Water marking plays a very important role in the field of network security and authentication of data. The need and requirement of online transaction of data is increasing day by day in internet so we need a authentication and security of our data and digital water marking is the solution of that problem .Digital water marking illustrate methods and technologies that hide the data in the form of text, images ,audio and video. In this paper we present various method for security and authentication of data for preventing unauthorized access and discussed about these technologies, application, types and its characteristic

An aboriginal tribe Adivasi called Mana, Gond and Pardhan dwells in Warora taluka of Chandrapur district. Inspite of the community being drifted from their natural way of life due to agro-rural development activities, a few aged tribal men are still able to furnish traditional ethno-medicinal data. So far no ethno-botanical studies are conducted in this area. Therefore a detailed study on tribal medicine in this area is undertaken. During this work 23 species are collected having remedial effect belonging to 17 families of dicotyledons and monocotyledons were documented. The family Cucurbitaceae is dominant family with three species followed by Family Caesalpiniaceae, Verbenaceae and Convolvulaceae with two species each, family Simouroubaceae, Moraceae, Fabaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Cochlospermaceae, Menispermaceae, Sapotaceae, Meliaceae, Balanitaceae, Araceae, Bombacaceae, Anacardiaceae, and Asclepiadaceae represented by one species each. The analysis of plant parts used for treatment reveals that leaves and roots of 08 Plants were used followed by stem and bark of 07 plants, seeds of 05 plants, fruits of 04 plants, flowers of 3 plants, entire plant of 2 and gums of 2 plants and corm and latex of one plant each were employed by tribals of Warora tahsil of Chandrapur district.

One of the big problems facing city municipalities is the traffic congestion. It makes life in cities uncomfortable for people. This paper investigate the traffic congestion issue at various square of Raipur (Moti Bagh Chowk, Azad chowk, Kuchery Chowk, Station Chowk, Netaji chowk). These issues are rising because number of vehicles is rising and they cause major loss of lives through accidents. In this paper several traffic congestion issues are explained and problem is found out. This paper will help in recognising the issues and gather information at different squares of Raipur.

BigTable is a distributed storage system and it is used for managing structured data that is designed to a large amounts of data across thousands of commodity servers. In Google many projects of data are stored in BigTable. The data containing web indexing, Google Finance and Google Earth. In Bigtable these types of applications are place in different demands interms of both data size and latency size. For all of these kind of Google products Bigtable provided flexible, high- performance solution. In this paper, I describe the single data model provided by Bigtable which gives clients dynamic control over data layout and format and describe the implementation of Bigtable in Banking instead of relational database.

The most significant and prime resource to run an organization effectively and efficiently whether it is a service based or product based industry, is, the human resource. Human resource is the most important method of competitive advantage and has the potential of switching all the other resources into preferred result. Healthcare Sector is basically a service industry where resources or assets of an organization can be their human resource. This paper has been organized with the most important intention of going through the various models of the HRD Climate and their significance. Throughout the study various significant dimensions of the HRD Climate models have been recollected also. The further aim of the paper expands to classify issues for future research based on fully literature review.

Image restoration is the process of reconstruction of the original image from the observed degraded image. Blind image restoration, that restores a clear ideal image from a single blur image, is the ill-posed problem of finding two unknowns, the point spread function (PSF) and the ideal image. Different methods of blind image restoration, which iteratively approximate the PSF, their performance is sufficiently dependent on the precision of that estimate. When we restore a degraded image, if the blur function is unknown, it is necessary to estimate the PSF and the ideal image by using an input image. A method of alternately repeating PSF and ideal image estimations produces good results. In order to improve the quality of the restored image, a blind deconvolution method is proposed by estimating the blur function of the imaging model. This method is used for PSF estimation. In addition, we propose to use a filter for removing noise.

The Selective Laser Melting process is one of the major powder bed processes for additive manufacturing. Laser based processes are finding more attention of researchers and industrial world due to capability to build any complex geometry. Quality of SLM fabricated part is one of the major challenges to implement as full fledges commercial technology. Present study involves investigations of influence of process parameters on surface roughness of selective laser melted Inconel 718 super alloy. The objective of the study was to optimize process parameters namely laser power, scanning speed, and layer thickness and build orientation. In this work, the experiments were carried out as per the Taguchi experimental design and an L16 orthogonal array was implemented to study the influence of various combinations of process parameters .Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to determine the significance of each process parameters on response. Results indicate that the most significant factor influencing surface roughness is layer thickness followed by orientation, power and scan speed. The work is useful in selecting optimal process parameters that would minimize the surface roughness and to obtain improved quality with minimal post processing requirements.

The selection of optimal route from source node to destination node that guarantees a high end-to-end throughput, is the main issue of routing in multi hop wireless network especially in a multi objective and heterogeneous scenario. As the environment is heterogeneous and various parameters affect the system performance in varying scale, the issue seems to be much complex, most of the solutions end with local optimum because those algorithms mostly fail to ensure not only end to end throughput, but also other parameters of routing like delay, congestion control, energy of nodes etc. By considering spatial re-usability of wireless networks, all these parameters of wireless multi hop remote systems can be enhanced significantly. To achieve the expected performance, Spatial-re-usability Aware Single-path Routing (SASR) algorithm is proposed and to analyze the performance the same is compared with existing single path routing protocol. Assessment shows that proposed protocol shows significant improvement in comparison with existing protocols.
