This paper explores the significant role of the nobility during the Delhi Sultanate in advancing both religious and secular sciences, particularly focusing on astronomy, astrology, and medical sciences. It highlights how scholars from diverse backgrounds were drawn to Delhi, where they engaged in scientific inquiry despite resistance from orthodox ulemas. Notable figures like Amir Khusrau and Sultan Firoz Shah Tughlaq championed these fields, promoting translations and the compilation of astronomical texts. The patronage extended by the nobles facilitated the study of various sciences, as astrologers provided critical guidance for political and personal decisions. Additionally, the paper examines the innovations in arts and crafts by nobles such as Mian Taha Farmuli and Mian Bhua, who contributed significantly to medicine and numismatics. Ultimately, the study emphasizes the crucial interplay between the nobility and intellectual development, showcasing how their support fostered a rich scholarly environment that shaped India's scientific heritage.

: Businesses are being forced to fight for attracting and retaining customers using a variety of forms of advertising due to the intense competition and rapidly changing market conditions in the FMCG sector. The effect of advertising on sales performance is investigated in this study. The study used the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method based on the conceptual model, and the sample of 100 people was drawn from walk-in consumers at retail establishments in Bhubaneswar City. Informative, persuasive and reminder advertising are the forms of advertising that are strongly correlated with sales performance using confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis.

Innovation, new jobs, and general economic growth are all boosted by entrepreneurial spirit, which has long been recognised as a powerful engine of economic progress. To fully understand the complex relationship between entrepreneurship and economic development, this study employs a mixed-methods methodology. Economic metrics including GDP growth, job creation, and innovation are positively correlated with entrepreneurial activity, according to the quantitative analysis. This correlation emphasises entrepreneurship's crucial contribution to economic prosperity. The examination of qualitative data reveals the problems that entrepreneurs confront, such as access to money, a lack of business skills, regulatory hurdles, and limited market access. These obstacles to entrepreneurial growth necessitate broad policy measures. The report makes a number of recommendations for governments, legislators, and entrepreneurs in order to effectively support entrepreneurship and exploit its potential for economic development. Governments should prioritise expanding access to capital, offering tax advantages for entrepreneurs, reducing laws, investing in company incubators and accelerators, and encouraging entrepreneurship education and training as top priorities. Policymakers are encouraged to create a national entrepreneurship plan, nurture a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem, promote academic-industry collaboration, and boost international cooperation. Entrepreneurs should network with their peers, seek mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs, take advantage of government programmes and resources, create a solid business plan, and accept continual learning and adaptation.

This paper explores the adoption of QR code payment systems in retail environments, analyzing both the benefits and challenges from the retailer's perspective. QR codes offer a cost-effective, user-friendly method for processing transactions, enhancing customer experience through speed and convenience. Key benefits include reduced transaction costs, increased security through encrypted data transmission, and the ability to streamline checkout processes. Additionally, QR codes can facilitate contactless payments, aligning with consumer preferences for hygiene and safety. However, retailers also face challenges, including technological integration with existing systems, potential security vulnerabilities, and the need for customer education to ensure widespread adoption. This study aims to provide insights into how retailers can effectively implement QR code payment solutions while navigating these challenges, ultimately enhancing their operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Hyperparameter optimization plays a significant role in enhancing the performance of machine learning models. In this paper, we present applications of Random search and Bayesian optimization for hyperparameter tuning for four machine learning models like Support Vector Machines (SVM), Decision Trees, K-nearest neighbors (KNN) and Random Forest. We provide a comparative analysis of these methods and investigate their impact on model accuracy, training efficiency, resource consumption, and computational efficiency. Results demonstrate the variation in accuracy of these optimization strategies such as Bayesian Optimization, significantly reduces the search time and improves accuracy. By marking these optimizations, we aim to highlight best practices for achieving high-performance models across the MNIST dataset for handwritten digit recognizer.

Abstract: The person who is engaged in translating from one language into another ought to be constantly aware of the contrast in the entire range of culture represented by the two languages. Tho.Paramasivan's 'Ariyappadatha Thamizhagam' is a collection of essays which give detailed information about the unknown aspects of our Tamil culture. Tho. Paramasivan has included a lot of literary sources and information about folk cultures in his essays to express his thoughts. So, it is not easy to translate his essays like others. This book has a lot of information about our food, dress shelter, festivals rituals and beliefs and it was written to the people who were well known about the culture. So, while translating this text to the people who live in entirely different cultures, we need to give additional information to explain the content. This paper will aim to analyze the problems while translating folk culture which was used by Tho. Paramasivan in his essay using a descriptive method.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of global communication, the integration of Cognitive Translation and Interpreting Studies (CTIS) has become paramount. This research paper explores the implications of Cognitive Translation and Interpreting Studies (CTIS) in the context of emerging communication channels, such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and advanced language technologies. The convergence of cognitive science and translation studies has paved the way for a deeper understanding of the cognitive processes involved in language transfer, enabling the development of innovative solutions for the challenges presented by new communication paradigms. The study investigates how Cognitive Translation and Interpreting Studies (CTIS) contributes to the enhancement of machine translation systems, language processing algorithms, and real-time interpreting technologies. By examining the cognitive aspects of translation and interpreting, researchers can design more effective tools that cater to the unique demands of diverse communication channels. Additionally, the research paper delves into the impact of Cognitive Translation and Interpreting Studies (CTIS) on the professional practices of human translators and interpreters, exploring how these specialists adapt to collaborate seamlessly with cognitive technologies. Furthermore, this research paper discusses the ethical considerations associated with the implementation of Cognitive Translation and Interpreting Studies (CTIS), especially in new communication channels. As cognitive technologies play an increasingly prominent role in language services, it is essential to address concerns related to privacy, cultural sensitivity, and the potential biases embedded in automated translation systems. By critically evaluating these ethical dimensions, this research paper also aims to guide the responsible development and deployment of cognitive technologies in the translation and interpreting domain. Briefly speaking, the implications of Cognitive Translation and Interpreting Studies (CTIS) in new communication channels are multifaceted, encompassing technological advancements, professional practices, and ethical considerations. Moreover, this research paper provides a foundation for further research and discussion on how the integration of cognitive insights into translation and interpreting studies can shape the future of global communication.
