 Abstract

This study introduces an economical and resilient vehicle crash detection and alert system by integrating the TTGO T-Call ESP32 module, Airtel SIM card, GPS Neo 6M, MPU 6050 gyro sensor, and other essential components. The system continually monitors the vehicle's motion and orientation, leveraging the MPU 6050 gyro sensor and GPS Neo 6M for real-time data. In the event of a crash, the system promptly alerts pre-configured emergency contacts through the Airtel SIM card. User-friendly features, including a push button and a slide on-off switch, enhance the system's accessibility and control. The integration of a 3.7 lithium-ion battery, coupled with a dedicated battery charging module, ensures a consistent and reliable power supply for prolonged operation. Experimental validation showcases the system's effectiveness in accurately detecting crashes and promptly notifying emergency contacts. The system's capabilities position it as a practical and affordable solution for enhancing vehicle safety and emergency response mechanisms. This research significantly contributes to the field of intelligent transportation systems by providing a cost-effective and accessible approach to vehicle crash detection. The simplicity, efficiency, and utilization of low-cost components make this system suitable for widespread adoption, effectively addressing critical aspects of vehicle safety and emergency communication. The integration of advanced features and robust performance makes it an invaluable tool for promoting safer roads and efficient emergency response.

 Abstract

Financial planning is a series of efforts made by an individual to accomplish financial goals. Financial planning for retirement consists of series of activities involved in the accumulation of wealth to cover needs in the post retirement stage of life. Demographic factors like age, gender , marital status , income, profession and education do affect the financial planning for retirement. At the same time , financial literacy also plays an important role in retirement planning. The objective of this paper is to study the various research work done in this field to identify the research gap. A systematic review of literature is carried out to know the existing knowledge on financial planning for retirement which is being used to identify the research gap and the scope for future research.

 Abstract

Introduction: Middle age is one of the turning points in one's life as it brings along many changes. It roughly starts in the early 40s, when for most of the people; it is the best period in their life when their achievement is at the highest point. The challenges between adulthood and despair of old age, becomes the change of menopause in women and during which lives take a compulsory change of direction. Methodology: The research design adopted for this study was pre experimental design and research approach adopted for this was to evaluative the educative approach. The sample size was 100 teachers. Non probability purposive sampling method was used. Result: The mean of post-test knowledge scores was 26.6, which is significantly higher than mean of pre-test knowledge scores of 12.4. Standard deviation of post-test score and pre-test score is 9.4 and 13.3 respectively. The computed paired "t" value (18.67,df=99 at the level of P= 0.05) is greater than table value (1.66) which represents significant gain in knowledge. Hence the hypothesis H1is is accepted. It is evident from the results that RH2: There will be significant association between the pre test knowledge score and selected demographic variables at the level of P<= 0.05. is accepted as there is significant association between pretest knowledge score and selected demographic variables like educational qualification, years of experience, child psychology in syllabus and attended in-service education. Conclusion: Therefore, the investigator realized that the need to create awareness on menopause among premenopausal women is necessary. Hence this study is planned to investigate the effectiveness of premenopausal empowerment startegies -a combination of educational empowerment and supervised exercise programme on menopause related problems and quality of life of the premenopausal women

 Abstract

This conceptual framework aims to explore the impact of leadership style on employee performance. The background contemplates three primary leadership styles: transformational, transactional, laissez-faire. Employee performance is evaluated through various dimensions and the study also acknowledges the potential mediating factors of communication, empowerment, and trust, as well as the moderating factors of organizational culture and employee characteristics. The proposed relationships between leadership style and employee performance are charted. The nature of work, industry, organizational structure, and individual differences among employees can impact the relationship. Therefore, further research is needed to explore specific contexts, additional variables, and potential moderating effects to gain a comprehensive understanding of the complex dynamics between leadership style and employee performance. By recognizing the importance of leadership style and its influence on employees, organizations can implement strategies to nurture positive leadership behaviors and create a conducive work environment that fosters employee productivity, satisfaction, commitment, and innovation.

 Abstract

Abstract Pre-service teacher identity formation is a critical phase during teacher preparation programs that significantly impacts educators' professional trajectories. This study explores the multifaceted process of how aspiring teachers in the Palanpur district of North Gujarat develop their identities before officially entering the teaching profession. Drawing upon a comprehensive literature review and qualitative research methods, the study examines the influence of personal backgrounds, cultural experiences, pedagogical knowledge acquisition, and practical classroom experiences on identity development. Additionally, the study investigates contextual factors, such as community expectations and mentorship, that shape pre-service teacher identities. Findings offer insights into effective strategies for enhancing pre-service teacher identity formation and contribute to the broader understanding of teacher education programs' impact on developing effective and culturally responsive educators. Understanding this process can inform teacher education programs and support the development of competent and committed educators who positively impact the learning experiences of students.

 Abstract

This research addresses the critical need for accurate and efficient blood cancer detection through the integration of machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) frameworks, specifically Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and MobileNet. The proposed methodology leverages the power of deep learning to enhance the precision and speed of diagnosis, ultimately contributing to timely interventions and improved patient outcomes. In this study, a comprehensive dataset of hematological images is utilized, encompassing various blood cancer types. The Convolutional Neural Network architecture is employed to automatically extract hierarchical features from the images, enabling the model to discern subtle patterns indicative of cancerous cells. Furthermore, MobileNet, known for its efficiency in terms of computational resources, is incorporated to optimize the framework for real-time applications, making it suitable for deployment in clinical settings. The training process involves a rigorous optimization of hyperparameters to ensure robust generalization across diverse cases. The model's performance is rigorously evaluated through cross-validation and benchmarked against existing diagnostic methods.

 Abstract

Introduction: Vaccines are known as active immunizing agents. An ideal vaccine should be easy to produce in a well standardized preparation, be easy to administer, not produce disease in the recipient, induce permanent immunity, be free of toxic substances, and have minimal adverse effects. Method: The research approach used for the study was one group pre-test post-test design. The subjects selected for the study were eligible couple in rural community areas of Balaghat. The sample consisted of 100 eligible couple. The study participants were selected by non-probability convenient sampling technique. With a sample of 10 eligible couple, pilot study was conducted. The reliability co-efficient were calculated to be 0.87. The findings revealed that knowledge scores of the eligible couple were in adequate before the administration of Pamphlet on pneumococcal vaccination. The Pamphlet helped them to update their knowledge on pneumococcal vaccination. The mean post-test knowledge of sample significantly increased after administration of Pamphlet. The data was analyzed by applying Descriptive and Inferential statistics. The results of the study indicated that the eligible couple do not have adequate knowledge on pneumococcal vaccination. This assessment project has helped the investigator to develop an Pamphlet to improve the knowledge on pneumococcal vaccination. The results have also shown that various demographic variable have significant association with respect to the knowledge of eligible couple regarding pneumococcal vaccination.
