Abstract : Women in any society plays the most important role in shaping family, cultivator of ethics on children and take all other hurdles in home making. But the enormous potentialities of women endowed with are not properly utilized in economic contribution. In a country like India where women constitute almost 48% of total population and if major portion of this workforce are not actively involved in economic activities then it is impossible to grow at par with the developed nations. With passage of time and impact of globalization compelled the society to change their orthodox mindset. Entrepreneurship among all folks of people is growing and women are also undertaking entrepreneurship to involve in economic processes. Time has proved that women are successful entrepreneurs. This study is mainly based on entrepreneurship as career of women and challenges faced by women in various work environments. Successful cases of enterprising women form the main crux of this study.

While talking about marriage, people have different opinions about their experience of marital life. Couples enter marriage with highest expectations. Sometimes these expectations are more than fulfilled. For others bright promises are not fulfilled so that they may part with sadness, disillusionment, bitterness, and ultimately sometimes separation. The experience of well-being is also possible in couple relationship. It is entirely different from other synonyms which is commonly used in marital studies. By the present research, the investigators were making an attempt to define a workable definition of Marital well-being, and also to construct a standardised tool for measuring it.

If there should be an occurrence of digital safeguard a few security applications Key-presentation protection has all the time a critical issue. As of late, the best approach to deal with the key introduction issue in the settings of distributed storage evaluating has been proposed and considered. To manage this issue existing arrangements all need the customer to refresh his mystery enters in each time period , which may definitely acquire new neighbourhood weights to the customer especially those with restricted calculation assets, like cell phones. In this paper, we centre around how to make the key updates as straightforward as feasible for the customer and plan another worldview known as empowering distributed storage inspecting with irrefutable outsourcing of key updates. In this worldview, key updates can be outsourced to some approved gathering, and thusly the key-refresh trouble on the customer will be kept insignificant. Specifically we tend to use the outsider inspector (TPA) in a few existing open reviewing plans, In our case it assume the part of approved assembling, and make it responsible for both the capacity inspecting and furthermore the safe key refreshes for key-presentation protection. In our outline TPA just needs to hold an encoded rendition of the customer's mystery key while doing all these troublesome errands for the customer. The customer just require to download the encoded mystery key from the TPA while transferring new documents to cloud. What's more, our outline likewise gives the customer capacity to further confirm the legitimacy of the scrambled mystery keys gave by the TPA. All these remarkable highlights are precisely intended to make the whole examining method with key presentation protection as straightforward as workable for the customer. We formalize the definition and furthermore the security model of this worldview. The security confirmation and furthermore the execution reproduction demonstrate that our itemized outline instantiations are secure and proficient.

Multiplication is one of the important operations in many signal processing and image processing applications. The performance of the multiplier has a direct effect on the final output of these applications. Due to this, there is always a need to design a multiplier with high speed and low power consumption. Accuracy is a term relative to the application. In our work, we have designed 6 different types of compressors, which were implemented in an 8 bit Dadda Multiplier evaluated in 45nm technology. The compressors are 4:2 Compressor, Exact Compressor and four approximate compressors, namely DQ4:2C1, DQ4:2C2, DQ4:2C3 and DQ4:2C4, with different levels of accuracy. The results have shown that the DQ4:2C3 compressor has the lowest power consumption among all.

The self concept has been recognized as a key Psychological factor of the learners which contributes significantly in the academic achievements. The present study aims at to study the relationship between self concept and performance in mathematics of middle class students whose parents are in transferable job, as the children of transferable parents are subjected to frequent mobility causing them emotional stress and remain disadvantageous at many socio-emotional fronts. Mathematics is considered as a difficult subject comparatively among the majority of the learners consequently they remain anxious and stressful with the subject. There is unavoidable need to explore all the related aspects in teaching and learning of mathematics exhaustively so that the intricacies in learning of the subject could be simplified. 8 Schools were selected randomly in Faizabad district of Uttar Pradesh affiliated to CBSE board. A total of 231 (113 girls and 118 boys) students of class VIII standard whose parents were in interstate or intrastate transferable job formed the sample of the study. Children Self Concept scale (CSCS) developed and standardized by Dr SP Ahluwalia (1986) was used to collect the data on self concept, whereas the average scores of mathematics achieved by the students over the academic year was taken for the mathematics performance. ANOVA and t-test were statistical tools used to analyze the data. The result showed positive relationship between self concept and performance in mathematics. A significant difference was found between performance in mathematics of students having high and average self concepts and having high and low self concepts. However, gender was not found strong variable in relationship between self concept and performance in mathematics, as out of three comparisons only one was found significant. The study was concluded with discussion on the result and valuable suggestions.

The new era of the Internet of Things is driving the evolution of conventional Vehicle Ad-hoc Networks into the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). With the rapid development of computation and communication technologies, IoV promises huge commercial interest and research value, thereby attracting a large number of companies and researchers. Internet of Vehicles (IOV) comprises of Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V), Vehicle-to-Infrastructure(V2I) and some Intelligent Transport System (ITS) applications that require very low latency, much lower than is currently provided by existing communication networks. The connected vehicles market will be extremely large in terms of number of connected end-points and data exchanged. Over time, any vehicles will be given the potential to connect to anything at anytime, from people to physical things, processes, contents, working knowledge, timely pertinent information and goods of all sorts in entirely flexible, reliable and secure ways This project proposes an abstract network model of the IoV, discusses the technologies required to create the IoV, presents different applications based on certain currently existing technologies, provides several open research challenges and describes essential future research in the area of IoV.

There are several hundred panels of human cancer cell lines and number of anticancer drugs available. But predicting the most effective anticancer drug for specific cancer cell line is still remains challenge. Analyzing each anticancer drug response with cancer cell lines is manually difficult. It takes more time to test each anticancer drug with cancer affected cell lines to predict the effective anticancer drug. So, our project helps to identify the most suitable drug for affected cell lines. The cancer cell lines are characterized with genomic and pharmacological data. An analyses is done with these pharmacogenomics data and the most effective anticancer drug response for cancer cell lines were predicted by identifying the IC50 (Concentration of Inhibitor) and AUC (Concentration of Drug) for the cell lines. From these values the suitable anti-cancer drug can be selected and that can be prescribed in future.

These days the hydraulics machine is very much prerequisite to proselyte the portrait of any material into required look by pressing manipulation. In generic most of the hydraulics machine is used to germinate a compressive flexion. This scrutiny paper work deals with the advancement of pressure switch hydraulics pressure machine. The pressure switch is a Mechatronics device, which is used to convert the electric power to mechanical work. The objective of this research paper is to increase the pressing power of hydraulics pressure machine with the praxis of pressure switch. Basically in this scrutiny paper us cognize the important prelude of pressure switch in the hydraulic press machine.
