 Abstract

The paper is a review of the theoretical and empirical foundations of developing a personalized English language learning programme of school children. Based on major theories illustrating individualized learning, like the theory of personalized instruction by Peura, the mastery learning theory of Bloom and the Personalized System of Instruction proposed by Keller, the study discusses the way individualized and adaptive learning environments can maximize linguistic and cognitive development. The review presents evidence-based results of various pedagogical settings and addresses the issues of learner autonomy, hybrid instruction and technology integration. According to the findings, individualized learning based on formative assessment and learner-centered design contributes to an improved level of engagement, motivation, and competence among young learners. The research ends with a conclusion which indicates implications of designing effective English learning programmes that balance between personalization and equity between the curriculum.

 Abstract

? This review explores various aspects of using titanium and its alloys in dental implant manufacturing, highlighting common causes of implant failure and recent advancements in surface modification aimed at enhancing osseointegration and ensuring long-term implant success. Titanium and its alloys has increasingly popular engineering materials due to their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding resistance to corrosion. ? The primary materials used for implants are commercially pure titanium (cp Ti) and the Ti-6Al-4V alloy, both of which demonstrate clinical success rates approaching 99% after ten years. These alloys are highly biocompatible with bone and gingival tissues and have the ability to integrate directly with bone through osseointegration. Despite continuous improvements in metallurgical techniques, materials science, and implant design, corrosion and mechanical failures still occur. Therefore, preventive approaches are crucial to minimize implant-associated infections. One effective strategy involves creating antibacterial implant surfaces that can inhibit biofilm formation and reduce microbial colonization.

 Abstract

This study delves into the detailed analysis of soil physicochemical properties from Kasdol Block, Baloda Bazar District, Chhattisgarh. The investigation aims to understand the soil's inherent characteristics, nutrient status, and potential limitations for agricultural productivity. Soil samples were collected from various locations within the block, subjected to a rigorous laboratory analysis, and evaluated for parameters such as pH, electrical conductivity, organic carbon content, total nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, micronutrients (iron, zinc, manganese, copper), and textural composition. The results obtained provide valuable insights into the soil health and fertility status of the region. The study also highlights the need for judicious nutrient management practices to optimize crop yields and maintain soil quality.

 Abstract

Oral storytelling is an important cultural tradition that serves as a means of transmitting messages, values, and heritage across generations. This process has enabled indigenous storytelling to preserve and pass on cultural knowledge over time. Indigenous stories form a vital part of a child's cultural identity, as they are deeply connected to the traditions, history, and language of specific communities or regions. Stories that reflect a child's own culture and environment play a key role in shaping their understanding of social norms, promoting cultural awareness, and supporting language development. Through learning and engaging with these stories, children are not only captivated by stories but also immersed in their cultural surroundings from an early age. Moreover, indigenous stories provide meaningful opportunities for cognitive growth, offering a rich linguistic and intellectually stimulating environment that builds essential skills for school readiness and future learning. In alignment with these ideas, the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasizes the importance of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) to ensure quality education for all, particularly for socio-economically disadvantaged children. The policy aims to reduce inequalities and promote holistic development, including social, emotional, and cognitive development to prepare well-rounded individuals who can contribute positively to society and national progress. This vision aligns with Goal 4 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030), which underscores that equitable access to education is essential for achieving sustainable development. Additionally, the policy recognizes the significant role of culture in shaping development and its close connection to various aspects of national life.

 Abstract

The term Indo-feminism refers to the Indian form of feminist thought that aligns women's liberation with cultural, ethical and social values of the Indian Context. It focuses on self-realization, education, equality in relationships and moral empowerment. Indo-feminism is a blend of feminist theories and practices that address the unique social, cultural, and economic issues faced by women in India. While Western feminism has contributed significantly to global feminist discourse, Indian women may benefit from understanding Indo-feminism for several reasons like understanding the roots of Indian culture and addressing specific challenges that may not be directly applicable from western perspectives; Indo-feminism acknowledges the complexities of Indian society, including caste, class, religion and regional differences; Indo-feminism allows Indian women to define their own feminist identities, priorities, strategies, rather than relaying solely on external influences.

 Abstract

Execution of Fundamental Kho-Kho Skill on Clay and Mat Surfaces: A Comparative Study *Om Prakash Kewat **Dr. Vivek Mishra ***Prof. C.D. Agashe ABSTRACT The present study aims to assess the pole turn performance of inter-university male kho-kho players on clay and synthetic playing surfaces. For this study, a sample of 50 male Kho-Kho players, aged between 18 and 25 years, was selected from interuniversity and national-level participants. The sampling method employed was purposive sampling. The pole turn performance of selected male kho-kho players was assessed by a test constructed by Rinku Tiwari and Reeta Venugopal (2016). Results reveal that players performed significantly better (i.e., faster pole turns) on the mat surface compared to the clay surface. The mat may allow for better force application during directional changes involved in a pole turn, leading to more efficient and quicker movement. Based on the results, it was concluded that the male kho-kho players were able to achieve better pole turn performance on the mat surface as compared to the clay surface. It can also be concluded that the pole turn performance was better on synthetic mat surfaces as compared to clay surfaces due to the smoother and more uniform surface, which facilitates quicker and more controlled turning movements around the pole with reduced risk of slipping or injury. * Research Scholar, School of Studies in Phy.  Abstract

This paper explores the intricate landscape of philanthropy in Victorian Britain, a period marked by profound social and economic transformation. The study examines the motivations, mechanisms, and impacts of philanthropic activities during the 19th century, highlighting how the convergence of religious, moral, and social ideals fuelled charitable endeavors. Through a detailed analysis of key figures, institutions, and movements, the paper investigates how philanthropy became a vehicle for addressing poverty, education, and public health issues, while also reinforcing social hierarchies. The research delves into the role of women in philanthropic work, the influence of industrialization, and the ways in which charitable practices both challenged and perpetuated the status quo. By contextualizing Victorian philanthropy within broader historical and cultural shifts, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the complex interplay between charity, social reform, and the construction of modern British society.
