Now a days Home automation system is gaining a huge space in the field of digital living. The term home automation means that we can control our home in a smart automated way. When it comes to Home Automation using internet of things, our home is in our control even from a distant place. The home automation systems has its on devices that has capability of performing the desired tasks over internet. This paper describes about a home automation system using the internet of things concept with some addons in the system that is a little bit different from the usual home automation systems that exists.

Emerging antibiotic resistance is a worldwide problem that has led to the need for development of novel antimicrobials and use of natural products which is safe and effective. The objective of this study is to investigate antibacterial activity of different solvent (Methanol, Ethanol, Acetone, Petroleum ether and Water) extract of Crataeva nurvala stem bark extract against multi-drug resistant UTI pathogens isolated from urine samples collected from patients suffering from UTI. Acetone extract has greater antibacterial activity against all tested uropathogens. Qualitative phytochemical test showed presence of Alkaloid, tannin, Saponin, Flavonoids, Terpenoids, Cardiac glycoside and oil. HPTLC-bioautography confirms the antibacterial potential of the plant extract. Phytochemical compounds were identified by HPLC-MS and its result showed presence of Cuscohygrine, Diuron, Myricetin, Dihydromyricetin, Rutin, Nefopam. Results of Cytotoxicity test performed by MTT assay and Viability assay showed less toxicity and more than 80% viability.

Disability and poverty both are social phenomenon. Social exclusion and isolation are common experience of the persons belonging to these groups. Disability leads to many types of deprivation due to social inaction which ultimately intervenes with the opportunity to participate in productive work. Gainful employment becomes difficult for physically challenged persons. They are frequently marginalized and consequently become an immediate liability to the family they belong. Disability is a development issue. The nexus between poverty and disability is casually intertwined. A high correlation between disability and poverty in India cannot be ruled out. Investigating the interconnection between poverty and disability has not been properly investigated. However, Indian polity has shown greater concern for breaking the vicious circle of poverty and disability. Government of India has taken a range of poverty alleviation schemes for Poor People with Disability (PPWD). But PPWDs are not integrated - below beneficiaries in all policies and schemes. The public implementations are far below expectations but Non Govt. Organizations (NGO) is showing some promising approaches.

Ground water is a valuable natural source and its quality is a important issue due to increase the population and industrial development, in the study area the communities depends on groundwater as directly for drinking purpose, hence the quality of groundwater is very important, water samples were collected from ten villages in the study area and analysed in the laboratory using standard APHA, procedures for various parameters, such as pH, TDS, Total Hardness, Electrical Conductivity, F-, SO42-, Cl-, Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, Na+, F-, Fe-, and compared with the BIS, WHO and APHA standards to study the physico-chemical and statistical, the results revels that maximum concentrations and exceeded the standard values and cause health impacts, so that it requires groundwater treatment before consumption for its use.

Waste energy in any industry plays an influencing factor in the overall efficiency of the plant. Utilizing the available energy in the industry is an essential thing; this can be achieved by installing the waste heat recovery system. Therefore, in this paper, the focus is to design and develop waste heat recovery system and its experimental validation for the file cleaning operation. The available literature was thoroughly reviewed and design processes of the fin type were studied. Review of research study concluded that heat quantity, waste stream temperature and waste stream composition are important parameters for designing of waste heat recovery system. Recovery of waste heat can be done by using heat exchangers. Heat transfer area, overall heat transfer coefficient, thermal conductivity of the material, mass flow rate hot and cold fluid and their temperature are very important parameters for designing of heat exchanger. This method it is an efficient way to recover waste heat from file drying operation. In this paper, the step-wise procedure for design of fin type heat exchanger has been formulated. After installing the fin type heat exchanger; readings are recorded by changing the mass flow rate, load on the diesel engine to evaluate the performance of the fin type heat exchanger. Installation of waste heat recovery system containing fin type heat exchanger greatly influence on the total expenditure spends on file cleaning operation. Due to preheating, the required energy for heating up the water in file cleaning operation get reduced and ultimately operational cost for heating get reduced.

Teaching English for Learners pursuing a course in MBA does not involve just the LSRW skills. As it is a course in ESP, we are more concerned of equipping them with the skills required to face the challenges of their profession. They have to face a cut-throat competition as the number of learners pursuing a course in MBA is increasing year by year and the companies rely on the professionals for an extra edge of human skills. The selection process for a job involves a screening test based on group discussions. These discussions test the in soft skills or human skills of the candidates which are mainly based on their thinking abilities. The present paper is based on the study conducted with the learners pursuing a course in MBA and aims at developing the listening and empathetic skills of the learners. The Learners pursuing a course in MBA need to think and analyse to be professional

Financial inclusion is the process of ensuring access to financial services and timely and adequate credit needed by weaker sections and low-income groups at an affordable cost. Financial inclusion has become a global policy priority and the growth of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has become almost synonymous with the topic. This paper looks at an overview of financial inclusion in India and discusses the impact of ICT on reaching individuals who were otherwise financially excluded. An important goal of policy-makers in both the developing and the developed countries is to have an inclusive growth. Financial services have the potential to achieve this objective and help create a more just and equitable society. Financial Literacy and financial inclusion have been important policy goals of India for quite some time but in spite of policy measures and technological innovations adopted by RBI and banking sector, the extent and penetration of financial products and services to marginalized sections of the society, needs attention. Financial inclusion is now on the top of the menu for policy makers for finalising a multi-pronged action plan as it is believed that is the only way for financial development. This study is an attempt to analyse the existing literature and understand the role played by Government/ Financial Institutions in promoting inclusive growth and obstacles and challenges and study the tools of ICT used for facilitating financial inclusion in India. Even though the Government and the banking sector have adopted various policy measures and innovative tools to ensure access of financial products and services to weaker and under privileged sections of the society but financial illiteracy, lack of convenience, technological issues and viability has emerged as significant impediments the path of achieving inclusive growth.
