Abstract-In recent days, we hear about many fishermen were caught and penalized as they are unaware of crossing their borders because the sea borders between the countries is not easily identifiable. It is mainly due to the unavailability of proper border crossing system. Hence, we have proposed an Embedded system which provides information to fishermen as well as to the ground station using RSSI Technology that finds the boat location, ultrasonic sensors which track fishes and also gives the exact depth where the fishes are available abundantly and MEMS provides alert, if the boat crosses the destained border the boat engine will be turned off.

Home automation systems have gained popularity in recent years, paralleling the advances in the concept of the Internet of Things. The current project presents the implementation of an inexpensive home automation system, within the framework of assistive technology. The system implementation is based on the Arduino microcontroller, with Bluetooth communications capability, and it is designed for use by the elderly and people with disabilities. The system is user-friendly, with an intuitive interface implemented on an Android- based smart phone. Demonstrations show that the system facilitates control of home appliances, lights, heating, cooling systems and security devices by the intended users.

Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is an efficient and response system for managing the human resource of an organisation. It includes hardware, software, forms, policies, procedures and data. Through HRIS organisations collects, maintains, analyses and reports information on people and jobs. The linkage between HRIS and organisation performance is understood theoretically but very few empirical works are done. In this context the present study aim to explore the impact of HRIS on organisation performance in select organisation belonging to IT industry. The dimensions of HRIS and organisational performance are conceptualised first through review of literature and then operationalised by a questionnaire. The data is gathered on the necessary variables are identified through a structured questionnaire from 63 respondents who are involved in HRIS activities at firm level. Multiple regression model was used to track the relation between HRIS and firm performance. Results of the study shows that, for all hypothesis except hypothesis-IV the p-value is less than 0.05 and we accepted Alternative Hypothesis (H1).

This paper proposes a new idea to application. In existing system there is no particular app for students detail information about certificates and their original degree. In this paper, create an application by using a new language Kotlin, it is similar as java but it having lot of advantages than compare to java. In any university there is no website or app for applying certificates and original degree. Kotlinlanguage support in android developing application in easy manner.java programming language is a widely used language for the development of android applications. However recent approach proves this java suffers from certain drawbacks. Kotlin language can reduce compilation time, execution time and increase conciseness when integrated with java.

Electrocardiography is a very simple and non-invasive diagnostic method in health care. Our heart generates electric potential on body surface, electrocardiography is based on this phenomenon. An episode of arrhythmia could be produced by changes in the electronic impulse formation or conduction or combination of both. In artificial intelligence, the techniques combining the fuzzy logic and neural network are many times applied together. Combining these two methods could help us to overcome or come out of difficulties and inherent limitation of each isolated method. When they are combined together they are generally known as neuro-fuzzy systems. An automated method could help to accurately diagnose the cardiac diseases with the analysis of ECG signals which is critical in healthcare, most importantly when performing in real time.

Social networks are a popular way to model the interactions among the people in a group or community. It focuses on non-temporal cold start link prediction problem and we use the term cold start link prediction to refer a non-temporal version of problem. It allows people to have their own accounts to manage friends, upload videos and can view videos according to their particular state of mind. In this process, the YouTube like application is created and the common interest between the users are identified to suggest the new link prediction. Also, the videos are classified based on the individual user interest which makes the user to access the videos easily at times. We introduce cold start link prediction as the problem of predicting the structure of a social network when the network itself is totally missing while some other information regarding the nodes is available.

Data sharing in cloud computing enables multiple participants to freely share the group data, which improves the efficiency of work in cooperative environments and has widespread potential applications. It ensures the security of data sharing within a group and how to efficiently share the outsourced data in a group manner are formidable challenges. Note that key agreement protocols have played a very important role in secure and efficient group data sharing in cloud computing. In this paper, by taking advantage of the symmetric balanced incomplete block design (SBIBD), we present a novel block design-based key agreement protocol that supports multiple participants, which can flexibly extend the number of participants in a cloud environment according to the structure of the block design. Based on the proposed group data sharing model, we present general formulas for generating the common conference key K for multiple participants. The computational complexity of the proposed protocol linearly increases with the number of participants and the communication complexity is greatly reduced. In addition, the fault tolerance property of our protocol enables the group data sharing in cloud computing to withstand different key attacks.

Change is one thing constant and leaves nothing in its constant state of existence. Evolution is the natural law which makes irrevocable imprints on the historical scale. Society which is in its constant state of flux makes it difficult for its subjects to fathom its depths. The metamorphosed societal structures propels the cultural tendencies of people towards refinement. The impinging effect of these mutated cultural structures on the individuals and in turn its effect on the society at large becomes a necessary topic of discourse. The dichotomic disputes between male and female human species, has turned interminable by various feminist doctrines. It becomes a need of the hour to consider the change in the attitude of modern day women to study the health of the society. Women have made a progressive shift from feminism to post feminism; providing opportunities for every individual to voice. She Writes: a collection of short stories. The twelve short stories are bound to the limits of three specific themes. This paper intends to give a post feminist reading of the stories that are set against different cultural contexts with in India reasserting the space provided by post feminism for individuals to voice and choose. Women's cultural production is seen as central to consciousness raising and hence leading to social change.
