n this paper we study about the properties of Cow dung ash and Sugarcane Bagasse ash in Self Curing Concrete. Today the consumption of water and other sources for concrete is high. For curing the concrete, there is a high demand for water for long duration. In this study cow dung and sugarcane bagasse ash is added to the Self curing concrete. To reduce the usage of water self curing agent is added. The compressive strength of conventional concrete and partial replacement (5%, 10%, 15%, 20% ) of cement in concrete is studied for 7, 14 days.

The present study has been undertaken to identify level of reflection of the trainee teachers. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to better understand about the level of reflection amongst the trainee teachers and to explore the level of reflection as evidenced by the reflective journal of trainee teachers. Methods: This study investigated 30 trainee teachers level of reflection during 2nd year of their teacher education program. It is sought to analyze the level of reflection among the trainee teachers from Amity University. This study makes use of questionnaires and reflective journals to study the level of reflection of student teachers. Analysis of qualitative data in the form of reflective journals was collected and analyzed to answer the research questions. A modified version of the tool to assess teachers level of reflective practice (Larrivee, 2008). The close ended questions on the survey provided the qualitative data and the qualitative analysis of the reflective journals provides a evidence to this research study. Findings: It is clearly evident from the results of the questionnaire that, 14 trainee teachers have scored high (Score Range 41-50) at level 4, demonstrating critical level of reflection and 20 trainee teachers have scored high (Score Range 41-50) at pedagogical level of reflection. On qualitative analysis of the reflective journals of the trainee teachers, it was concluded that, Out of 30 trainee teachers, 2 of the trainee teachers belong to pre reflection level (Level 1). 14 of them are at surface level of reflection (Level 2). Only 7 trainee teachers have been found to be at pedagogical level of reflection (Level 3) and None of the trainee teachers have been found to be at critical level of reflection. Interpretations of the results are presented and recommendations are discussed within the context of the study. Novelty: The present study brought to light the practices followed and nurtured in the trainee teachers of Amity University and draws a conclusion bringing forth the recommendations to the level that can be followed by them, that will benefit of their profession.

Tulsi ( Ocimum basilicum L.) And it Family ( Lamiaceae) is the most Important medicinal plants mentioned in Ayurvedic creative writing for its medicinal and religious properties. It is widely used as medicine to cure various ailments. The objective. of the study was to analyse different phytochemical components of tulsi leaf. The dried powder of Tulsi (50g) was placed in the thimble of Soxhlet apparatus and the experiment was done separately for methanol, ethanol and distilled water. The percentage yield was 8%w/w,7%w/w, and 5%w/w respectively. The study reveals that various secondary metabolites such as carbohydrate, tannin, flavonoids, saponins, glycoside, terpenoid, fatty acids and phenol are present in tulsi leaf extract. tulsi is mentioned under Helminthiasis because it is an anti-microbial agent. This drug is a famous for house hold medication for many diseases such as injury, hepatic disease, viral infection, earache, back pain, hiccup, inflammation of the conjunctiva in newborns, respiratory disorder, stomach diseases, urinary disorders, seborrhea disease, a variety of toxicity and mental stress. Hence it is more beneficial to use tulsi asan herbal medicine as compare to chemically synthesized drug.

Lower Respiratory Tract Infections (LRTI) are infections that affect the airways (below the level of the larynx), including the trachea and the alveolar sacs. LRTI are characterized in many different ways. Acute infections that affect the airways include acute bronchitis, bronchiolitis and influenza, whereas acute infections that affect the alveolar sacs can include pneumonia. Infections are caused by tiny organisms known as bacteria or viruses, which are usually the most common cause. They are carried in tiny droplets and passed between people by coughing, sneezing and at times by indirect contact with surfaces. People who are infected usually produce antibodies to fight the virus. If re- infected, the antibodies help to fight the infection with the same strain. Viruses can change forms and manifest in different strains, causing the body to produce new antibodies. Less frequently, these bacteria can go on to cause a LRTI.

High-speed railway construction has recently become more effective and large-scale. And a significant factor in determining the safety of railway operation is now bridge safety detection and monitoring. In order to improve, mark, and learn the crack photos, the characteristics of bridge surface cracks in the prior operational environment are evaluated. YoloV3 deep learning network is then employed.

A flowering plant known as Hibiscus - Sinensis, widely known as the "Queen of the Tropics," may have therapeutic benefits. The sour decoction is created all over the world with the herbal mixture made from this extract. The dried hibiscus decoction is good for the heart and digestive health, and different sections of the hibiscus flower have been used for things like wound healing, inflammation, bacterial infections, and cardioprotective properties. There may be some truth to their claims, according to the study, but there may also be possible hazards. More study is necessary. Hibiscus decoction drinkers saw their levels of "good cholesterol" (high-density lipoproteins) and "bad cholesterol" (low-density lipoproteins) rise and fall, respectively. The preparation of a red shoe flower (Hibiscus -Sinensis) decoction and the investigation of its effects on the management of high cholesterol are the goals of this study. This study's primary goals are to identify hypercholesterolemia patients in the Thiruvarur District and assess the efficacy of red shoe flowers in lowering total cholesterol. Pre-test and post-test alone designs were used in a quantitative research strategy with hypercholesterolemia patients and clients between the ages of 31 and 50. Data were evaluated using statistical techniques for inference (independent, paired test, and chi-square test) as well as descriptive statistical analysis (frequency, percentage, distribution, mean, and standard deviation). Decreasing body fat, lowering blood pressure, strengthening the liver, and boosting the immune system are just a few advantages of this hibiscus decoction.

WHAT IS KNOWN ON THE SUBJECT?: It is generally felt that it is helpful for mental health nurses to control their emotions during their work. There are different approaches, but there is growing acceptance that different emotions may need different coping strategies. There is lots of evidence that nurses sometimes feel anger in a number of situations, but the research about anger in mental health nurses has never been examined as a whole. WHAT THIS PAPER ADDS TO EXISTING KNOWLEDGE?: We have systematically identified all previous research where nurses completed measures that tried to measure their anger in certain situations, compared it to other people or investigated how it affected them or what its relationship was with their practice. Only a few studies have measured nurses' anger. However, it seems that while nurses are not generally angrier than any other group, they do often feel anger in relation to management of patient aggression and their job situation more generally. WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE?: Anger is the most commonly reported problematic emotion for mental health nurses. It may influence their practice and affect their well-being. This has implications for staff support and training.
