Digital technology has become an unavoidable component of contemporary life; however, its excessive and unregulated use has resulted in growing mental health disturbances such as stress, distraction, cognitive fatigue, and behavioral dependence. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this condition can be understood as Asatmendriyartha samyoga, an unwholesome interaction between the senses and their objects, leading to impairment of intellect and judgment. Classical Ayurvedic texts describe improper sensory contact, intellectual error (Prajnaparadha), and imbalance of time and action as fundamental causes of psychological disorders. Continuous exposure to high-intensity digital stimuli represents a modern manifestation of sensory excess, disturbing the coordinated functioning of mind and intellect. Ayurveda proposes Sattvavajaya Chikitsa, a psych regulatory approach focused on restraint of the mind, cultivation of discrimination (Buddhi), self-control (Dhairya), and mindful awareness (Smriti), as an effective preventive strategy. This conceptual review analyzes digital mental stress through classical Ayurvedic principles and correlates them with contemporary behavioral patterns. It further highlights the relevance of Sattvavajaya as a non-pharmacological, preventive framework for maintaining mental balance in the digital era. By integrating ancient psychological insights with modern digital challenges, this study emphasizes the applicability of Ayurveda in promoting sustainable mental well-being in a technology-driven society.

The rapid expansion of digital learning resources has created an overload of unstructured information, making personalized and efficient learning difficult for students. Existing e-learning platforms often lack adaptability, structured planning, and continuous assessment aligned with individual learner needs. This paper proposes Learnflow, a multi-agent AI-based study assistant designed to provide personalized learning roadmaps, adaptive quizzes, intelligent tutoring, and student knowledge analysis. The system employs specialized AI agents for student analysis, roadmap creation, quiz generation, and tutoring. A modular architecture built using Streamlit and a multi-agent orchestration framework enables scalability, flexibility, and real-time interaction. Experimental observations indicate improved learning efficiency, better concept retention, and higher learner engagement compared to static learning platforms.

The Indian Family Courts evolution is one of the essential steps in the direction of the Indian country having a welfare-oriented justice system and aware of the peculiarities of matrimonial and family conflicts. Based on the experience of other countries of the world, the legislative and judicial discourse in India changed in the second half of the twentieth century in favor of a conciliation focus, child welfare, and the non-adversarial council (Edwards 1992; Dewar 1998; Parker and Parkinson 2016). This policy thought inspired the Family Courts Act, 1984 which was influenced by the recommendations of the Committee on the Status of Women in India (GOI 1974), the goodwill of the Law Commission (Law Commission of India 1974; 1989) and judicial advocacy of specialised forums (Supreme Court of India 1978). The paper is a critical analysis of the historical origins, intellectual underpinnings, and legislation of the formation and growth of Family Courts in India. It follows the international influences that conditioned the Indian embrace of conciliatory processes, the constitutional provisions that were accentuated to underline social justice, and the main characteristics brought forth by the Family Courts Act. The implementation patterns on a state level are also analysed in the paper, with the emphasis on uneven growth and difficulties experienced by courts to achievements of the goals of the Act. This research synthesises doctrinal, policy and empirical research, thus, providing information to further understand the philosophical and structural foundations of the family justice system in India. The paper employs the secondary data, statutory analysis, scholarly literature, and official reports to draw up a holistic story. References are written in accordance with Harvard style of referencing in order to uphold academic rigour and clarity. The research finds that although the Family Courts have greatly revamped the manner in which the Indians approach matrimonial disputes, the institutional reinforcement, increased funding in counselling services, and national homogeneity must also be reinforced to enable the welfare mandate as intended by the legislature.

Background: Self-help groups (SHGs) serve as informal, peer-governed associations that empower rural women in India through pooled savings, collateral-free credit, and collective decision-making, effectively tackling socio-economic disparities and patriarchal norms. While the microfinance model, bolstered by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development's (NABARD) linkage programme, has enhanced economic agency and formal banking access, regional disparities persist. Specifically, the Wardha District in Maharashtra reveals penetration gaps and localized effects due to unique cultural and infrastructural hurdles. Objectives: The primary objective of this research is to assess the impact of SHGs on rural women's empowerment in Wardha District, spanning economic, social, and institutional facets. Secondary objectives include investigating factors influencing empowerment and proposing evidence-based recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of SHG interventions. Methodology: A prospective, cross-sectional mixed-methods analytical study will be conducted in the rural region of Wardha District, Maharashtra, India, spanning four years from January 2023 to January 2027. The study will recruit a total of 424 eligible women aged 18-60 years, comprising active SHG members (with at least 6 months of involvement) and matched non-SHG counterparts, using a stratified convenient sampling method. Data collection will utilize structured surveys, semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, and secondary records from NABARD. Quantitative data will be analyzed using SPSS 27.0 via t-tests, chi-square tests, and regression models, while qualitative data will undergo thematic analysis using NVivo software. Conclusion: This protocol anticipates that rejecting the null hypothesis will affirm the significant positive impacts of SHGs on rural women's empowerment. The findings are expected to bridge localized evidence gaps and facilitate the refinement of guidelines to advance gender-equitable interventions for sustainable rural development.

