Stress is defined as the physical and mental response produced by the body when exposed to demanding or challenging circumstances. It can result from going through a change, worrying about an upcoming event, or other factors. Stress is a fact of life, wherever we are and whatever we are doing, we cannot avoid stress, but we can learn to manage it. Stress management means to reduce the negative impacts caused by stress and to improve a person's physical and mental well-being. Stress is an inevitable part of modern education systems, affecting both students and teachers. While students face academic pressures, exams, and social challenges, teachers grapple with workload, administrative demands, and student behaviour management. Although research shows that a moderate amount of stress can be beneficial and act as a motivator for students to do well, too much stress can impact their overall well-being. So, that 70% of students report that depression and anxiety are a major problem in their school community. Chronic stress can also lead to poor academic achievement, increase the likelihood of dropping out of school, and diminish motivation. Therefore, both students and educators need to recognise what the triggers are and what they can do to better manage everyday stress. This article explains that what factors can cause stress and what is the effective way to deal with the stressors they encounter throughout life.

This research paper examines the impact of social media addiction on students' learning capacity, with a particular focus on how digital distractions influence academic performance. Given the growing role of social media in students' lives, understanding its potential to disrupt learning is crucial. The study investigates the relationship between social media use and academic outcomes by analyzing usage patterns, time management strategies, and perceptions of distraction among students. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research surveyed 30 students and conducted interviews with 10 high social media users. The findings reveal a unanimous acknowledgment (100%) among respondents of the negative impact of social media on their academic achievements. Key results highlight that social media frequently distracts students from their studies, hinders their ability to engage in deep learning, and diverts attention during academic tasks. The study emphasizes the necessity for educational interventions to enhance time management, digital literacy, and healthy social media habits. Recommendations include implementing workshops on time management, integrating digital literacy programs, and promoting balanced social media use to mitigate its adverse effects on academic performance. The research underscores the critical intersection of technology and education and calls for further investigation to develop effective strategies addressing social media's impact on student learning.

This research paper investigates the effectiveness of the PradhanMantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) in promoting sustainable entrepreneurship among women in Amravati District, Maharashtra. The PMMY scheme aims to enhance financial inclusion and empower women entrepreneurs by providing access to microfinance. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to assess the scheme's impact on financial strengthening, business performance, and socio-economic empowerment of women entrepreneurs. A sample of 200 women entrepreneurs who have benefited from PMMY was analyzed using statistical methods, including Cronbach's Alpha for reliability testing and factor analysis through KMO and Bartlett's tests. The findings reveal that PMMY significantly enhances financial accessibility, leading to improved business performance and socio-economic status among women participants. A Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges (SWOC) analysis highlights the scheme's role in fostering an entrepreneurial culture while identifying areas for improvement, such as awareness and procedural complexities. The study concludes that while PMMY has positively impacted women's entrepreneurship in Amravati, strategic enhancements in outreach and training are essential for maximizing its potential. This research contributes to the existing literature on women's empowerment through financial initiatives and provides insights for policymakers aiming to bolster the entrepreneurial ecosystem for women in India.

A research program is conducted to evaluate the mechanical properties of Ultra-High-Performance Concrete, with target compressive strength at the age of 28 days being more than 150 MPa. The methodology to develop such a mix has been explained. The material properties, mix design and curing regime are determined. The material attributes are understood by studying the stress-strain behaviour of UHPC cylinders under uniaxial compressive loading. The load-crack mouth opening displacement (mod) of UHPC beams, flexural strength and fracture energy were evaluated using the third point loading test. Compressive strength and split tensile strength results are determined to find out the compressive and tensile behaviour. Residual strength parameters are presented vividly explaining the flexural performance and toughness of concrete. Durability studies were also done to compare the effect of fiber to that of a control mix For all the studies the Mechanical properties were evaluated by varying the percentage and aspect ratio of steel fibers The results reflected that higher aspect ratio and fiber volume produced drastic changes in the cube strength, cylinder strength, post-peak response, load-mod, fracture energy flexural strength, split tensile strength, residual strength and durability. Regarding the null application of UHPC in India, an initiative is undertaken to comprehend the mechanical behavior of UHPC, which will be vital in the longer run in the commercialization of structural applications

A safe water supply is the backbone of a healthy economy, yet is fully under prioritized globally. Less than 50 percent of the population in India has access to safely managed drinking water. Chemical contamination of water, mainly through fluoride and arsenic is present in 1.96 million dwellings. With 700 million people residing in rural India over a large and diverse topography, providing access to safe drinking water is a significant challenge. The government has tried, playing a key role in financing and implementing drinking water schemes. However about 50% urban and 90% of rural households still Depend completely on untreated surface or ground water. The health and economic burdens of poor drinking water are enormous. It is estimated that about 21% of communicable diseases in India are water related

Technological advancements have transformed how educational institutions connect with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders. This study explores a novel application of 4D technology for virtual college campus tours, combining three-dimensional visualization with the dynamic integration of time-based elements. The approach goes beyond conventional 2D or 3D tours, creating an immersive and interactive experience that showcases campus facilities, cultural events, and daily activities with enhanced realism. The system leverages state-of-the-art tools, including 3D modelling, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR), to construct a digital representation of the campus. Temporal features such as seasonal variations, day-to-night transitions, and event simulations bring the campus environment to life. The development process incorporates advanced techniques like photogrammetry and scanning for accurate modelling, paired with user-friendly navigation systems to ensure accessibility. The findings suggest that virtual campus tours powered by 4D technology can significantly improve engagement and accessibility, especially for individuals unable to visit the campus in person. This paper outlines the design methodology, discusses implementation challenges, and highlights the benefits of this approach. By integrating immersive and interactive technologies, the 4D virtual tour represents a significant step forward in modernizing campus outreach and engagement strategies. The study also identifies opportunities for further innovation in education technology and virtual experiential learning.

An efficient and least invasive way to treat discoloration in non-vital teeth is the walking bleaching technique. Its clinical use, results, and safety profile in restoring aesthetics are highlighted in this case series. Without sacrificing tooth structure or patient comfort, significant increases in tooth shade were made possible by a methodical procedure utilizing hydrogen peroxide and sodium perborate. The outcomes show the method's dependability, patient pleasure, and function as a conservative substitute for more invasive operations.
