The chemical studies were carried out on the fruits of Garcinia mangostana. A chemical constituent was isolated from the Methanolic extract of Garcinia mangostana. The structure of isolated constituents was analysed by HPLC, Mass Spectroscopy, H-NMR, C13 NMR. The Extract of Garcinia mangostana or Chemical Constituents of garcinia mangostana Show the biological activity. The pure isolated compounds show the anti- bacterial, Larvicidal activity. The xanthone compound are isolated Methanolic extract of garcinia mangostana which shows the potential activity. The yield of the extract of Methanolic extract was found and isolated compound shows the purity above 90%.

In the present study, Mucoadhesive floating drug delivery systems of sitagliptin Phosphate, is an anti diabetic Agent , have been designed to increase the buyoncy, gastric residence time and to reduce frequency of administration. In an attempt to developed ?oating beads of Sitagliptine, drug loaded alginate beads were prepared by simultaneous external and internal gelation. The effect of blending of Sodium alginate with Calcium carbonate and chitosan on the bead properties were evaluated. Beads were spherical with Entrapment ef?ciency in the range of 52.812.64 to 78.951.92%. Beads exhibited buoyancy over a period of 724 hr based on the formulation variables. In vitro release of Sitagliptine from the alginate beads in simulated gastric ?uid (SGF) (0.1 N HCl, pH 1.2), was in?uenced signi?cantly (p < 0.001) by the properties and concentration of additives. Among the polymers incorporated into alginate beads. The Sodium Alginate provided an extended release over 12 hr.

Video streaming is categorized into two types in the form of on-demand video transcoding and live-streaming, typically the streaming videos are transcoded based on the clients viewing device characteristics. However, the transcoding operation is expensive in case of computation and storage. expensive so, the streaming video service providers at present store numerous versions of same transcoded videos to serve various kinds of client devices for the viewers satisfaction. The foremost challenges in using cloud resources for transcoding videos is to deploy the cloud services without any changes in the quality of service for the streaming videos. To avoid these challenges, in order to present an architecture for video on-demand transcoding for streaming videos. Therefore, by using an amazon web service (AWS) solution architecture for video on-demand transcoding to overcome the challenge particularly Amazon EC2 service for computing and Amazon S3 service for storage. Correspondingly, AWS provides video on demand architecture for amazon workflow and service delivery. This best solution for minimizing the start-up delay, Latency, Transmission delay and throughput as a QOS metrics to evaluate the performance it proposed architecture as Amazon web service solution architecture that finds the way to overcome these challenges. Simulation results using CloudSim tool is used to shows that, AWS video streaming architecture has improved QoS than the Cloud-based Video Streaming Service Architecture could significantly reduce the QoS violations in video streaming.

The present investigation was carried out on the Teesta river at three stations to study the seasonal change of phyStation-1co-chemical factors . The parameters studied were air and water temperature, turbidity, pH, total dissolved solid, total suspended solid, total solid, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, biological oxygen demand, free carbon dioxide, chloride, salinity, total alkalinity, hardness, nitrate, phosphate and Station-1licate. The seasonal variation of the different parameters i.e Pre monsoon, Monsoon, and Post Monsoon has been discussed.

Dont save what is left after spending; spend what is left after saving, a very famous and true quote given by Warren Buffet. In todays competitive and high risky world every person knows the importance of saving. And for saving he/she must know what the various avenues of investment in modern era are. Now a days when one fresh graduate or postgraduate person complete his/her study and join to his/her dream companies or job and when he/she gets his/her first salary in their hand ,that moment for him/her is just like they got success. But once time has passed gradually they feels that we should save something but at that time first and most important question raised in their mind and that is where we should invest or save our hard earn money? Number of different investment options is available currently in the market like Bank FD, Gold, Real Estate, Mutual Funds, equity & so on much more. Investors are always investing their money with the different types of individual purpose and objectives such as profit, security, appreciation, Income stability etc. We have here in this research, studied the different types and avenues of investments as well as the factors that are required while selecting the investment with the sample size of 100 salaried employees of Nagpur city (Maharashtra State, India) by conducting the survey through questionnaire. Actually, here the present study which we have tried to identifies about the preferred investment avenues among individual (Salaried) investors using their own self-assessment test.

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) has emerged as one of the 21st century 's key public health issues, challenging the successful prevention and treatment of an ever-increasing number of infections caused by bacteria, parasites, viruses and fungi that are no longer susceptible to the common medicines used to treat them. Concerning antibiotic resistance in bacteria, the issue of AMR is extremely urgent. Bacteria causing common or serious infections have es-tablished resistance to each new antibiotic coming on the market over many decades, to varying degrees. The need for action to avert a developing global health care crisis is im-perative in the face of this reality.

MUDRA was launched as a refinancing institution to provide funding support to the lending institutions engaged in financing micro units in the country. Micro enterprises are an important sector of the Indian economy which is providing jobs to millions of people and promoting income as well. It is estimated that more than 60 million micro enterprises support over 100 million people for their employment and livelihood. Micro enterprise constitutes an important pillar of Indian economy as they account for more than 90 percent of non agriculture employment. The sector continues to grow despite of issues like non availability of credit, limited market linkages, technology obsolescence, etc. Access to institutional finance could potentially turn these micro entrepreneurs into strong instruments of GDP growth and employment. To build on this opportunity Government of India initiated the Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Limited (MUDRA) in 2015-2016 with the mandate of Funding the Unfunded micro entrepreneurs. On this background the paper attempts to study the performance of PMMY Scheme and evaluate the performance in India and in the state of Tamilnadu.
