 Abstract

In our daily lives, fuels, gasses, etc. are used in a variety of settings, including homes, workplaces, and industries. But if not used properly, it can have serious consequences. Many accidents in the past had it as their sole reason. There are many applications for fuels, gasses, etc. in daily life, including those in homes, businesses, and other settings. But it might produce serious problems if not used properly. Many accidents in the past had it as their sole reason. This project's goals are to find gas leaks, stop them from happening, and plug them in sensitive places. to avoid accidents, and stop the obstruction of susceptible locations with gas leaks. Included in this is the MQ6 gas sensor, which may also be used to detect other gasses such as LPG, i-butane, hydrogen, methane, smoke, and alcohol. It is used to detect gas leaks in homes and businesses. Only the trend of gas concentration within a reasonable error range is shown. This gadget automatically takes safety measures. Include the GSM module as well so that it may send the owner an alert SMS and take the necessary action right away.

 Abstract

To study the effect of pre-harvest foliar application of nutrients on growth, yield and fruit quality of strawberry cv.Camarosa an experiment was conducted at the Agriculture Research Farm, Department of Agriculture, Mata Gujri College, Sri Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab during the year 2020-22. The experiment was laid out in a Randomized Block Design (RBD) having ten treatments with three replications. Treatments consisted of ZnSO 4 (0.2, 0.4% and 0.6%), FeSO 4 (0.2, 0.4% and 0.6%) and Boron (0.2, 0.4% and 0.6%), while the plants sprayed with water served as the control. The result revealed that plants treated with 0.6% ZnSO 4 showed maximum plant height (26.12 cm), plant spread (35.75 cm), number of leaves per plant (25.00), leaf area (88.65 cm 2 ), leaf area index (4.71), number of flowers per plant (18.67), number of fruits per plant (11.38). However, the plants treated with 0.6% Boron showed highest fruit weight (22.23 g), fruit length (40.11 mm), fruit breadth (39.22 mm), yield per plant (211.12 g), yield per hectare (9.10 tonnes), TSS (10.09 0 B) , total sugar (6.03 %) and titerable acidity (0.88 %). Studies indicated that pre-harvest foliar application of iron, zinc and boron are quiet useful for improving vegetative growth, quality and shelf-life of strawberry cv. Camarosa and getting higher marketable value in subtropical region.

Latest therapy and technique in the area of physiotherapy are crucial for enhancing the quality of life of children with Cerebral palsy, Torticollis, Spina bifida. Traditional physiotherapy is diverse from intensive pediatric physiotherapy, in current review state that the latest trend and technique in the form neuromuscular stimulation, suit therapy along with conventional physical therapy treatment. In case of Intensive physical therapy a child participate in rehabilation session for prolong period. Intensive physical therapy is mostly implement in western countries & all around world. Physiotherapy treatments provides positive impact for minimizing the symptom and reduce pain during the treatment.

 Abstract

A comprehensive fire risk assessment is very important in dense urban areas to estimate the quantum risk. In this article I have calculated the fire risk in two aspects: 1. Urban infrastructure and the vacant space necessary for high rise buildings.2. Excessive expenditure on festive occasions on pandals and gates by using inflammable materials. Major fire tragedies occurred in India, a brief outline of the incident and the cause of the mishap. The tragedies have been construed as accidents and it ended with regret and compensation. Considering the high-risk urban infrastructure, the position of oil and gas pipes and electricity lines and fire safety analysis of high-rise buildings, the preparation vulnerability map is highly recommended. From the past experience, and the lapses which resulted the tragedy studied scientifically could help decision makers, urban planners, emergency managers and community organizations to plan for providing facilities and minimizing fire hazards and solve some related problems to reduce the fire risk. Moreover, the people and the implementing agencies should follow the fire safety norms meticulously to protect the precious human life.

 Abstract

Mucormycosis is an uncommon but life-threatening infection with nonspecific infection clinical manifestation that makes its diagnosis treatment difficult. Genera from the order Mucorales (Rhizopus, Mucor, Rhizomucor, Absidia, Apophysomyces) cause an Angio invasive infection called an Mucormycosis. Mucormycosis presents with rhino-orbito-cerebral, pulmonary, disseminated, cutaneous, or gastrointestinal involvement. Mucormycosis has few available treatments including Liposomal Amphotericin B, Amphotericin B Deoxycholate, Itraconazole, Posaconazole or their combination, echinocandin, Voriconazole, and herbal extracts such as Tetradine, Rhizophora mangle, Picrohiza kurrhoa, they are most widely used as antifungal agent. Mucormycosis was difficult to study on imaging study surgery plus antifungal therapy close yields greater survival rate. LAmB is formulation that results in reduce nephrotoxicity as compared with DAmB (Deoxycholate Amphotericin B) while retaining the antifungal effect of active agent. Clinical approach to diagnosis lacks sensitivity and speficity. Development of quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) is promising area of ongoing research to enable more rapid diagnosis. The molecular pharmacology, preclinical, and clinical pharmacokinetics and clinical experience with LAmB for the most commonly encountered fungal pathogens are reviewed.
