This research examines the relationship between teachers, adolescent students and their perception of school environment and teachers treatment. Participants were from demographically and ethnically diverse sample of 600 students of tricity: Chandigarh (UT), Panchkula (Haryana) and Mohali (Punjab), the sample population consisted of adolescent students of classes 9th - 12th of both the genders: male and female. It is a comparative study and the findings demonstrate that sample population believe to be treated almost equally. As per the results majority population believe they are treated equally without any gender discrimination whereas some proportion of the population believes that girl students are treated with slight biasness.

Agriculture is the main source of livelihood in Ratnagiri district. Agriculture depends on the monsoon rains, so kharif is a major activity in the district. The soil and climatic conditions of the district are very suitable for cultivation of horticultural crops; hence horticulture is the also main source of income in the district. e.g. Mango, Cashew, Coconut, Kokum, Jackfruit. Main crops Cereals, Mango, Cashew, Coconut and Nachani (Nagli) account for 78% of the total crop area in the district. Cashew cultivation provides direct and indirect employment to more than 5 lakh people in rural areas of Ratnagiri district. Mango and cashew are the two major cash crops in the district. These potential horticulture crops can contribute to the regional development of the district. Based on the secondary information and consultation with the major stakeholders in the district, these economic activities can give additional impetus to the economic growth of the entire district. This research paper focuses on the Potential Horticulture Crops for Regional Development in Ratnagiri District. The present research work has based on both primary and secondary data. It also discusses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each potential sector.

Several Bacteria and Fungi isolates were recovered from iron fabrication shop soil materials using modified Barr's media, Nutrient and Potato-dextrose agar media. Five bacteria and seven different fungi isolates were selected after primary screening on the basis of their growth in modified Barr's medium. Out of five bacteria; four belongs to Bacillus family and one Bacteria is Pseudomonas. Moreover, seven different fungi belong to two from Aspergillus family and remaining is Fusarium, Trichoderma, Verticillium, Cladosporium, respectively. The organisms showed better growth in presence of iron salts like ferrous sulfate, ferric sulfate and ammonium ferric citrate. Five isolates were found to transform ferrous (Fe2+) to ferric (Fe3+) of which Bacillus subtilis was most efficient. A good number of bacteria were associated with oxidation of iron.

The legislature has introduced a new Chapter to the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by Amending Act of 2 of 2006. By this amendment Chapter XXIA contributing for legal framework and provisions for plea bargaining, has been reflected in the code. This paper focuses on conceptual analysis of the right to a fair trial and deals with meaning, kinds and conceptual analysis of plea bargaining. The concept of plea bargaining has been analysed along with statutory provisions. However, paper also contains insight of judicial approach on Plea Bargaining. Further the researcher has drawn certain persuasive conclusions based upon the study that to provide speedy justice and to lessen the burden of the judiciary one should not compromise on principles of natural justice and the basic principles of criminal law.

Smart materials, also called intelligent or responsive materials are designed materials that have one or more properties that can be significantly changed in a controlled fashion by external stimuli, such as stress, moisture, electric or magnetic fields, light, temperature, pH, or chemical compounds. Smart materials are the basis of many applications, including sensors and actuators, or artificial muscles, particularly as electro active polymers (EAPs). Terms used to describe smart materials include shape memory material (SMM) and shape memory technology (SMT).

Vegetables are imperative to the general health of individuals, providing essential nutrients and thereby reducing risks from dangerous diseases. To study the socio-economic conditions of vegetable growers, analyse their cost of cultivation, to study the resource use efficiency and analyse the market structure and problem associated in production and marketing of vegetables. The sampling technique for investigation and analytical techniques have been explained under the sub heads: selection of the study area, sampling design and sample size, nature and source of data, analytical technique, definition of terms and concepts used and limitations of the study. The main crops grown in the kharif season were maize, tomato, capsicum and beans and that in rabi season were pea, cauliflower and wheat. The most dominating vegetables in the kharif and rabi season were tomato and pea respectively. The cost of cultivation per hectare was highest for tomato, followed by pea and cauliflower. Four marketing channels were prevalent in the study area viz., Channel-A, Channel-B, Channel-C and Channel-D. The maximum quantity of tomato, cauliflower and pea were marketed through Channel-B. The major problems faced by the growers in production of vegetables were non-availability of labours during the peak period, problems of insects and diseases, high wage rates and high chemical prices. The study gives a brief information of socio-economic conditions, crops grown, the cost concepts used, the marketing channels and the problems faced by the farmers prevailing in the various study areas.

The dynamics of two ecologically independent species which are being harvested with variable effort have been discussed. The dynamics of effort is considered separately. The local and global dynamics of the system is studied. The co-existence of species in the form of stable equilibrium point is possible.

Forecasting share prices is a complex mission given the dynamic and non-stationary nature of capital markets. Accurate predictions are challenging due to the inherent volatility and non-linear patterns in stock market behavior. This involves expecting the future value of a company's stock or other financial instruments traded on exchanges, aiming to enhance shareholder's gains. The latest success of applying Artificial Intelligence in finance has led to increased reliance on stochastic models for market predictions. Stock market prediction, a longstanding research focus, incorporates various machine learning techniques and diverse datasets. While many studies utilize historical stock statistics and relevant real-time data (e.g., oil and gold prices), few investigate the integration of Economic news in forecasting stock price trends. To address this gap, A system is proposed that leverages deep learning techniques and the LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) algorithm for stock price prediction based on historical data of previous stock prices.
