The conceptual paper reviews and deals with various ways as an actionable item to improve mental health in the workplace. It is a general opinion that establishing a healthy work culture would prove a lot beneficial in the prevention of work-related stress which will in turn help in arresting issues of mental illness amongst employees. In-spite of a healthy work environment being fostered in an organization there still lingers some mental problems amongst employees which can again be addressed with the support of the workers and colleagues. It has been repeatedly felt and understood that Work life and Personal life are two most critical components of human life. In order to live a happy one a proper balance between the two is very much required. The same becomes a challenging issue especially for women managers. The paper explored the various aspects of work life balance issues and mental health of female and male managers in different sectors of organization, various factors of stress in the workplace, what are the deadly effects of those affected medically and how an organization jointly with the help of theoretical frameworks and various intervention strategies cope with the same

The inherent complexity of the stock market, driven by a multitude of social, economic, and political factors, presents an irresistible challenge for machine learning researchers. This paper explores the potential of various machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful insights from historical data and predict future market movements. We delve into both classic methods like linear regression and Support Vector Machines, and advanced techniques like Long Short-Term Memory networks (LSTMs) specifically designed for sequential data analysis. The efficacy of these approaches will be evaluated through rigorous back testing and performance metrics to assess their ability to anticipate market trends and generate profitable investment signals. Highlights the focus on uncovering the factors influencing market movements.

User authentication plays a crucial role in maintaining the security of wireless communication technology, given its swift expansion.Passwords are essential to the authentication process. For instance, biometric authentication may be very convenient and safe, but it may also cause privacy issues. Conventional credentialbased authentication techniques, including passwords and usernames, have long been the norm for safeguarding private data and protecting digital networks. But the rise of data breaches and the complexity of cyberattacks have brought to light the shortcomings of these traditional strategies.Researchers and practitioners have been investigating substitute authentication techniques that provide improved security, privacy, and usability in order to address these issues. An overview of the newer alternatives to conventional credential-based authentication is intended to be provided by this abstract. It goes over a number of creative approaches that make use of cutting-edge ideas and technologies to authenticate users in a way that is both safer and easier to use.

The biomedical sciences are an array of fields that utilise mathematical and natural sciences techniques to produce a range of insights, remedies, or tools for the medical or public health industries. Different technologies that are useful for healthcare are created by the biomedical sciences. Computer generated reality (VR), expanded reality (AR), and blended reality (MR), among different kinds of perception advances, all intensely rely upon biomedical science.Computerized broadened reality (XR) advancements have been generally utilized in different areas, from amusement to training, because of their openness and cost. XR modalities make a vivid encounter without being restricted by a standard 2D presentation. They demonstrate contextual investigations using ideas from cell science, pictures from multiplexed proteomics, information from heart medical procedure, and cardiovascular 3D models while giving a point of view on XR in present day biomedical applications.Arising issues about XR innovation are stressed with regards to unsafe impacts on wellbeing and an expense examination of different stages. The XR stages that have been given will be helpful to 3D liveliness used in biomedicine for careful direction, clinical preparation, and biomedical training.

Rasashastra is branch of learning of Ayurvedic pharmaceutics specially dealing with metal and minerals. Rasaushadhi have occupied superior status among the ayurvedic medicine because of the their small dose, quick effectiveness, dreadful disease curing capacity etc. Tuttha is a mineral and chemically copper sulphate, that has been indicated in various diseases from skin diseases to eye diseases etc. Reviews of classical texts of Ayurveda suggest to use more in the form of external use than internal use. Charaka samhita is the texts of general medicines suggest to use mainly in external dosage form. The present Antibacterial study was carried out from Tuttha Drava prepared by different Shodhan Method named Bhavana with nimbu swaras, Bhavana with Raktachandan, Bhavana Amla varga drug and Swedan by Gomutracrude Tuttha . Antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli were carried out by agar disk diffusion method.

This comprehensive study delves into the impact of Garbh Sanskar, a venerable Indian prenatal practice, on pregnancy outcomes, focusing on maternal mental health and infant well-being. By analyzing data from 1,323 mothers who utilized the Garbh Sanskar Guru app, our research offers critical insights into how this ancient practice, when digitized, influences the gestational journey. The findings underscore healthier full-term pregnancies and babies born within normal weight ranges, alongside marked improvements in maternal mental health.

This paper explores white women's perceptions in selected novels written by British women in India during the 19th century. It is an introspection into the lived experience of the British writers of the times and a representation of their own experience in their writings. It will look at how women British writers have projected the status of women, and gender conflicts so intricately interwoven in the socio-cultural and political conventions during the British Raj. It is an attempt to deal with the portrayal and analysis of colonial society and its representation of India by women novelists of the time. Being in the marginalized position, these women writers asserted their self-hood and differed from their male counterparts in providing paradoxical accounts of colonial rule. It is interesting to look at the history of colonial life compiled from British women's experience in which women have written differently from men. The paper attempts to explore through some selected novels of British woman writers like M M Kaye, Flora Annie Steel and Maud Diver to unravel how differently the writers of the times depict British women's experience in colonial India. From this perspective, the chosen novel "The Far Pavilion" by M M Kaye addresses the issues of gender ,cultural identity, and racism in the colonial context.

Transportation has been one of the keys for evolution of mankind. The pathways which help in formation, transportation of essential ingredients and flush out the wastes out of the body are explained under the concept of Srotas in Ayureda. Artava vaha srotas is a unique concept in Ayurveda , which gives in detailed explanation about the whole female reproductive system .The group of organs which are concerned with 'uthpatti' and 'visarjana' of Artava are considered to be the Moola of Artavavaha srotas. Garbhashaya ie Uterus which is the main organ concerned with menstruation and other reproductive physiology along with ovaries, fallopian tube cervical canal, cervix, and vagina should be considered under Artavavaha srotas. Although the word 'Artavavahi dhamani' refers to 'menstrual blood carrying arteries 'as per translated meaning, there are no such arteries which carry menstrual flow in the body. Hence these points must be understood contextually. If the viddha lakshanas of Artava vaha srotas mentioned by Acharya Sushruta is interpreted with their pathophysiology, the concept gets more clear. Hence to understand the concept of Artava vaha srotas , it is important to put a light on female reproductory hormones, HPO axis , functional anatomy of female reproductive system. This article is aimed at conceptual interpretation of Artava vaha srotas with the classical references available for Artava vaha srotas.

This research aims to explore the pivotal role of human resource management in fostering organizational growth and development within the context of India's service sectors. Employing a combination of quantitative and qualitative survey research design, the study positions human resource management (HRM) as the predictor variable, with organizational growth and development as the criterion variables. The findings revealed a positive correlation between HRM and organizational growth and development, highlighting the significant influence of HRM in shaping these dimensions. The study establishes that HRM, as an independent variable, makes substantial contributions to both organizational growth and development. Based on these research insights, it is recommended that organizations prioritize the formulation and implementation of effective human resources policies. These policies should encompass comprehensive strategies for recruitment, selection, and the nurturing of skilled manpower, thereby fostering overall organizational growth, development, and employee welfare. While the global trend emphasizes human resource development integrated with modern technologies and employee-centric initiatives, this research focuses specifically on the Indian context, providing a theoretical foundation for future studies on human resources.
