A multiplier is one of the important hardware blocks in most digital and high-performance systems such as microprocessors. With improving in technology, many researchers have tried and are trying to design multipliers which offer high speed, low power consumption and less area. However area and speed are two most important constraints. In this paper, we propose an approximate multiplier that is high speed yet energy efficient. The approach is to round the operands to the nearest exponent of two. This way the computational intensive part of the multiplication is omitted improving speed and energy consumption at the price of a small error. The proposed approach is applicable to both signed and unsigned multiplications. We propose three hardware implementations of the approximate multiplier that includes one for the unsigned and two for the signed operations. The efficiency of the proposed multiplier is evaluated by comparing its performance with those of some approximate and accurate multipliers using different design parameters. In addition, the efficacy of the proposed approximate multiplier is studied in two image processing applications, i.e., image sharpening and smoothing.

Financial system acts like an intermediary which helps in arranging funds for productive activities. The working of financial system is based on efficiency of banks in dealing with various financial issues. One of the important issues before banks is the rising NPAs. This research work focuses on doing comparative analysis of different old private sector banks regarding their efficiency in NPA Management. Data in relation thereto have been compiled and analysed.

In concrete, the rice husk usedin the form of partially replacing material. The rice husk partially replaces cement in the concrete, because of having a pozzolanic property. Production of rice husk is economical and having technical advantages so that it can use in a concrete for constructional work. Rice plants and paddy industries gives rice husk in the form of by-product. We can use it in concrete as supplementary cementing material for improving the property. Use of by-product in concrete is a good idea for disposal of waste material and also good for environment, if waste are not dispose properly they pollute the environment i.e. pollute the fresh air, land areas and sea water etc. The experiment done based upon the properly use of waste pozzolanic rice husk ash by partially replacing to Ordinary Portland cement in concrete without affecting the concrete property. In this experiment cement is partially replace by weight, like 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%, find out the excess strength of concrete and also compare with the strength of the normal concrete at the days of 7days, 14days and 28days. In this research study the properties and strength of the concrete prepared by rice husk ash and partially replaced cement done.

Biomedical field serves as the benefit for human society. But in today's reckless running world people are casual about their health. Cases of heart attacks and deaths due to lack of help are increasing rapidly. For this purpose A secure IOT based modern healthcare system is best solution. In this project we will be monitoring the human health parameters such as blood pressure, body temperature, posture and heartbeat rate using body sensor network. This information will be provided to family members, local physician, and emergency care unit depending on the condition of patient through IoT. This will be helpful in medical health care by providing exact position of human who is in emergency to the nearest healthcare and for getting as early as possible local treatment.

Gesture to text mode of communication is a boon for physically ear-impaired people, this state of communication strengthen the context of preliminary hearing impaired -mute people. This paper handles real time Indian Sign Language (ISL) gesture to be predicting as an appropriate text with the aid of artificial intelligent associate with soft computing techniques. Here, a redesigned Artificial Neural Network (ANN) utilizes to predict gesture as text by incorporating couple of swarm intelligence techniques Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) and Social Spider Optimization (SSO). The role of aforementioned optimization techniques is to predict the optimal structure (Number of hidden layers and neurons associate) for ANN execute in this context. Both swarm intelligence technique execute almost fine with SSO take marginal superiority. In average, ABC having 75% accuracy on other hand SSO holds 83% accuracy, which is 8% lead over contest methodology.

Big Data is a large data set which can be analysed to identify necessary information in the form of patterns that usually relate to human behaviour and their interactions. This large amount of data is generated from various sources such as mobile networks. The evolution of technologies, like 5G, is expected to generate an enormous amount of data. The information generated in the mobile network can be managed and optimized with the help of technologies such as Big Data approach to Self Organized Networks (SONs) and Big Data Empowered SONs (BES). In cellular networks, due to large number of users, there is a possibility of unusual behaviour, for example anomalies in user calling activities. CADM, Call detail record based Anomaly Detection Method, is used to detect these anomalies. As this technology affects the performance and security of mobile networks, we can exploit a combination of other technologies such as baseline, K-means Clustering and PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization). The results obtained from carrying out these technologies are promising in terms of detection and false alarm rate.
