ABSTRACT India is a country that attracts millions of tourists every year and is considered one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Tourism is seen as an important tool for bringing socio-economic development to the people of the country. Not only this, the tourism industry provides employment opportunities to many people from different parts of the world. Tourism is also a major foreign exchange earner for India. According to WTTC, India is ranked 10th among 185 countries in terms of travel & tourism's total contribution to GDP in 2019. During 2019, the contribution of travel & tourism to GDP was 6.8% of the total economy, which is Rs. 1,368,100 crore (US$ 194.30 billion). The sector was also one of the largest foreign exchange earners (FEEs). In 2019, FEEs from tourism increased by 4.7% that is 1,94,881 crore (US $ 29.96 billion) over the previous year. In 2019, the Indian Travel & Tourism sector accounted for 40.10 million jobs, which was 8.4% of the total employment in the country. But the outbreak of the epidemic has seriously affected the economy of India. As a result of this pandemic, Government imposed many restrictions like quarantine, entry ban and other travel restrictions. These restrictions have adversely affected the tourism sector. According to the Ministry of tourism, the total foreign tourist arrivals in the state slumped by -74.9% from 10.93 million in 2019 to 2.74 million in 2020. Consequently, the total earnings from tourism declined by -76.84%, the revenue generated from tourist footfall were 50,136 crore in 2020 as compared to Rupees 2,16,467crore in 2019. In order to revive the tourism sector, the Central Government has announced various initiatives. In this context, this study analyzes the economic impact of the COVID-19 on the tourism sector in Indian economy and also describes the important initiatives taken by the central government to revive the tourism sector. This study is based on secondary data.

Plastics are widely used in consumer goods, building and construction, agriculture, and health. They are significant in every economic area worldwide. The biosphere and human existence on earth are seriously threatened by the excessive usage of plastics. The buildup of plastics on land and in the ocean has sparked interest in breaking down these polymers. To lessen the environmental load of plastics, sufficient biodegradable techniques must be used. Understanding the relationship between bacteria and polymers is crucial to resolving environmental issues related to plastics. Numerous biological things, primarily microbes, have developed survival and degradation techniques for plastics. The varieties of plastics based on their thermal and biodegradable properties, types of deterioration and biodegradation, types of degradable plastics, biodegradation characterisation, and variables influencing biodegradation are the main topics of this review. These microbes are ideal for green chemistry to remove toxic plastics from the environment because of their capacity for plastic degradation and bioremediation.

Abstract Full Stack Guru is a leading IT training and placement institute that equips students with advanced technical skills through comprehensive, industry-aligned programs. With offerings spanning foundational programming to advanced topics like AI, data science, and cybersecurity. The institute emphasizes practical learning through live projects and collaborations with industry leaders. Complemented by state-of-the-art infrastructure and robust online learning platforms, Full Stack Guru ensures its graduates are job-ready from day one. This study evaluates the effectiveness of digital recruitment platforms used by Full Stack Guru in facilitating student placements. Given the prominence of digital solutions in today's job market, the research assesses how these platforms contribute to the institute's placement success, focusing on metrics such as placement rates, user satisfaction, and return on investment (ROI). Using a mixed-methods approach, the research combined interviews with key stakeholders--including placement officers, students, and recruiters--with a two-year analysis of placement records. The study also included a comparative evaluation of various recruitment platforms based on user experience, employer engagement, and job match quality. Findings revealed that these platforms effectively enhance job visibility and connections but face challenges in job relevance and employer responsiveness. While students appreciated the platforms' ease of use, recruiters highlighted the need for better candidate filtering. The study concluded that digital platforms, when paired with personalized support, significantly improve placement outcomes. These insights underscore the importance of continuous platform optimization and human intervention to align with evolving user needs.

Gandhi is revered as the "Father of the Nation" for his instrumental role in India's struggle for independence. Mahatma Gandhi's views on truth and non-violence are foundational to his philosophy and legacy. Gandhi believed in an absolute, eternal truth that transcends human limitations. He also acknowledged that human understanding of truth is relative and context-dependent. Gandhi advocated a lifelong pursuit of truth, encouraging individuals to question and refine their understanding. Gandhi believed that non-violence should be a guiding principle in all aspects of life. He advocated for non-cooperation with unjust systems, rather than resorting to violence. Gandhi used civil disobedience to challenge unjust laws and bring attention to social causes. He believed that individuals should be willing to suffer personally, rather than inflict harm on others. Gandhi believed that truth and non-violence are inseparable and mutually reinforcing. He advocated using non-violent means to pursue truth and justice. Gandhi believed that a commitment to truth is essential for practicing non-violence. Gandhi's philosophy of truth and non-violence has inspired movements for civil rights, freedom, and social justice worldwide.
