Ionizing radiation used in medical imaging does not pose significant health risks to medical professionals and patients when proper precautions are taken. Radiation safety programs should be designed to prevent non-stochastic effects and minimize the stochastic effects of ionizing radiation. While ionizing radiation can transfer energy to the materials it interacts with, potentially causing biological effects if used beyond safe limits, these harmful effects are well-documented and supported by research. However, awareness of radiation exposure, its effects, and the hazards associated with ionizing radiation, as well as knowledge of radiation safety practices, remains insufficient in the medical field. The aim of this article is to review the literature on radiation safety measures to be followed in diagnostic radiology.

Advanced Image Steganography is used to develop a secure path for sending or receiving secret text messages. Using Chaff and Winnow& AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) encryption technique, the text message is encrypted and sent to receiver very securely. The system uses AES encryption to encrypt the user's secret text message and key information while sending it to receiver also using Diffie-Hellman key generation for sharing secret key between sender and receiver.

Poisoning with various substances is an important cause of death and disability worldwide. The types of poisons that are encountered in the emergency medicine departments encompass a wide range of substances. Apparently, geographic location, socio-demographic factors, ease of availability of poisons and many other cryptic factors contribute to the wide spectrum of substances that cause poisoning. Pesticides, drugs and chemicals are reported to be the most commonly used poisons in India. Management of poisoning is quite challenging for the health care professionals globally. Factors such as the uncertainty in the identification of allegedly consumed poison, varied clinical features and the need for timely access to specific information for treatment, complicates poisoning management.

This study explores the relationships between students' perceptions of their parents' parenting styles, their levels of test anxiety, and their self-efficacy beliefs. Utilizing a cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from 200 high school students through validated questionnaires assessing parenting styles, test anxiety, and self-efficacy. The findings indicate that authoritative parenting is positively correlated with higher self-efficacy and lower test anxiety, whereas authoritarian and permissive parenting styles are associated with lower self-efficacy and higher test anxiety. Structural equation modeling revealed that self-efficacy mediates the relationship between parenting styles and test anxiety. These results underscore the importance of fostering supportive parenting practices to enhance students' academic self-beliefs and reduce anxiety related to testing.

Among the most threatening security flaws for web applications is SQL injection (SQLi), a kind of attack that seeks to take advantage of vulnerabilities in database queries to access unauthorized information. This paper explores all types of SQL injection attack, including classic, blind and error based sqli by giving the detailed example how this vulnerability impacts integrity of database. Technologies -- input validation, parameterized queries, Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) are detailed as formidable defenses against SQLi attacks. Web applications can use these mitigation strategies to protect against data breaches and unauthorized access. It also highlights the need to implement secure coding practices and adopt encryption for data at rest building a defense in depth solution. The paper extra spotlights real stories to present the item additionally and exactly how well sure prevention techniques can shrink the SQLi attack surface.

The purpose of this study is to compare the life satisfaction and life distressbetween IT working and non-IT-working working women of Chennai. The total number of subjects participated in this study was 100, 50 IT working and 50 non-IT-working working women in Chennai. The subjects were between 21 to 40 years old.The test items selected to assess the life satisfaction and life distress of IT and non-IT people wereLife satisfaction index -Z (LSIZ) developed by Bernice Neugarten, Robert J. Havighurst, and Sheldon S. Tobinand Life distress inventory (LDI)developed by Edwin J. Thomas, Marianne Yoshioka, and Richard D. Anger. The Mean score of life satisfaction in IT working women was 34.15** and the meanscore of life satisfaction in non-IT working women is 34.5**. The Mean score of life distressin IT working women is 64.25** and the mean score of life distress in non-IT working women is 65.93**. A t-test was conducted to examine the difference in thelife satisfaction and life distress between IT working and non-IT-working working women. The obtained p value is 0.743** which means that there is no significant difference in the life satisfaction between IT working and non-IT-working working women. The obtained p value is 0.617** which means that there is no significant difference in the life distress between IT working and non-IT-working working women.

Equality in the workplace is important for providing equal opportunity to employees. Organizations should have different practices for including disabled employees in the workplace. Ethics and morality are important factors for managing the reputation of the organization. Different countries have different policies and regulations for disabled people to work equally. The Governments of different countries have created regulations for corporate organizations. Quality management in the workplace in terms of hiring employees is required for avoiding discrimination. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the policy of different countries. It is for inclusion of disabled employees in the workplace. The policies of Sweden, the USA, the UK, and Australia for disabled candidates have been discussed in this study. The regulations are effective for managing inclusion and providing opportunities for disabled people to work. Achieving SDG 8, "Decent Work and Economic Growth," which emphasizes inclusive employment of workers with disabilities, is crucial (United Nations 2015). Many countries have developed policies to support this goal, but challenges vary across regions.

This review provides a comprehensive analysis of the use of natural fibers in wastewater treatment, with a focus on Agave sisalana and Areca husk fibers. Both fibers have shown potential in fixed aerated bed reactors due to their biodegradability, availability, and cost-effectiveness. The paper examines their physical and chemical properties, treatment efficiency, and compares their performance with other conventional materials. The review also highlights challenges and areas for future research. Findings indicate that both fibers exhibit high adsorption capacities, making them promising candidates for sustainable wastewater treatment. Further studies are recommended to optimize their use in full-scale applications

This research paper analyzes the effects hot and humid climates on Indoor Natural Light from building Fenestration based on data obtained from the Indian meteorological department (IMD). The study explores the impact of climatic conditions, such as high temperatures, precipitation, and Solara radiation, on indoor natural light value. By scrutinizing IMD data, this paper aims to offer valuable understandings into the tasks faced by buildings in hot and humid climate to control heat and at the same time optimize the natural light, encouraging sustainable building practices that familiarize to these climatic environments. In the modern world, it might be challenging to construct a structure in a tropical region that meets acceptable interior requirements. In order to protect the environment by reducing cooling loads, this study explores the development of indirect cooling strategies in residential architecture. It does so within the parameters of interior design, with a case study focused on Navi Mumbai. This paper outlines traditional cooling methods. such as convective, evaporate cooling, radiant cooling using individual radiators, and radiant cooling at night. rooftop swimming pools and air conditioning. In recent years, the cozy surroundings of Navi Mumbai have become controlled by considering relationships between the environment, cozy surroundings, and framework cooling levels that outline the amount of cooling needed to achieve certain goals. figuring out the ideal combination that will yield
