When the book Why the Constitution Matters written by Justice D.Y. Chandrachud was scheduled to be published in August 2025, I, as a student deeply interested in constitutional studies, was eagerly waiting to get my hands on it. My curiosity only grew until mid-October, when I finally found a copy in the market and began reading it. When I shared some excerpts from the book on a social media platform (while duly respecting its copyright), I was surprised to receive several responses questioning why I was even reading the book. Some people said I shouldn't read it because the author, in an interview on a certain channel, had expressed views contrary to what he preaches in the book. Amid this flood of messages--most filled with pre-suppositions and preconceived notions from people who hadn't read the book at all--my simple response was: Have you read the book? Is it not the murder of studentship and scholarship to circulate opinions about any idea or book without reading it first? All such popular, so-called condemnations were devoid of true scholarship or even basic studentship. If we wish to criticize or hold a contrary opinion about any idea--or any book, for that matter--the most fundamental principle is simple, yet profoundly scholarly: first read it, without any prior bias or stereotyped meanings attached. This is not rocketing science--it is the very basic science of studentship. So, I read the book with an open mind, and it took me almost a month to complete it, finishing around mid-November. Once I completed it, I decided to write a review of it.

Historical reliance on animal models to conduct biomedical research has limited the translation applicability of [of research], failing to take into consideration differences across species at the tissue, physiological, cellular, and molecular levels, additional ethical and regulatory considerations, and high rates of predictive failure during phases II and III clinical studies. These challenges have led to the development of human organoids, which are 3D constructs of pluripotent or adult-derived stem cells that mimic organ architecture and organ-specific functions with the demonstrated fidelity.

Abstract: Travique is a comprehensive travel guide mobile application that aims to revolutionize the way travelers explore destinations, plan their itineraries, and manage safety and group coordination in both online and offline scenarios. This paper extends upon our previous version of the Travique project and provides a deeper technical and analytical discussion suitable for a 6-page IEEE-style format. The system's objective is to combine offline maps, group travel management, emergency communication, itinerary generation, and local guide discovery into a single intelligent platform that operates seamlessly even without active network connectivity. This abstract summarizes the motivation, objectives, methodologies, technologies, and contributions of this research. Travique addresses challenges such as inconsistent network availability, traveler safety, and fragmented trip planning tools. The offline mode of operation ensures reliability for rural and remote travelers, while the group coordination module promotes collaborative decision-making among users. The paper details each component's architecture, from the data model of map tiles to heuristic itinerary generation algorithms, and evaluates usability through prototype-based testing. Travique embodies the modern traveler's demand for autonomy, security, and personalized exploration while aligning with sustainable computing principles through lightweight local storage and bandwidth-efficient updates

Pharmacological management of COVID-19 has rapidly evolved since the onset of the pandemic, with numerous agents and approaches evaluated for efficacy and safety. Current evidence supports remdesivir and certain monoclonal antibodies, such as sotrovimab and combinations like bamlanivimab plus etesevimab, for the treatment of COVID-19, especially among hospitalized patients and those at risk of severe disease. Recent clinical trials have demonstrated that remdesivir shortens time to recovery and may reduce progression to severe respiratory illness, while monoclonal antibodies help lower rates of hospitalization and mortality. Other agents, including antivirals such as favipiravir, immunomodulators, and repurposed drugs, have shown mixed or limited effectiveness according to available data. The failure of older therapeutics like hydroxychloroquine and lopinavir/ritonavir to reduce mortality highlights the importance of robust clinical evaluation. Looking forward, innovative drug development is focused on orally-administered panvirus cocktails, novel antiviral compounds, and proactive strategies leveraging emerging viral resistance data. Further research into antisense oligonucleotides, improved delivery methods (e.g., inhalational routes), and the integration of pharmacologic interventions with public health measures will enhance future preparedness and response to new viral variants. Ongoing evaluation and adaptation of therapeutic strategies are essential as new evidence emerges and the virological landscape evolves.

