Concentrate on region is situated in the territory of Rajasthan, which is arranged in the North western piece of the country. Rajasthan covers a geological area of 342239 Sq.km., which is a modest amount of the complete geographic region of the country. The western piece of the desert is infertile and parched, through which Indira Gandhi channel streams. This desolate bone-dry land, which is known as Thar desert is described by serious sweltering and parched environment alongside desertification. During summer season, weather conditions is very unfriendly with high temperature and low stickiness, alongside high velocity breeze, some of the time dust storms. Dust storm, alongside wind disintegration and testimony is the trademark component of the western Rajasthan. Consequently, to battle desertification, afforestation programs have been taken up in various stages in Indira Gandhi trench order region, which has impacted the general backwoods cover in the state, particularly western piece of Rajasthan. The venture has been intended to satisfy various targets which incorporates the dry season sealing, improvement in microclimatic conditions, recovery, assurance of creature riches, extention of green land. Trees like Dalbergia sissoo, Prosopis cineraria, Tecumella nudalta, zizyphus jujuba, Acacia Senegal, Acacia nilotica, and so forth have been planted along channel, side of the road and in various Abadies in the trench order region. In a super dry area of western Rajasthan, afforestation has diminished breeze speed and the residue storm. Afforestation of moving sand ridges dispensed with dangers as well as achieved sturdy advantages through progress in soil fruitfulness and soil dampness system, which has eventually prompted expanded rural efficiency. Rural land use has been changed from resource to concentrated type of horticulture, as well as net planted region has likewise expanded, and that really intends that there is a longing among occupants to develop financially gainful yields. This expansion in woodland cover might be simply because of afforestation in the channel order region, in light of the fact that different government strategies, as Harit Rajasthan, which expected to establish 25 lakh trees in the state north of 61000 hectares of the backwoods land stayed only a numbers on paper.

This paper exposes the novel's analysis of civilization and savagery. The delineation of frailty of civilization is explicitly portrayed removing the preoccupied notion about civilization. The savagery is described as a power that throws away the disguise of modesty and exposes the concealed barbaric instinct within the human soul. Themes of ethical obscurity, colonizing tormentation, exploitation over natives, and harmful intentions of human beings are the main aspects of darkness that remain within the human soul. The tutorial also shows Conrad's criticism over the immoral impact of imperialism. The main theme here is European imperialism that brings out the decay of the moral circle. He also questions the real nature of human beings, ultimately claiming that the blur between civilization and savagery is narrow. Thus, the decay of civilization from savagery in the form of a frail constitute and masquerade is explored through the following discussion.

This study probes on the influence of social media platforms on business opportunities for entrepreneurs and businessmen. This research aims to: (1) identify the types of social media platforms mostly used by entrepreneurs and businessmen; (2) analyze how these platforms affect the networking opportunities, customer relationship and communication and sales performance (3) Investigate the level of influence of social media on business opportunities. Data for this study was gathered through surveys conducted via Google Forms with 304 respondents. The researcher's goal is to provide valuable insights for readers and other researchers to better understand the various social media platforms, the amount of time spent by the users, and how these platforms can affect the business opportunities for them? Findings of this study showed that the most popular social media platform that are mostly used by the entrepreneurs and businessmen is Facebook, followed by WhatsApp, YouTube, professional and specialized networks like LinkedIn and Snapchat are least liked, but Instagram and TikTok are also well-liked. The computed total mean ranging from 4.12 to 4.23 indicates strong influence of social media on business opportunities. The dependent variable and the independent variables (business opportunities, networking opportunities, and discovery of new markets) are shown to be strongly positively correlated in the model. All three independent variables, including business opportunity, discovery of new markets and networking opportunities and customer relationship and communication have a significant impact on the sales performance, according to the regression coefficients. The biggest standardized beta coefficient for discovery of new markets is proven to have the greatest influence among the three independent variables. It concluded that social media has strong influence on networking, business prospects and customer relation and communication, sales performance and in business opportunities in general and these results emphasize the key part of social media in helping numerous business operations.

This literature review investigate the advantages of hybrid work models providing options for remote and on-site work, thereby presenting flexibility to both employees and employers. According to the review, the major benefits listed were increased productivity, better work-life balance, greater employee satisfaction, cost savings, larger talent pools and environmental benefits. In addition, hybrid work models support diversity and inclusion by being able to cater for different needs in relation to personal and professional life. Nonetheless, the difficulties of keeping teams connected and in touch still exist. In conclusion, the review states that hybrid work is here to stay as it is a people-centric change and it increases productive organizational functionalities leading to long-term success in this ever-changing workplace scenario.

There are several anatomical and physiological changes that occur in the cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, hormonal and nervous system during the course of pregnancy and post-partum. The new mother is constantly looking after her child which may cause her to neglect her own physical health and mental wellbeing. Thus, it is important to understand the trend of anxiety, body image, kinesiophobia and the perception towards exercise in women who have undergone vaginal delivery versus Cesarean section delivery to help plan holistic treatment interventions for these new mothers. This cross-sectional comparative study was conducted with 84 post-partum women (42 having undergone vaginal delivery and 42 having undergone LSCS). The study included primiparae women postpartum up to 6 months, between age group of 18-35 years and those who were able to read and understand the English language. The Hamilton Anxiety scale was used to assess the anxiety, Body Image Satisfaction Rating scale was used to assess body image issues, Tampa scale was used to assess kinesiophobia were as Exercise Barriers and Benefits scale was used to assess the perceived benefits and barriers to exercise. A higher incidence of anxiety, body image dissatisfaction, kinesiophobia and low perceived benefits and higher perceived barriers to exercises were noted in women who had undergone Caesarean section delivery as compared to vaginal delivery.

Hard Times is a novel written by Charles Dickens, published in 1854. The story is set in the fictional Coketown, a symbol of industrialization and the dehumanizing effects of the Victorian era. The novel explores the harsh realities of the Industrial Revolution, depicting the stark contrast between the utilitarian philosophy of characters like Thomas Gradgrind and the emotional, humanistic values of others. It delves into themes of social injustice, the plight of the working class, and the need for compassion and imagination in a world driven by facts and figures. Dickens uses vivid characters and rich symbolism to critique the dehumanizing aspects of a society focused solely on materialism and industrial progress.

Silver nanoparticles are in high demand worldwide due to their numerous uses in biology, material engineering, and consumer goods. The study emphasized the synthesis, characterization, and study of antioxidant activity of ethanolic leaf extract of Biophytum sensitivum silver nanoparticles. Biophytum sensituvm was synthesized by employing top down technique. These nano formulation was characterized by using particle size, entrapment efficient, dissolution studies which revealed the formulation of nanoparticles with required characteristic features. Anti oxidant potential of the nano formulation was screened using H2O2 and DPPH radical scavenging tests. The results indicated that the nano formulation was found to posess significant anti- oxidant activity which was better than that of crude extract. Hence the Biophytum sensitivum silver nanoparticles demonstrated tremendous Potential applications include biomedicine and antioxidants.
