends far beyond psychological injury. Its impact infiltrates neurocognitive processing, autonomic nervous system functioning, subconscious programming, and bioenergetic coherence. Existing psychotherapeutic frameworks often provide partial relief, addressing conscious cognition while leaving deeper trauma imprints unresolved. This paper introduces an innovative Neuro-Energetic Paradigm integrating traditional clinical psychology with Subconscious Energy Healing Therapy (SEHT), a novel modality developed by Dr. Amita Puri. SEHT unites subconscious reprogramming, biofield healing, vibrational medicine, and somatic regulation into a cohesive methodology for treating narcissistic abuse of survivors. Drawing upon trauma neuroscience, quantum biology, and energy psychology, this work proposes that trauma is not merely stored in neural pathways but also encoded within the human energy field.

Design verification plays a crucial role in ensuring product quality and compliance with predefined standards. Conventional manual inspection methods are labor-intensive, error-prone, and unsuitable for large-scale production environments. This research proposes an automated design test system using computer vision and deep learning to overcome these challenges. The system leverages YOLOv5, a convolutional neural network-based object detection model, trained on manually annotated images using Label Studio. The trained model accurately detects predefined design components, extracts them as cropped images, and labels them with corresponding class names. These extracted components are further intended to be analyzed using a GPT-based model, which compares them against standard design templates to determine correctness and provide detailed explanations for mismatches. The proposed approach significantly improves inspection efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and interpretability.

This study explores the cultural heritage and material ingenuity of the Tiprasa community, focusing on the concept of "Sirisitini simi borok dophabai wajagwi phaimani manw-khunwi" customs and traditions preserved since the dawn of creation. Central to this study is the analysis of "Borok dophani langmao swnamjak manwi," the traditional craftsmanship of essential items required to sustain life from birth to death. By examining indigenous techniques such as weaving, splitting, and binding primarily using bamboo and cane, the study illustrates how the Tripuri people utilize environmental resources through ancestral wisdom. The study shows how these material objects are not merely tools but embodiments of a collective intellect designed for survival and cultural continuity. Ultimately, this paper argues that the integration of locally sourced materials and traditional engineering remains a cornerstone of Tripuri identity and sustainable living in the modern era.