Insurance serves as a vital mechanism for financial security, particularly for the economically weaker sections (EWS) of society who are most vulnerable to unexpected risks. Micro Insurance and the government-sponsored Pradhan Mantri Insurance Schemes, specifically the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) and the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), have become two important parts of India's efforts to make people less financially vulnerable and more socially protected. This study conducts a rigorous evaluation of these two frameworks to comprehend their collective role in enhancing financial resilience among low-income households. The research focuses on analysing key features of both Micro Insurance and the Pradhan Mantri Insurance Schemes, including coverage benefits, premium affordability, claim settlement efficiency, and outreach. It also examines the performance trends of these schemes, highlighting a notable increase in enrolment under PMJJBY and PMSBY, while noting a concerning decline in the microinsurance sector's growth rate. The study emphasises the need for deeper awareness, improved service delivery, And policy alignment to maximise the impact of these schemes. this article aims to enhance the discourse on financial inclusion by providing a comparative and performance-based review, delivering insights into how different insurance schemes might be optimised to secure the financial future of India's economically Vulnerable communities.

This comprehensive thematic review lays bare the present-day scenario regarding the acceptance of digital marketing in the ethnic food industry, particularly the restaurant business. It systematically scrutinizes 40 peer-reviewed studies that were published between 2015 and 2025 to come up with the major themes around the digital transformation of ethnic food businesses. One of the most important outcomes of the review is that digital marketing has transitioned from being a non-compulsory strategy to becoming a necessary part of the competitive food industry. Some of the critical areas that the authors of the literature have pointed out are: the crucial part that social media marketing plays in engaging customers and influencing their purchase decisions; the revolutionary effect of food delivery platforms; the most important factor being online reputation management through reviewing; the effectiveness of digital storytelling for culture representation; the probing and encouraging of tech adaptation; and the appearance of virtual eateries and influencer-marketing among the trends. The results indicate that ethnic restaurants using digital media effectively get not only visibility but also customer loyalty and good positioning compared to their competitors. But still, there are many difficulties to overcome, to mention a few, shortage of funds, low levels of digital skills, and the struggle of how to keep one's true identity without losing the market. This review interrelates existing information and indicates routes for further investigation in the continually changing digital food marketing field.

The growing emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable construction has increased interest in using waste-derived materials in concrete. This research investigates the combined use of Recycled Aggregates (RA), Fishnet Fibers (FN), and Corn Cob Ash (CCA) as partial replacements for traditional concrete components to develop a more sustainable M45 grade mix. The study examines how these alternative materials influence mechanical properties, economic viability, and overall environmental impact. Recycled aggregates obtained from demolished structures were introduced as a substitute for natural coarse aggregates to reduce dependency on virgin resources. Corn cob ash, an agricultural residue with pozzolanic characteristics, was used to partially replace cement, while processed waste fishnets were incorporated as fibers to enhance tensile behavior and minimize cracking. Multiple proportions of RA, CCA, and FN were evaluated through compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength, and workability tests, supported by cost and environmental assessments. Findings indicate that the combination of 10% RA, 5% CCA, and 0.5% FN delivered the most balanced performance, retaining adequate strength while lowering both material cost and carbon emissions. Overall, the research demonstrated that integrating recycled aggregates, waste fibers, and agricultural ash can produce a durable and eco-efficient concrete mix, contributing to more sustainable construction practices.

Stomach cancer and esophagogastric malignancies significantly affect the nutritional status of patients due to reduced oral intake, cancer cachexia, and post-operative physiological stress. Nutritional deterioration after gastrectomy is associated with impaired recovery, increased complications and prolonged hospitalization. Early enteral nutrition has been recommended to maintain gut integrity, improve postoperative metabolism, and prevent weight loss. The present study evaluates the effectiveness of the introduction of early enteral feeding compared to delayed enteral feeding among post-operative gastrectomy patients in a selected oncology hospital. Weight measurements were taken on the 1st, 3rd, 14th and 30th postoperative days. The study adopted a quasi-experimental comparative design. Results show that the experimental group receiving early enteral feeding demonstrated significant weight improvement with a mean gain of 2.4 kg, whereas the control group showed only 0.04 kg improvement, which was not statistically significant. The findings indicate that early enteral feeding is effective in improving postoperative nutritional status and weight restoration among gastrectomy patients.
