Hydralazine hydrochloride with its rich electron donating center as Nitrogen finds wide applications in medical and well as analytical fields. It is used as a vasodialator and complexing agent for Iron in spectroscopic studies. This paper reports the synthesis of hydralazine hydrochloride from naphthalene and the potential spore germination inhibition activities of the products formed in every step. Compounds 1-Hydrophthalazine, 1-Chlorophthalazine and Hydralazine Hydrochloride showed very good activity against Fusarium oxysporum in comparision to the standard fluconazole. The same three compounds are having considerable activity against Curvularia lunata also. 1-Chlorophthalazine and Hydrolazine Hydrochloride showed very good photovoltaic activity of 0.85 and 0.425 % respectively under artificial irradiation. It showed an average of 1.3 mA of current output under direct sun illumination. Further studies incorporating few combination of dyes would further increase the current production of the DSSC's and make it environmental friendly.

Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have garnered significant attention due to their ease of use, low production costs, and high efficiency. In this study, we present a DSSC constructed using piperine, a natural spice dye, and the amino acid cysteine. The cell demonstrated an efficiency of 0.26% and generated an average current of 1.665 mA under single sunlight illumination, showing promise for future research. Future experimental studies could explore the use of improved electrolytes and the combination of different related spices to enhance performance.

The absence of a phase is a common and significant issue in both industrial and residential environments. Often, one or two phases in a three-phase supply can be lost, leading to situations where electrical appliances may function in one room but not in another. This causes major disruptions to daily operations. Power failures are frequent and can severely impact industrial production, the construction of new plants, and buildings. It is observed that around 70% of power interruptions in the distribution system are due to single-phase faults, even when the other two phases remain operational. Therefore, in any commercial or residential setting with a three-phase supply, an automatic phase selector system is essential to ensure continuous power to critical loads during phase failures. This system eliminates the need for backup power sources and operates quickly, switching phases automatically within seconds. The reliable operation of overhead transmission lines is critical to the stability and efficiency of power distribution networks. However, faults in these transmission lines can lead to system outages, equipment damage, and potential safety hazards. Traditional fault detection methods rely on manual inspections and scheduled maintenance, which are time-consuming, labor - intensive, and prone to human error. To address these challenges, this paper presents an IoT-based fault detection system for overhead transmission lines, leveraging real-time monitoring, data analytics, and automated fault identification.

Psychological well being is an important aspect of positive psychology. Psychological well being is a state in which an individual can function to his full potential. The objective of this study was to measure the effect of psychological wellbeing among disability rehabilitation professionals. Sample for this research was twenty five disability rehabilitation professionals. Data was collected using semi structured interview method. Pilot study was conducted. Six major dimensions of psychological wellbeing proposed by Ryff was used as predetermined themes for this study. Interview was focused to identify factors that effect each theme. And on the basis of data collected and analysed subthemes were emerged under each theme. Predetermined themes used of this study were autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose of life, positive relationship with others, self acceptance and personal growth. A total of eighteen subthemes emerged under the predetermined themes in this study. Finding of this study enabled to get an in depth understanding about various factors influencing psychological well being. The study also suggested ways to improve psychological well being.

Pilonidal sinus is a chronic disorder mainly seen in the sacrococcygeal region, especially in young males. Different surgical methods have been described for this disease such as Excision and primary closure and excision with reconstructive flap. However the risk of recurrence of developing on infection of the wound after operation is high. Among eight types of Nadi Vrana, Shalyaja Nadi Vrana can be considered as pilonidal sinus as 'Bala Shalya' (hair) is an important factor in causing the Shalyajanya Nadi Vrana. Acharya Sushruta has advocated a minimal invasive parasurgical treatment viz. Apamarga Ksharasutra for Pilonidal sinus (Shalyaja Nadivrana) which helps in removing the unhealthy tissues and promotes healing. Hence this procedure was done for 17 year old boy with pilonidal sinus. Apamarga Ksharasutra was changed by rail road method till the complete cutting of the tract. Assessment of pain, pus discharge, itching, tenderness and length of the sinus tract was done in every follow up. The tract showed complete closure by 4 weeks, with no recurrence. This treatment is not only minimizing complication, but also enables the patient to resume work quickly and with less discomfort. Over time, the healthy tissues regenerate, and the tract gradually closes and heals.

synthetic fillers in jackets provide warmth but raise environmental concerns due to their reliance on virgin synthetic fibers with high carbon footprints. this project explores sustainable alternatives by developing a jacket filler from a kapok-recycled polyester blend. kapok, a natural, biodegradable, and hydrophobic fiber, combined with recycled polyester, supports circularity and reduces plastic production. the jacket's shell uses regen agri cotton for durability and protection. this design prioritizes breathability, lightweight insulation, and durability. performance testing assesses the filler's effectiveness compared to conventional synthetics, aiming to reduce garment production's environmental impact and promote eco-conscious innovation in the fashion industry

In this paper, we provide details on an advanced framework for building chatbots, the Chatbot for Department of Justice (DOJ), designed to help users with inquiries concerning the judiciary system that accesses natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies. The framework uses the BERT transformer architecture, which allows it to understand the semantic content of legal and procedural queries effectively. Other advanced features are present, such as keyword extraction features, question classification, and answer evaluation, ensuring a balance between precision and flexibility in the responses. There is also a search chatbot that has a preprocessing pipeline, such as lemmatization and stop word removal, which makes the answers crisp[2]. Dynamic keyword weighting and adaptive fallback mechanisms were also deployed in the system to handle poorly framed questions. The experimental results show considerable enhancement in the accuracy of the response and an increase in user attention, thereby making it easy to recommend such a framework for conversational systems for judiciary purposes.
