Bibliometrics, as a quantitative research methodology, systematically analyzes patterns of scholarly communication using statistical and mathematical models to evaluate publication productivity, citation networks, and knowledge dissemination. In today's digital era, the rapid expansion of information systems, digital libraries, and online repositories has transformed bibliometric analysis from manual counting to automated, data-driven evaluation. This study explores the convergence of bibliometrics and information systems, emphasizing how their integration enhances knowledge organization, retrieval precision, and evidence-based research management. It examines classical bibliometric foundations--Lotka's, Bradford's, and Zipf's laws--while addressing the shift toward digital analytics, AI-driven models, and visualization tools that support advanced citation, co-word, and co-citation mapping. The study further investigates the role of bibliometric databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar in shaping reliable research evaluation frameworks. By incorporating altmetrics, semantic web technologies, and predictive analytics, the research proposes intelligent systems capable of identifying emerging trends and forecasting scholarly impact. Despite challenges such as data inconsistencies, interdisciplinary biases, and ethical issues in metric use, the study underscores the transformative potential of bibliometric information system integration in fostering transparency, innovation, and accountability. Ultimately, it envisions a dynamic, data-centric ecosystem for efficient knowledge management and global research advancement.

The growing tension between economic growth and ecological degradation has prompted renewed attention to the concept of Ecological Resource Accounting and its integration into the framework of Green Gross Domestic Product (Green GDP). Traditional GDP measures fail to account for environmental depletion and ecosystem service loss, thereby offering a distorted picture of real progress. This article examines the role of ecological resource accounting and Green GDP as vital tools for sustainable regional planning in India. By internalizing environmental costs and valuing natural assets--such as forests, water, and soil fertility--these frameworks enable policymakers to assess true economic performance while ensuring ecological balance. The study explores national and international experiences, identifies institutional gaps in India's environmental accounting system, and highlights the importance of decentralized, region-specific valuation of natural resources. It argues that integrating ecological resource accounts into regional development strategies can help bridge the divide between economic aspirations and ecological realities. Ultimately, Green GDP offers not just a corrective economic indicator but a pathway toward holistic sustainability--where growth, equity, and ecology coexist in harmony.

This paper explores media literacy as a part of civic competence among youth. It looks at levels of awareness, critical thinking abilities, and the link between media literacy and civic engagement. The study uses a mixed-methods approach that includes a cross-sectional survey (N = 720) and semi-structured interviews (n = 24) with students aged 16 to 24 in secondary and tertiary education. It measures media knowledge, critical evaluation skills, exposure patterns, and civic behaviours like voting intention, civic discussion, and online civic participation. Quantitative analyses involve descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression modeling. Qualitative thematic analysis helps provide context for the survey findings. The results suggest that stronger media literacy is linked to higher reported civic engagement and a more critical evaluation of news sources. Factors like socioeconomic status, education stream, and social media use influence this relationship. The paper ends with recommendations for integrating media literacy into the curriculum, targeted interventions, and suggestions for future research.

Because of the protective nature of the blood-brain barrier (BBB), the intricacy of their pathophysiology, and gradual neuronal dysfunction, neurodegenerative illnesses like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's pose a serious problem. Promising methods for getting past these obstacles and improving medication delivery to the central nervous system have been made possible by recent developments in nanotechnology. The potential of several nanocarriers, such as liposomes, polymeric nanoparticles, dendrimers, and solid lipid nanoparticles, to enhance the results of treatment for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's illnesses is examined in this paper. The creation of surface-modified, stimuli-responsive nanoparticles that target important disease characteristics such dopaminergic neuronal degeneration and amyloid-beta aggregation is given particular attention. Prospects for the future emphasize how biocompatible, multipurpose, and customized nanomedicine techniques are becoming more and more important in improving the safety and effectiveness of treatments. Nanocarrier-based drug delivery systems have enormous promise to redefine neurotherapeutic approaches, notwithstanding the difficulties associated with clinical translation.

Sustainable agriculture has become a global necessity today, as climate change, depletion of natural resources, and ecological imbalance continue to threaten food security. The Integrated Farming System (IFS) is a modern and scientifically designed regenerative agricultural model that can transform conventional monocropping practices into ecologically stable and economically viable systems. This study analyzes the sustainability contributions of IFS from both field-level agricultural experience and scientific literature. The findings indicate that IFS plays a significant role in enhancing soil fertility, optimizing nutrient cycling, conserving biodiversity, reducing dependence on chemicals, increasing climate resilience, and stabilizing farmers' income. As an agroecological approach, IFS can play a vital role in addressing long-term environmental degradation and instability in food systems. The study concludes that IFS is a sustainable, resilient, and financially viable approach for modern agriculture, and is essential for ensuring future food security.

The school environment plays a vital role in shaping children's behavior, attitudes, and learning outcomes. A positive environment fosters emotional security, motivation, and academic growth, while a negative or stressful environment may lead to behavioral problems, low achievement, and disengagement from learning. This paper explores how various school environment factors--physical infrastructure, teacher-student relationships, peer interactions, classroom climate, and school culture--affect children's behavioral development and academic performance. Drawing from ecological and socio-cultural theories, it examines both supportive and hindering elements of school environments. The study also discusses strategies to create conducive environments that promote healthy behavior and effective learning among primary learners.

Mental illness poses a significant public health challenge, with caregiver adherence being vital to treatment continuity. This study aimed to assess non-adherent behaviour among caregivers of persons with mental illness at the Psychiatric Department, SVIMS, Tirupati. A non-experimental descriptive design was adopted, and 100 caregivers were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a semi-structured questionnaire comprising demographic details and a 28-item scale assessing seven domains of non-adherence: stigma, affordability, accessibility, caregiver burden, side effects, communication, and insight. Results revealed that 41% of caregivers exhibited severe non-adherence and 47% moderate levels. Factors such as stigma, poor affordability, and caregiver burden were major contributors. Significant associations were found between non-adherence and education, income, occupation, and family type. The study concludes that caregiver non-adherence is multifactorial, emphasizing the need for psychoeducation and structured support programs.
