As with other grammatical units in English (sentence ,clause), phrases are composed of words (the basic units of meaning). So if we want to deal with phrases ,we should be first able to identify and differentiate the phrase from all other grammatical units. This can be done first by looking for a specific definition of the phrase which enables us to identify it. Then investigating the types of the phrases and looking for the criteria on which phrases are classified. After that dealing with the types of phrases to see how they are constructed, what they are composed of and what the functions of each type are in the sentence. All these areas of investigation will be the topics of our paper.

The exchange of patient data among hospitals remains a challenge despite advancements in technology. Introducing an automated program or system to securely share patient data through a centralized database concept is pivotal. This approach aims to digitize records, facilitating proper maintenance by doctors and hospitals. The Healthcare Management System (HMS) functions as a web-based application, predicting user diseases based on presented symptoms. Leveraging data from various diagnostic procedures across diverse hospitals enables accurate diagnoses and facilitates doctor referrals for further guidance. The primary goal of this research is to establish a systematic healthcare framework, enhancing patient satisfaction and ensuring doctor availability with adequate resources. The envisioned system aims for widespread accessibility among connected individuals, offering a centralized patient ID database to streamline navigation through diagnosis procedures and treatments. Moreover, it incorporates comprehensive case histories for doctors, simplifying the recommendation of appropriate treatments.

ABSTRACT Background: Dysmenorrhea is a common complaint among women during their reproductive age, and associated with significant emotional, psychological, and functional health impacts. Aims and Objectives: To assess the knowledge and attitude regarding dysmenorrhea among and health seeking behaviour among adolescent girls. Methods and materials: A descriptive design was used in the study to accomplish the objectives using non- probability purposive sampling technique for obtaining adequate sample for the study. Study was done on 150 adolescent girls in selected schools of Guwahati, Assam. Structured knowledge questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge and 5-point Likert scale was used to assess the attitude level in school going adolescent girls. Results: Out of 150 adolescent girls majority i.e. 96(64%) had moderately adequate knowledge, 28(19%) had inadequate knowledge 26(17%) had adequate knowledge. On assessing the level of attitude, majority i.e. 111(74%) had desirable attitude, 37(25%) had moderately desirable attitude and 2(1%) had undesirable attitude. On assessing the health seeking behaviour among adolescent girls the results showed that 115(77%) had experienced dysmenorrhea, 109(72%) discuss with others on dysmenorrhea, 23(15%) had consulted with doctor during menstrual pain, 23(15%) had taken medication to relieve pain, 73(49%) managed dysmenorrhea by warm compress, 74(49%) managed dysmenorrhea by drinking warm fluids, 41(27%) managed dysmenorrhea by massage, 70(47%) managed dysmenorrhea by music therapy, 36(24%) managed dysmenorrhea by meditation, and majority i.e. 106(71%) managed by taking rest. Conclusion: The study shows that adolescent girls have moderately adequate knowledge and desirable attitude on dysmenorrhea. Therefore, the study concluded that effective planned teaching programme on knowledge, and management of dysmenorrhea among adolescent school going girls will improve their knowledge level and to make them aware of the reproductive health at the earliest age.

GTAW, known as tungsten inert gas welding (TIG), is commonly used to join thin sections of nonferrous metals like magnesium, copper, and aluminum alloys. Allowing for more substantial, higher quality welds, the welding operator needs great control of the welding process. Because of the short arc length, the filler electrode's contact gap has to be maintained in an even way to maintain equal speed and depositing methods. Present work focuses on the TIG welding process and microstructure analysis of welding flaws and evaluates the mechanical properties of welded joints. Materials selected for the present TIG welded process are SS316, and Alumina mixed with SIC as composite. Special filler rods are known as Aluma steel with a diameter of 3mm in a two-step process for the work. Power conditions also varied to check the sample's durability with optimized DOE parameters. The samples were prepared as per ASTM weld samples; the extracted samples were tested for microstructure, penetration and other mechanical tests. The results are showing well in the area of the weld.

Abstract This quantitative study looks into customers' responses to cross-selling initiatives by banking institutions, specifically focusing on insurance products. Cross-selling, a strategic practice in the financial sector, aims to add value to customers by diversifying revenue streams and offering a one-stop financial solution. The study analyses factors influencing customer decisions, such as the perceived value of insurance products, clarity in communication, and trust in the banking institution. Transparency emerges as an important element, affecting customers' perceptions and influencing their level of engagement with cross-selling efforts. Despite the potential benefits, challenges like privacy concerns and perceived intrusiveness must be handled, necessitating ethical practices and a customer-centric approach. Looking ahead, the importance of continuous adaptation to customer preferences, leveraging data analytics, and developing a culture of transparency to make sure there is continued success of cross-selling strategies in an improving financial environment. 213 respondents were considered in the study as a sample size. Mean and T-test was applied in the study to find the outcome.

This research paper explores the intertwined history of Kashmir within the broader context of the Indian subcontinent, incorporating influences from Central and East Asia. Originally denoting only the Kashmir Valley, the term now encompasses a larger region, divided among India, Pakistan, and China. The historical trajectory of Kashmir includes periods of significance as a centre for Hinduism and Buddhism, followed by the rise of Islam during the 13th century. Muslim rulers, such as the Shah Mir dynasty and later the Mughals and Afghans, governed the region for five centuries. In 1846, the Treaty of Lahore resulted in the purchase of Kashmir by Gulab Singh from the British, leading to the rule of his descendants under British paramountcy until 1947. Post-independence, Kashmir became a disputed territory administered by India, Pakistan, and China, setting the stage for the complex geopolitical landscape seen today.

Phishing is the simplest method of obtaining sensitive information from unsuspecting consumers. The goal of phishers is to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and bank account information. Cyber security professionals are now looking for reliable and consistent detection solutions for phishing websites. This project uses machine learning and databases to detect phishing URLs by extracting and analyzing different aspects of authentic and phishing URLs. The goal of the Paper is to detect phishing URLs and to narrow down the best machine learning method by analyzing each algorithm's accuracy and precision rate. The algorithms are trained using an existing dataset containing of legitimate and phishing URLs and later used to detect phishing websites. This application was developed, keeping in mind the circulation of malicious URLs in social media. Anyone can use this application to detect the validity of the URL before trying to navigate to the website. The use of blacklist approach reduces the response time for phishing detection.
