Abstract
The growth of health care industry is fast in India. Due to the awareness and consciousness among the public the need for health care hospitals are increasing day by day. The nursing professionals play a significant role in rendering the health care to the patients and also changing the lives of the patients. Thus the present study focuses on the level of job stress experienced by the nursing professionals. The findings show that moderate level of job stress was found among the nursing professionals.

The main objectives of this research proposal are to evaluate the possibility of using granulated plastic waste materials The following were also proposed. As partial substitute for the fine aggregate (sand) in concrete composites.To investigate the structural behaviour of such replaced concrete components.To investigate the mechanical behaviour of the components by using fibres . To determine the percentage of plastic fibre which gives more strength when compared to control concrete.

Abstract

Abstract
The Government of India is framing National Skill Qualification Framework with a long term vision to generate demographic dividend. This framework will be the foundation for prospective changes in educational policy of the government. For this government has made certain presumptions about present higher education system and willing to change it through international consultation and knowledge partnerships. However doubting the efficiency of present education system can be wrong conception. India is developing country. In some areas it lags behind but that do not indicate any urgent structural change in education system. In order to attain the common aim of demographic dividend , the rethinking of criticizing present education system must be made. The present research is conducted through interviews of employed people of India and their views of the education system are analyzed.
