Common oral cavity cystic lesions are called mucoceles. that most commonly occur in the lower lip, floor of the mouth, and buccal mucosa. They can be caused by damage to or blockage of the oral mucosa's small salivary gland ducts. On the other hand, mucoceles that originate from the salivary glands located anteriorly lingually and are incredibly rare. and found on the tongue's ventral surface and are frequently overlooked during screening processes because they don't cause any symptoms. The following article describes a fascinating instance of mucocele in a male patient, age seven, on the anterior ventral surface of the tongue The review of the literature describes the different kinds of mucocele, as well as its pathogenesis, differential diagnosis , epidemiology, and available treatment options.

Dairy enterprise is considered a "treasure" of the Indian economy, particularly for rural systems. It provides nutrition, animal power, organic manure, supplementary income, employment, cash income, and a ,,cushion" for the Indian economy. The sector involves millions of poor farmers, for whom animal ownership ensures critical livelihood, sustainable farming, and economic stability. Dairying in the recent decades has been considered a vital component in the diversification of Indian agriculture, where crop farming is best with stagnating growth and low absorption of unskilled agricultural labourers. In order to alleviate the problem of unemployment or under-employment and to maintain domestic tranquillity.

Abstract-- Groundwater is a crucial resource for sustaining agricultural, industrial, and domestic water needs, particularly in regions facing water scarcity. Predicting groundwater levels accurately is vital for effective water resource management and sustainable development. This study explores the application of the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) for predicting groundwater levels. ANFIS combines the learning ability of artificial neural networks with the reasoning capability of fuzzy logic, making it well-suited for complex, nonlinear systems like groundwater. The model was trained using historical groundwater data, including precipitation, temperature, and previous water levels as inputs. Performance of the ANFIS model was evaluated using various statistical metrics, showing a high degree of accuracy compared to traditional methods. The results indicate that ANFIS can effectively capture the complex dynamics of groundwater systems, offering a reliable tool for water resource planners and environmental engineers to forecast groundwater levels and make informed management decisions.

The study looks into the connection between college students' emotional intelligence (EI) and personality qualities and simultaneously examines how characteristics like extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness each affect emotional intelligence (EI). A sample of 65 participants (31 males and 35 females), aged 18-25, was analyzed using the short Big Five Personality Inventory and the Emotional Intelligence Scale. The data indicates that neuroticism and emotional intelligence are inversely associated, but conscientiousness, agreeableness, openness, and extraversion are significantly positively related. The most significant beneficial impact on EI was seen in extraversion, indicating that more sociable people had greater emotional control. High neuroticism, on the other hand, is associated with inferior emotional intelligence, suggesting that emotional instability hinders emotional comprehension and regulation. The significance of emotional stability and sociability in augmenting emotional intelligence is shown by these findings, which also illustrate the influence of personality on emotional intelligence.

Abstract: Background: Prolonged exposure to whole-body vibration (WBV) is a significant risk factor for musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), necessitating effective and accessible methods for WBV measurement and analysis. Objective: This study aims to design and validate a cost-effective, Arduino-based multi-channel vibration analysis system for assessing WBV exposure across multiple body regions. Methods: A prototype system was developed using ADXL-345 accelerometers and an Arduino Uno microcontroller, emphasizing affordability and user-friendliness. The system integrates seven accelerometers to capture multi-segmental WBV data, enabling the analysis of vibration transmission across different body regions. Data is stored locally on an SD card or transmitted wirelessly via Wi-Fi for further evaluation. Results: The developed system effectively recorded and stored comprehensive WBV data, enabling detailed analysis of vibration exposure patterns. The findings revealed that the peak vibration transmissibility across body regions predominantly occurred within the 4 Hz to 8 Hz frequency range, a critical range associated with resonance effects in human tissues. Conclusion: This study introduces a low-cost, user-friendly tool for WBV assessment, addressing an essential gap in occupational health research and practice. Its affordability and adaptability make it highly suitable for diverse applications, including workplace risk assessment and epidemiological studies.

Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, emphasizes holistic health and well-being through balancing the body's Doshas (biological energies), enhancing Agni (digestive fire), and eliminating Ama (metabolic toxins). Amavata, akin to Rheumatoid Arthritis, is characterized by the accumulation of Ama and the aggravation of Vata Dosha, leading to symptoms such as joint pain, swelling, stiffness, and systemic disturbances. This interventional study investigates the combined effect of Truptighna Mahakashaya Gana Kashaya (herbal decoction), Simhanada Guggulu, and Valuka Sweda (sand fomentation) in managing Amavata. The study enrolled 30 patients diagnosed with Amavata and monitored over 22 days with baseline and post-intervention assessments. The selected interventions target multiple aspects of the disease: Truptighna Mahakashaya Gana Kashaya aids in digestive enhancement and Ama-pachana (toxin digestion); Simhanada Guggulu provides anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, and Vata-balancing effects; while Valuka Sweda promotes symptomatic relief by improving circulation, alleviating stiffness, and reducing pain. Outcomes were measured using clinical assessments and laboratory parameters like ESR and CRP. The results demonstrated a significant decrease in inflammatory symptoms, pain, and improvement in joint functionality, with marked reductions in inflammatory markers. This study supports the efficacy of integrating internal medications with external therapies in Ayurveda for managing chronic inflammatory conditions like Amavata.

Due to the future scarcity of fossil fuels and their harmful environmental effects, alternative energy sources must be explored. Wind power, a clean and sustainable natural resource, has not yet been fully harnessed in the automotive industry. Additionally, solar energy is one of the most important renewable energy sources available today. This proposed system focuses on using the Internet of Things (IoT) to monitor the performance of electric vehicle batteries. Electric vehicles rely entirely on battery energy, but the energy supplied by the battery gradually decreases, leading to performance degradation, a significant concern for battery manufacturers. Our proposed system introduces the concept of using IoT techniques to directly monitor vehicle performance. Experimental results demonstrate the system's ability to detect battery degradation. The proposed system provides an indication of the battery's voltage. To monitor these battery parameters, we have developed a data acquisition system using an Arduino-based setup. If the temperature or gas levels in the battery change, alerts will be sent to an IoT server, which will manage the operation of the electric vehicle
