Cesarean section (CS) is a surgical procedure, the period after which can be more challenging. The present study was undertaken to assess the Effectiveness of Early Ambulation in Post Operative Recovery among Women with Cesarean Section Delivery. AIM OF THE STUDY- The aim of the study is to enhance the postoperative recovery in women with CS delivery. METHODOLOGY- Quasi experimental research design was used. The study was conducted on conveniently selected 60 samples of CS women admitted in Cloud Nine hospital Lucknow. Data was collected by Socio-demographic variables. Numerical pain rating scale to assess pain level and checklist for maternal outcome was used to collect the data and it was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. Tables and bar diagrams were used to depict the findings. RESULTS- The result of the study showed that the pretest mean maternal outcome and pain level in experimental group was 2.50 and 8.40 whereas in control group it was 2.47 and 8.53 respectively. The mean post test maternal outcome on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th day in experimental group was 9.40, 11.43, 13.50 and 14.73 whereas in control group it was 3.27, 6.63, 8.03 and 9.03 respectively. The t value on 4 days was 17.484, 8.843, 10.576 and 10.532 respectively. The mean pain level in experimental group on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th day was 7.33, 6.50, 5.17 and 3.77 whereas in control group it was 7.87, 7.37, 6.57 and 5.90 respectively. The t value on 4 days was 2.138, 2.913, 4.164, 6.354 respectively. On all the 4 days the tabulated t value was more than the calculated "t" value. There is a significant difference in the maternal outcome and pain level between both the groups. There was no association between post operative recovery and socio demographic variables. Thus, it can be concluded that early ambulation has a significant impact on post operative recovery among women with CS delivery. The rapid integration of digital technologies has revolutionized the service sector, bringing about transformative changes that have reshaped traditional business models. Digital innovations, particularly artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, have emerged as critical drivers of productivity enhancements across various service industries. The analysis is based on secondary data sources, including industry reports and case studies, to identify patterns and disparities in digital transformation across these sectors. The findings reveal that while digital technologies offer significant potential for enhancing productivity, the degree of success varies widely. The study also highlights the critical importance of strategic planning in digital transformation initiatives. It emphasizes the need for continuous investment in digital skills development, the adoption of scalable and flexible technologies, and the creation of a supportive organizational culture. Additionally, the research points out the importance of addressing infrastructural challenges and ensuring robust cyber security measures to fully capitalize on the benefits of digital innovations. These insights provide valuable guidance for business leaders and policymakers aiming to leverage digital technologies to drive sustained productivity growth in the service sector.

This paper examined the impact of blue economy on the sustainability of Nigeria's economic growth with a view to determining the relationship between the development of the blue economy sectors and revenue viability in Nigeria. Through the use of structured questionnaires complemented by data obtained from secondary sources, 120 officials of the Federal Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy, Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Nigeria Port Authority and Nigeria Inland Waterway Agency were selected for the study while the logit regression model was employed in the data analysis. The results of the logit regression shows that asides the oil and gas sector which the country had relied upon as major sources of her foreign exchange earnings, the development of marine fisheries/aquaculture, maritime shipping and coastal tourism sectors of Nigeria's blue economy could significantly boost the revenue generating potentials of the country, as their resultant coefficients were significant at 1% and 5% levels respectively, while the coefficients of other sectors of the blue economy (seabed mining, ocean renewable energy, marine biotechnology, ship building, offshore wind energy development, high tech marine services) and income realization were not statistically significant at all levels of significance; meaning that these sectors at present have no significant impact on revenue generation in Nigeria. This is because the sectors have not been given attention and fully harnessed by the government of Nigeria. The study concludes that investing in these sectors could help the country diversify and generates far larger revenues than currently exists and reduce the absolute reliance on oil and gas for its socio-economic development.

Fungal infections is also called mycoses represent the invasion of tissues by one or more species of fungi which may cause superficial, localized, deeper tissue infections to serious lung, blood or systemic diseases. In this research has been undertaken with the aim to formulate and evaluate the ointment containing Lantana camara leaf extract. Herbal medicine has become an item of global importance both medicinal and economical. Although usage of these herbal medicines has increased, their quality, safety and efficiency are serious concerns in industrialized and developing countries. Herbal remedies are getting increasing patient compliance as they are devoid of typical side effects of allopathic medicines. The present research has been undertaken with the aim to formulate and evaluate the herbal gel containing Lantana camara leaf extract.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has had a profound impact on the healthcare industry, revolutionizing various aspects of patient care. This comprehensive study delves into the role of AI in healthcare, focusing on key areas such as medical imaging and diagnostics, virtual patient care, medical research and drug discovery, patient engagement and compliance, rehabilitation, and administrative applications. AI has proven to be instrumental in detecting clinical conditions through medical imaging and diagnostic services, enabling early diagnosis and control of diseases like COVID-19. It has also facilitated virtual patient care by leveraging AI-powered tools, allowing healthcare providers to remotely monitor and treat patients. Privacy, safety, the right to decide and try, costs, information and consent, access, and efficacy are among the key concerns that need to be addressed. Effective governance of AI applications is essential to ensure patient safety, accountability, and to instill confidence among healthcare professionals. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has further highlighted the significance of AI in healthcare, and its continued development holds great potential in meeting future healthcare needs.

The purpose of the study was to find out Somatotype and Swimming Performance of National-level Male Swimmers in India. Sixty-one (N=61) men, in the age group of eighteen to twenty-five (18 to 25) years, were selected from the pertinent population using recommended sampling procedures at various coaching camps in India and who had been National level competitive swimmers for the last few years. Heath Carter Somatotype method was used for somatotyping and the sites to be measured for the calculation of somatotype were Height (cm), Weight (Kg), skinfold thickness such as, Triceps (mm), Subscapular (mm), Supraspinale (mm), Calf (mm), Breadths such as, Humerus (cm), Femur (cm) and girth include Upper arm (cm) and Calf (cm). The result indicates that for Backstroke (Balanced Endomorph), for Breaststroke (Mesomorphic-Ectomorph), For Butterfly (Balanced Endomorph, Mesomorphic-Endomorph) and for Freestyle (Balanced Mesomorph) had taken less time than other somatotypes. So, it is clear that the shape and size of the body are strictly influencing throughout the competition especially at the time finishing. So, while training swimmers, attention should be given for developing a suitable somatotype for each swimming stroke category
