Abstract According to Ayurveda, our digestion process has an impact on our health in addition to the food we eat. Even the healthiest diets, rich in vitamins, heavy diet are deemed harmful if they are not absorbed, digested, and metabolized by our body. Because everyone's koshtha is different. According to the Ayurvedic text "Sarve Roga Api Mandagni," mandagni--a malfunctioning agni- causes all bodily illnesses. In other words, robust vyadhikshamatva shakti (immunity) or bala depends on the agni functioning properly. The function of agni in food digestion is significant. The primary cause of Roga is Ama production, which is facilitated by Mandagni Utpatti. Many disorders caused by Ama. Both Deepana and Pachana are aimed in correcting the Agni. Deepana and Paachana karma play important role in bringing the Sama dosha (dosha associated with ama) to Nirama (doshas without ama) state.

Face recognition and detection technologies are increasingly integral in sectors like security, healthcare, and consumer electronics. Despite significant progress in improving the accuracy and efficiency of these systems, challenges persist related to bias, privacy, and ethical concerns. This paper examines the evolution of face detection techniques, compares popular algorithms like YOLO and SSD, and explores their real-world applications. Furthermore, it addresses critical issues such as demographic bias, privacy violations, and the need for secure systems, proposing potential solutions using deep learning and ethical AI frameworks.

This research article explores the mass movements in Manipur during the early twentieth century, focusing on their causes, significance, and long-term impact. Following the British conquest of the state in 1891, a series of administrative and economic changes disrupted Manipur's traditional political and social systems, leading to widespread discontent. The study examines key movements such as the 1904 Women's Agitation, the abolition of the Pothang system in 1913, the Zeliangrong Movement (1930-32), and the Nupi Lan (Women's War) of 1939. These protests, often initiated by marginalized groups, especially women, were responses to economic exploitation, cultural suppression, and social injustice under colonial rule. The article analyzes how these movements, although fragmented and spontaneous, collectively contributed to the larger anti-colonial struggle. The Nupi Lan of 1939, in particular, transformed from a rice price protest into a political demand for democratic reforms, symbolizing the convergence of economic and political grievances. Through archival research and historical analysis, the study highlights the critical role of these movements in resisting British imperialism and preserving Manipuri identity. The article argues that these early movements laid the foundation for future resistance, helping to restore the state's pride and autonomy in the face of colonial exploitation.

Abstract: The tradition of Ashtavaidyas holds a unique place in the annals of Ayurveda, the ancient system of Indian medicine. Originating in Kerala, the Ashtavaidyas are a distinguished group of physicians who are custodians of a lineage-based practice rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts. Known for their deep knowledge of the eight branches of Ayurveda (Ashta-anga), they are revered for their ability to diagnose and treat a wide array of illnesses through a holistic understanding of health, including body, mind, and spirit. This article explores the historical significance, training, and methodologies of Ashtavaidyas, emphasizing their role in preserving and propagating traditional Ayurvedic practices.. The resilience of the Ashtavaidya tradition in contemporary society, despite the challenges posed by modernization and globalized healthcare systems, highlights its enduring relevance as a cornerstone of traditional medicine.

Affirmative action policies in higher educational institutions in India, while intended to promote equity, often inadvertently perpetuate social hierarchies. This paper explores the role of caste categories in reinforcing discrimination and stigma within academic spaces. Drawing on data from Hyderabad Central University, NALSAR University of Law, and the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), this study highlights how institutional practices, combined with entrenched social biases, maintain and even deepen caste-based divisions. Using interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, and case studies, the research identifies key themes related to the marginalization and exclusion of students from reserved categories.
