The statement "prevention is better than cure" and its applications is not new for Ayurvedic health care system. This statement defines the aim and objectives of Ayurvedic health care system in a nutshell "swasthasya swasthya rakshanam aaturasya vikara prashamanam". Ayurveda strongly emphasizes on preventive and promotive aspects of health rather than curative. The main purpose of preventive attributes prescribed in Ayurveda is to improve immunity. According to Ayurveda immunity (Vyadhi Kshamatva) means the power of the body which decreases the damaging power of the disease and stops the genesis of the disease. Both plant and animal sources produce immunomodulatory effects to boost the body's immunological reactivity against infections by engaging the non-specific immune system. Herbal immunomodulators are substances that either activate or suppress innate and adaptive immune responses in the body. Global scientific study is currently focused on how various medicinal plant components might alter the immune system. Numerous Indian and "Rasayana" and medicinal plants may have immunomodulatory characteristics. The Ayurvedic concepts like Dinacharya, Ritucharya, Sadvrutta, Pathya Apathya, Rasayana, Ahara Vidhi Vidhana, Panchakarma etc. also play an essential role in modulating the immune system. The purpose of this review is to focus the light on Ayurvedic concepts in the modulation of immune system which is necessary in todays era to live a healthy life.

With continuous improvement in human life standards, trash accumulation is also increasing exponentially causing environmental pollution and a great dilemma for future generations. However, recycling is being practiced in many countries but only in developed ones. Apart from recycling, transformation and value addition in trash material through trash can be another breakthrough in managing garbage. An effort is made to utilize and transform trash material into some useful laboratory tools of biological sciences particularly insect rearing cages, birdhouses, dissection needles and blades, aspirators, aley traps, and light traps. All these laboratory tools are of fairly high cost in the market but with trash art, they become very cheap and handy. Such trash artworks can improve the earnings of poor people and can become one of the possible future enterprises.

The Fukushima nuclear disaster initiated a complex journey of environmental recovery in Japan, necessitating advanced decontamination strategies for water and air. This paper examines the evolution of nuclear safety measures before the accident, the immediate crisis response, and the technological innovations introduced post-disaster, including the Advanced Liquid Processing System (ALPS). It evaluates the effectiveness and limitations of these technologies, highlighting the pros and cons of their application. The study also explores local and global responses, emphasizing community engagement and international collaboration in addressing contamination. As Japan prepares to release treated water into the Pacific Ocean, the paper assesses safety measures ensuring its purity and the public's trust in these processes. Ultimately, this research investigates the balance between innovation and environmental safety in Japan's path toward decontamination.

Traditional in-person teaching has shifted to online education. To effectively access online tests, human monitoring has been introduced. The common practice of human observation in a physical exam hall is both expensive and labor-intensive. This abstract presents a system that automatically monitors student's activity during online tests using anti-cheat tools. The student's computer camera tracks facial movement and also captures audio to observe student's behavior and any suspicious activity to prevent any misconduct. The system comprises facial recognition, audio detection, facial movement tracking and unexpected behavior detection using Yolo model, Face keypoint detection using custom modules. Yolo is utilized to analyze and recognize facial features from the student's camera feed facilitating identity verification during online tests. Yolo model is also used for mobile phone detection. The custom module plays a crucial role in detecting unexpected behaviors by identifying patterns indicative of potential misconduct. The Custom modules keypoint detector pinpoints specific facial landmarks thus allowing for a detailed analysis of head movements and students presence. Incorporation of audio module pipeline is implemented which uses an in house algorithm for speech detection during online tests. The objective is to improve the reliability of online exams, ensuring fairness among students.

Abstract: The provision of a storm water management system in Ichalkaranji addresses critical challenges associated with urban flooding, water quality degradation, and environmental sustainability. This study examines the existing conditions and evaluates the potential benefits of implementing an effective storm water management framework in selected areas of the city. Through data collection, community engagement, and analysis of hydrological patterns, the research identifies key areas vulnerable to flooding and pollution. The proposed system includes a combination of green infrastructure solutions, such as permeable pavements, rain gardens, and retention basins, aimed at enhancing water absorption and reducing runoff. The findings highlight the importance of sustainable practices in urban planning, emphasizing the need for a collaborative approach involving local authorities and residents. Ultimately, the implementation of a storm water management system in Ichalkaranji is projected to improve flood resilience, enhance water quality, and contribute to the overall sustainability of the urban environment.

The Complete Blood cells count has an important role in medical diagnosis to check common fitness conditions. Blood cells are traditionally counted using Hemocytometer with laboratory compounds and chemical compounds. It is so time consuming. In this paper, we propose a deep learning neural network based architecture to accurately detect and count various types of blood cells (RBCs, WBCs, Platelets, etc.). The Convolutional Neural Network is used for classification and ResNet is used for feature extraction and improving the accuracy of blood cells counting. ResNet algorithm gives about 99% accuracy which is very good

The malaria disease is critical because it is caused by the Plasmodium species and transmitted by infected mosquitoes. Prompt and accurate diagnosis plays a major role in reducing the transmission of malaria and controlling severe cases, enabling proper treatment policies. [1], [2]. While the classical approaches require microscopy, molecular techniques such as PCR and LAMP offer increased sensitivity but are mostly out of reach in resource-constrained settings due to their complexity [3]. The designed paper-based microfluidic device was found to function with malaria DNA. The above-designed aim has been achieved by the integration of a lateral flow strip, which makes DNA amplification happen in an uncomplicated, inexpensive, and portable manner. We used the oriented Finite Element Method to simulate the optimised regions in the microfluidic device that capture the DNA followed by a washing and reaction process [4]. These tests were conducted at the laboratory scale using samples of blood, washing buffer Tris, and TE buffer. The experiment did efficiently demonstrate the capability for efficient capillary flow, fluid management, and accurate DNA amplification, the promise of paper-based devices in enhancing diagnostic tools within a resource-constrained environment [5], [6].

the key physical properties of semiconductors, including their band structure, optical processes, and transport. It also discusses the applications of semiconductors, such as diodes, transistors, solar cells, and light-emitting diode. discusses the different properties of semiconductor materials that are required for different types of solid state sensors. It also discusses the materials that are used for these sensors, including silicon, germanium, and various compound semiconductors. discusses the fundamentals of semiconductors, including the classification of electrical and electronic materials, and the different types of semiconducting materials. It also discusses the latest developments in the field of semiconducting materials, including spintronic materials, ferromagnetic semiconductors, and wide bandgap semiconductors. the subsequent rapid advances in materials, techniques, and understanding. It also discusses the future of semiconductor devices, including how they will be shaped by the materials used and the constraints they impose on speed, power, and impedance. Semiconductors are defined to possess conductivity in between a nonconductor and a conductor. Because of this property, semiconductors are quite common on a daily basis in electronics since they probably won't short circuit like a conductor. They get their characteristic conductivity from their small band gap.