Divorce in India has shifted from a rare and stigmatized event to a visible and steadily rising phenomenon across regions, classes, and communities. Drawing on four recent papers that examine divorce trends from socio-cultural, legal, economic, and psychological perspectives, this study offers a comparative review and proposes an integrated framework for understanding marital dissolution in contemporary India. The analysis highlights common themes--urbanization, women's economic empowerment, changing family structures, legal reforms, and shifting attitudes as well as important divergences in method, emphasis, and normative stance among the authors. The paper develops a synthesized model linking macro-level structural change, meso-level family dynamics, and micro-level psychological processes, and concludes with policy recommendations on counselling, legal reform, and preventive interventions across the marital life-course.

Tennis elbow is very common condition seen in general population. Its prevalence is 1 to 3%. There are many treatment modalities available but none of them is adequate for relieving the symptoms of tennis elbow. Tennis elbow is the disease of the common extensor tendon attached to lateral condyle of lower end of humerus. There are micro tears in the tendon. The healing in tendon is delayed due to deficient blood supply to tendon. This gives rise to the painful extension of resisted wrist, especially lifting cup of milk, rinsing and cleaning of clothes etc. Day to day personal, household, work, recreational activities are hampered. There are many conservative treatments, including splinting, massage, NSAIDS, steroids, local steroid injections and alteration of work performed by the patient. There is high level, high quality evidence to suggest that extracorporeal shock wave therapy has little or no benefit (14) and that the evidence for orthotics and splints is not clear (15), but a high number of studies suggest that injection of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories provides good immediate pain relief, with variable recurrence rates of symptoms (15). Corticosteroids injection has been shown to provide short term relief but relapse rates are high (16). So no treatment method has shown to be superior to others. Tennis elbow is the inflammatory disease. Recent studies demonstrate that TE is a proliferative process and it is named angiofibroblastic degeneration or hyperplasia. To find more useful treatment for TE, the disease is selected for the ayurvedic modality of treatment. In Ayurveda Jalauka Avacharan is the one of the treatment described for the localized diseases where rakta is vitiated. In tennis elbow common extensor tendon is affected which is known as the type of kandara in Ayurveda. There is multiple micro tears in tendon due to repetitive stress (Vata dushti) and non-healing of tendon due to deficient blood supply (Rakta dushti) which gives rise to clinical symptoms of tennis elbow. In ayurvedic sense there are multiple Vrana at the Bahu Prushtagata Kandara. Due to insufficient supply of rakta, Vrana do not get Rudha which gives rise to kandara dushti and clinical features of tennis elbow. Kandara is Updatu of Rakta. In tennis elbow, Vata is dushta and both Kandara and Rakta are vitiated. So it can be hypothesized that in tennis elbow there is Vata, rakta and kandara dushti. Jalauka avacharan is one of the treatment described for Vatajanya Vedana, Rakta dushti and Kandara. So it will be effective treatment for tennis elbow. Jalauka Avacharan is a simple and office based procedure. Patient need not to be admitted. He can resume his work on the same day. So the topic is selected.

The novel "The Story of Zahra" by Hanan al-Shaykh, which Peter Ford translated into English for Quartet in 1986, is the subject of this study's stylistic critique. The tale of Zahra, a lady whose conflicts with her family and nation ultimately result in her misery and death, is told in this novel, which is set in Beirut both before and during the Lebanese Civil War. Verbs are the main topic of a lexical analysis of The Story of Zahra. The analysis reveals how the author mimicked the actual image of the war-torn society and the tragic existence of a little girl named Zahra through the use of particular verbs.

Phonetic transcription, particularly the use of the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA), often feels abstract and disconnected from reality for learners of English. While transcription is essential for accurate pronunciation, stress placement, and linguistic clarity, students frequently perceive it as a memorization exercise filled with strange symbols that do not connect to their lived classroom experience. This paper proposes a conceptual framework to make transcription visual, engaging, and aligned with India's National Education Policy (NEP 2020). Drawing upon classroom anecdotes and learner challenges, the discussion introduces original concepts such as Symbol Overload, Transcription Blindness, Stress Drift, and the Pronunciation-Perception Gap. To address these challenges, the paper presents a range of visual pedagogical tools, including waveforms, error heatmaps, and mind maps, that help students "see" sounds and overcome their fear of transcription. Real-life examples from undergraduate classrooms illustrate how simple innovations can transform confusion into clarity. By aligning transcription pedagogy with NEP 2020's focus on experiential learning and technology integration, this paper argues that phonetic transcription can move from being a dreaded skill to a meaningful pathway for student empowerment, employability, and future academic growth. The conclusion highlights the broader relevance of this approach for UGC and educational reforms, suggesting that reimagining transcription as a visual practice can make it both accessible and enjoyable for learners.
