 Abstract

Quality education of the learner depends on quality teachers and, an inclusive and fear-free environment. For quality, teachers we need quality in teacher education programs. National Education Policy 2020 is the third national education policy launched by the government of India on July 29, 2020. The new education policy framework aims to provide quality education to every learner as well as the whole country and to highlight India's education in a world-class context. The objective of the paper focuses on various challenges faced by teacher education programs that hinder the quality of education. The present study is qualitative in nature. Content analysis techniques are used to analyze various challenges faced by teacher education programs. The findings of the study revealed factors like lack of quality teacher training Institutes, upgrading curriculum and pedagogical approaches, ensuring quality in teacher recruitment and selection, bridging the gap between theory and practical exposure, embracing technological integration in teacher education, poor learning outcomes and teacher quality, etc. are the current challenges faced by teacher education programs. The new National Education Policy on Teacher Education will focus on enhancing the quality of teacher education and present the teacher education system in a world-class context by overcoming these challenges.

Numerous clinics and skin care specialists charge outrageous prices for their services. The prevalence of skin conditions is widespread throughout our nation simultaneously. The majority of skincare professionals currently use time-consuming traditional methods to detect diseases, which may take a long period. Skin diseases have become important issues in recent years due to various environmental, socioeconomic, and dietary variables. This essay compares various skin illnesses regarding both cosmetics and common skin problems. A review of several publications is conducted based on the technologies employed, the accuracy of the results, the ethical behavior, the number of diseases identified, the datasets, etc.

The coronavirus emergency has had both beneficial and negative impacts on the international economy. There has been seen a beneficial impact on the climate. It is noteworthy that the Indian Constitution did not originally include explicit provisions for environmental protection. Therefore, there is a need for a green economy after the Coronavirus crisis. Climate legislation has to be revised. To maintain the natural balance of the planet's ecosystem, the whole system must be carefully managed, including both the biological and non-environmental aspects. In an Indian context, the components of a town's biological system serve as a true paradigm for a holistic approach. In a town, the agricultural system, which involves both crop production and animal husbandry, depends on natural plant resources such as fields and forests. The Student Counselling System through Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a cutting-edge platform designed to enhance student well-being, and career readiness. Leveraging advanced AI algorithms, the system provides personalized counselling, emotional support, and career guidance to students. A key feature of this system is its ability to generate comprehensive reports of counselling conversations, allowing both students and educators to track progress and identify areas of concern. The platform supports both voice and text input during counselling sessions, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for a diverse range of users. The role of Artificial Intelligence in human monitoring and recognition is taking advanced steps on every progress. This technology makes a greater impact on student's life in helping parents and teachers understand and realize their panic situations. This is achieved by monitoring facial expressions and human behavioral patterns. Utilize emotion recognition technology that can analyze facial expressions during the counselling session. Implement privacy protections to ensure that students' behavior and emotions in real-time, to evolving emotional states. If the system detects a student is sad or in stress during the counselling then it provides the suggestions to overcome the stress. The system also generates the report of the conversation held during the counselling session.

 Abstract

Islam is a significant and crucial monotheistic religion in the world. The religion protected gender equality and women's rights in all aspects of their lives. According to the Oxford Dictionary, "women's right" means "Rights that promote social and legal equality of women with Men". Islam guarantees equal rights to men and women, and there is no discrimination between them. You could think that women's rights in Islam are being suppressed. Muslims comprise about 20 to 25 percent of the world's population today. Some Muslim communities adhere closely to Islamic teachings. At the same time, some are pretty distant from Islamic beliefs. So, if someone wants to evaluate women's rights in Islam, they shouldn't estimate it based on what Muslims or the Muslim community do. They should judge it based on the authentic sources of Islam. The Quran and the Authentic Hadith are trustworthy sources of Islam. The Quran is the last and final revelation of God. The Authentic Hadith is the teachings of Prophet Muhammad, the final messenger of Islam. The Prophet's narrations speak of women with praise and respect. Prophet Muhammad once said: "The world and all things in it are precious, and the most precious thing in the world is a virtuous woman" (Ahmad and Muslim). So, women's rights in Islam should be based on the Quran and authentic hadith. Based on the above-mentioned accurate sources, I have broadly divided women's rights in Islam into six broad headings: the spiritual rights of women in Islam, the economic rights of women in Islam, the social rights of women in Islam, the educational rights of the women in Islam, the legal rights of the women Islam and the political rights of the women in Islam.

Work-life balance is the capacity to carefully balance work and home obligations such that no one area of life or work overwhelms the other and the person is able to contribute both numerically and qualitatively to both. Work-life balance is the ability of an individual (regardless of gender, age, marital status, or number of children) to effectively balance duties related to work and family life. "Work" is any action that is related to a person's job and for which they get paid. Since "life" includes activities unrelated to work, such spending time with family and engaging in hobbies, "life" and "work" are not synonymous. It's customary to argue that preserving a steady and mutually beneficial relationship between work and life is more significant than assigning equal weight to each aspect of life when talking about work-life balance. Background of study:-A study to assess knowledge regarding patient safety goals among nurses working at hospitals in selected areas in view to develop information booklet was conducted in partial fulfilment of requirement of award MSc.Nursingat Sinhgad college of nursing narhe,pune.Maharashtra affiliated to Sinhgad university Pune.Purpose:-study to assess knowledge regarding patient safety goals among nurses working at hospitals in selected areas in view to develop information booklet.Methodology:-100Sample size.Study approach:Quantative research approach.Non experimental descriptive study designDuration of study: 28 days. Non-probability convenient sampling technique will be used for the study. In this study, it refers to the facts, information acquired by staff nurse regarding patients safety goals prevention of coronary artery disease.Principle Result:- Percentage distribution of socio demographic characteristics of nurses(n = 100).Description of mean,SD of Knowledge Score about Patient safety goal among staff nurses was Mean was 15.6, SD was 3.53 and Maximum score From Respondent was 22.Frequency and percentage wise distribution of knowledge score of staff nurses of selected hospitals that highest percentage of Good Knowledge score 67(67%), 10(10%) of them had Excellent knowledge.Association Between the knowledge score and demographic variables of Staff Nurses.Chi square values were calculated to find out the association between the knowledge score and demographic variables of Staff Nurses.A significant association was found between the knowledge score and Area of Experience.
