The Siddha system of medicine, an ancient tradition rooted in the Indian subcontinent, emphasizes a holistic approach to healthcare. Central to Siddha medicine are the principles of Vatham, Pitham, and Kapham, which govern the physiological functions of the human body. These principles, collectively known as Tridoshas, reflect the elemental composition of an individual and their susceptibility to disease. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in integrating digital technologies into traditional medical practices to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment efficacy. This review explores the development and analysis of diagnostic tools aimed at standardizing the assessment of Vatham, Pitham, and Kapham within Siddha medicine using digital mediums. By examining current research and advancements in digital diagnostics, this review evaluates the potential of these tools to provide objective measurements of Tridosha imbalances, thereby facilitating personalized and effective therapeutic interventions.

Effective drug dispensing in hospital pharmacies is a critical component of patient care, ensuring that prescribed medications are accurately and safely provided to patients. This process involves various stages, including medication order review, preparation, labeling, and distribution, which require coordination among healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, physicians, and nurses. In hospital settings, the pharmacist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the appropriateness of the prescribed medications, verifying dosages, and identifying potential drug interactions or contraindications. Additionally, modern hospital pharmacies are increasingly integrating advanced technologies such as automated dispensing systems and electronic health records (EHR) to enhance efficiency, reduce medication errors, and improve patient safety. This abstract explores the key aspects of drug dispensing in hospital pharmacies, the challenges faced, and the role of technology in optimizing the process. Emphasis is placed on the importance of quality assurance practices, patient counseling, and ongoing professional development to ensure the safe and effective use of medications in a complex hospital environment.

Ayurveda and allopathy represent distinct therapeutic paradigms, with Ayurveda focusing on holistic well-being and allopathy emphasizing symptom management often with adverse effects. This review explores the intersection of these approaches, particularly in the context of fermented Ayurvedic remedies like Arjunarishta and Asava. Fermented formulations in Ayurveda offer benefits such as enhanced extraction of phytoconstituents, improved bioavailability, and extended shelf life, while reducing toxicity from heavy metals. Arjunarishta, a traditional Ayurvedic cardiotonic, incorporates ingredients like Terminalia arjuna, Madhuca indica, and Woodfordia fruticosa, and is noted for its heart-strengthening and therapeutic properties. Traditional preparation methods, involving natural fermentation, have been complemented by modern techniques to optimize efficacy and safety. Recent studies have introduced controlled fermentation processes using isolated yeast strains, which improve consistency and yield compared to traditional methods. Comparative analyses between traditional and modern methods reveal variations in alcohol content, physicochemical properties, and therapeutic efficacy, with modern approaches ensuring more reliable outcomes. Quality control and standardization are essential, with modern analytical techniques like HPTLC and HPLC providing valuable insights into the formulation's consistency and potency. Therapeutically, Arjunarishta exhibits significant cardiotonic, anti-hyperglycemic, anti-hyperlipidemic, antihypertensive, antimicrobial, anticancer activities and antioxidant activity, underscoring its potential as a multifaceted remedy. This review highlights the integration of modern scientific validation with traditional practices to enhance the effectiveness and acceptance of Ayurvedic formulations.

Upadrava is the stage of complication which manifest succeeding the disease. It might be Anu (Small) or Sthula (Big) but always progress after disease only. Those diseases which have not been addressed in proper time or not diagnosed properly in their earlier stages lead to complications called as Upadrava. Nidana which manifests Mula vyadhi will remain same for manifestation of Upadrava too. Hence separate treatment strategy is not required for treating upadrava always, it dissipates once Mula Vyadhi is treated properly. Prameha pidaka is one such Vyadhi which manifests as compilation of Prameha vyadhi or by itself due to dosha dushya sammurchana. If these Pidakas were not addressed in-time further leads to another set upadravas.

Postcolonialism is the academic examination of the cultural, political, and economic legacy of colonialism and imperialism focusing on the exploitation and control of colonized people and their lands. Numerous authors of post-colonial literature have made an effort to define their identities and present an argument in a new setting. V.S.Naipaul as a postcolonial writer, reflects India's culture, history, and ethnicity in his writings with different dimensions. It will be argued through an examination of his book An Area of Darkness that his worldview affects his strenuous relationship with his experiences abroad; how feelings of affection and enjoyment compete with colonial eagerness and blindness. Naipaul's approach towards India was deeply colonial in his work, An Area of Darkness which is the first part of his trilogy on India. Fundamentally, the postcolonial writings of V.S.Naipual unfold a sense of understanding postcolonialism which can be easily identified in his prolific writing of literature. The paper will explore postcolonial features like ambivalence, marginalization, identity, multiculturalism, racial discrimination, hybridity, mimicry.

The growing demand for automated solutions in educational institutions has led to the development of Attendance Management Systems (AMS), with AI-driven technologies such as facial recognition playing a crucial role. This paper explores an AI-based Automated Attendance Management System (AAMS) leveraging facial recognition and image processing techniques to streamline the process of attendance tracking in academic environments. The proposed system utilizes real-time image capturing and facial recognition algorithms to accurately identify and mark student attendance, minimizing human error and potential fraud. Key technologies explored include deep learning models for facial recognition, computer vision for image processing, and database management for student records. This paper also investigates the challenges in implementing such systems, such as handling varying lighting conditions, pose variations, and the trade-offs between privacy concerns and system accuracy. The study presents a comprehensive approach for developing a scalable, secure, and efficient AMS, aiming to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring the integrity of attendance data in educational institutions.

Ageing skin and facial wrinkles are undesirable outcomes of UV rays and photodamage. Serum is a deep formula with a high concentration of active substances, a non-greasy finish, rapid absorption, and the ability to reach deep layers of the skin. The purpose of this study was to use polyherbal extract to make a serum based on these attributes. A highly concentrated cosmetic product is a face serum containing aloe vera, glycerin, and honeybee venom. Aloe Vera serum has the capacity to penetrate deeper layers of the skin and absorb quickly, providing both immediate cosmetic benefits and psychological gratification Aloe vera gel is widely used to treat sunburn, minor wounds, insect bites, wound healing, and a range of skin conditions. It also has anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial properties.Bael fruit extract's anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The physiochemical characteristics, pH, phase separation, and homogeneity of the facial serum were assessed. The results of the stability investigation showed that the phase separation, homogeneity, and physical appearance did not change.
