Abstract : Densities, viscosities and ultrasonic velocities of binary liquid mixtures of Methylbenzoate with 1-pentanol and 1-hexanol have been measured at 303.15 K. The experimental data have been used to calculate the various acoustical parameters namely adiabatic compressibility (?), free length (Lf), Internal pressure (?i), acoustical impedance (Z) and the excess values of the above parameters have also been evaluated. The variation of these parameters with composition of the mixture helps us in understanding the nature and extent of interaction between unlike molecules in the mixtures.

TITLE: A Case Study On The Effect Of Stair Climbing As A Fitness Tool INVESTIGATORS: T. JAMES PANICKER, MPT 2nd year, Saveetha College of Physiotherapy Dr. M. Manoj Abraham MPT(Ortho), PhD, Principal, Saveetha College of Physiotherapy. AIM: To determine the effect of stair climbing on cardio-vascular and Muscular fitness level. OBJECTIVE: To compare the cardio-vascular fitness level before and after using the staircase. To compare the lower limb muscular endurance before and after using the staircase. MATERIALS: Stop watch, Distance Cones, wooden block or a stool (to set the squat height.) METHODOLOGY: A case with a complaint of reduced cardio-vascular and Muscular endurance was selected and the pre-test for the subject was done by using 2.4km run test for to check cardio-vascular endurance and Squat Test for muscular endurance. After 6 weeks of interventions post-test was done by using the same 2.4km run test and Squat Test, to measure their Cardio-Vascular And Muscular Endurance respectively. OUTCOME MEASURES VO2 Max by 2.4 km run test. Squat test for Muscular Endurance. RESULT: This case study showed a significant result lower limb muscular endurance and cardio vascular fitness level in the post- test when compared with the pre-test values. Especially the Squat test results showed more significant result. CONCLUSION: The present study suggests that even a small bouts of regular Stair-Climbing is a more effective way to improve the Cardio-Vascular Fitness and especially Lower Limb Muscular Endurance and Stair Case is a handy Fitness Tool that can be utilized anywhere.

Customer Relationship Management refers to the building a long-term and sustainable relationship with the customers so as to bring value to the company in the long-run. The company by adopting the CRM software can go for personalization of business, web interaction, quick access with large number of customers, better integration, and multi-channel customer contact to build the long term relationship and profitability. CRM strategic approaches can be described as the staff involvement in every step of CRM application. Top management commitment is also required to fulfill all the technological requirements and waiting till the result. It also includes the customer data management system to manage the huge customer base and retention. Many insurers have got the results by incorporating CRM to manage and retain the customers and to get a cost effective process. Indian insurers are also trying to adopt it. CRM can also be evaluated in terms of customer satisfaction, value, customer knowledge regarding products and innovation. CRM can bring the revolution to the insurance market in India by properly educating and grooming the customers as well as the officials and can dictate the paths for future.

The evolution theory was founded on the spontaneous generation of life proposed by Aristotle. His observation was proved wrong and hence it became a debunked theory. Therefore this paper opines that evolution theory does not have a strong base.

Theory can be a very practical tool. It enables us to make sense of the world. In fact, it is hardly possible to think systematically and scientifically about international relations and the regionalism without theory. When we understand and build theories of regionalism, we will automatically be able to understand more about the phenomenon of regionalism itself. In fact, to most researchers (at least the theorists), these are two sides of the same coin. One main purpose in proposing and assembling this collection is to reveal the pluralism and richness of theories of regionalism. Regionalism has a long history. From the seventeenth century to world war second, there were many RTA proposal involving colonies, provinces, and states and some of the agreements resulted in political as well as commercial unions. Example of early integration efforts include a 1665 proposal for commercial union among Austria, Bavaria, Spain, and some German principalities; an 1826 customs union between England and Ireland; an 1833 customs treaty establishing a single German Zollverein among splinter states and an 1854 Canada-US. In South included a 1910nSouth Africa Customs Union among the Union of South Africa, Bechuanaland, Basutoland, and Swaziland, and a 1917 customs union between the British colonies of Kenya and Uganda, which was extended to include Tanganyika in 1927. Despite these early agreements regional integration in its modern form did not develop until after World War second with the creation of the European Economic Community.

In our system we are introducing three modules dynamic feedback system,Report generation and No dues.Feedback system is the web based application that provides the platform for the college to get feedback dynamically by using their individual logins for staff,HOD and Students.Report generation is the second module that helps the respective departments to keep their individual progress status of their students semester wise by representing it graphically through different Charts and also used the OCR driver to extract the characters from the image files and insert it directly to departmental database. It reduces the human efforts effectively. The last module is NO dues and its a very unique feature of our system that allows the students to apply their request and queries regarding their academic no dues process online from their remote locations.Th staff can also give their approvals to the students who had applied for the No dues.

Fire and explosion are unplanned events in the workplaces, especially where the handling, transportation, and storage of hazardous material took place. The existence of this results in huge losses in terms of human life, machinery and environment. In this work provides guidance for assessors of Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment by using source and dispersion model in oil and gas industry. Fire and Explosion have been identified as major potential hazards for Oil and Gas Production Storage area and pose risk to personnel, assets and the environment. Current fire and explosion assessment tools like source and dispersion models and others engineering practice. This tool features built-in calculations for fire and explosion impact assessment for jet and pool fire size estimation for gas/liquid release in a spherical and cylindrical storage area. Fire and Explosion impact assessment is an important part to calculate risks present in any storage area of oil and gas industry. Impact assessment analysis provides decisions support to safety based operations. In this work, I first review fire and explosion safety-related regulations and assessment framework for evaluating safety against fire and explosion hazard in tank shell area of oil and gas industry. It also covers the two topics, emphasizing definition and calculation method for estimating and consequences of fire and explosions. The purpose of dispersion and source models solve conservation of mass, momentum and energy equation, and can use to model the dispersion of clouds in presence of obstacles even of complex geometry. Moreover, they can deal with heavy, natural or light gas dispersion.
