 Abstract

In the era of fast-growing technologies, there is a huge demand among people for a comfortable lifestyle and travel. In the last few years, the number of vehicles on road has been explosively grown. With the increasing growth in the vehicular sector every day, the need to track individual vehicle becomes a very challenging task. The proposed project illustrates a design and development of a new efficient Vehicle Number Plate Recognition System, using image processing technology. This technology is used in various security and traffic applications. This system is implemented at residential parking entries. It aims to recognize number plates using OpenCV and to identify number plates to extract characters and digits. The objective is to increase the safety of vehicles. This technology assists in a criminal investigation and prevents the crime.

 Abstract

The higher power quality compared to typical inverter circuits has created a demand for multi-level inverter topologies in industrial applications over the past few decades. It has grown in popularity as a result of lower harmonic distortion, better sine wave-like waveform quality, and lower switch voltage. Although the advantages of MLI outweigh the disadvantages In terms of power quality, researchers have been working to eliminate and mitigate the MLI problem by focusing on reducing the number of switches, reducing the number of sources, and managing voltage balancing. This article introduces a single-phase 63-level inverter for suppressing harmonics and power surges. It uses 9 switches with a reverse voltage configuration and uses H-bridge inverters with reduced power switches and power diodes to minimize switching losses. The proposed approach was simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK, with improved waveforms with a low THD of 2.74%.

 Abstract

Essential oil is an aromatic and volatile compound found in various parts of plants, and it is used in a variety of pharmaceutical applications. Essential oil has traditionally been used for medicinal purposes. Essential oils are secondary metabolites produced by a variety of medicinal plants that have pharmaceutical, agricultural, and cosmetic application. This article provides an overview of essential oils, their uses, extraction methods, side effects, and other factors that affect essential oils. The stability and bioactivity of essential oils determine their effectiveness. The stability of essential oils is influenced by a range of factors, including the environment, extraction, and storage. Because of their applications, these compounds have gotten a lot of attention. However, few EOs are water soluble, and heat, oxidation, and light conveniently degrade them. Essential oils cover a wide range of topics. The numerous health benefits associated with the use of essential oils or their derivatives have been well-documented.

Till today, Web portal Model is popular e- business model which is selling a wide range of products, with both depth and breadth of range. However, over recent years, consumers have become more discerning due to changing lifestyles, spending priorities and shopping patterns (Fisher, 1998). The focus of this research paper is to draw attention of marketers and shoppers towards the need to develop a hypothetical model named Global Super Store Model, is to change the consumer towards provision of providing a wide range of products with price comparison facility on a single portal along with a huge range of brand name suppliers. This research paper is also an attempt to find out the impact of online marketing practices on both existing Web Portal Model and our Global Super Store Model for convenience as a determinant.

 Abstract

Reliance on inorganic fertilizers with less or no use of organic fertilizers has impaired the productivity of soil worldwide. An imbalance use of inorganic fertilizers without organic fertilizers has led to deterioration of soil health, crop yield loss which has become a concern. The basic concept of integrated nutrient management (INM) is maintenance or adjustment of soil fertility and supply of plant nutrients to desired crop productivity through optimization of benefits from all possible sources of plant nutrients in an integrated way. This study was executed to quantify the best possible combination of integrated nutrients and their availability to cotton crop. The present study pertains to the effect of Integrated Nutrient Management (INM) on nutrient uptake, post harvest soil available nutrients and NUE of cotton under irrigated condition. The nine treatment combinations comprising of organic manures (FYM, vermicompost), foliar spray (Panchagavya and Dasagavya), inorganic fertilizers (NPK) and bio-fertilizers. T1- Control, T2- FYM @ 10 t ha-1+Bio fertilizer (soil application) +50 % RDF, T3- Vermicompost @ 2.5 t ha-1 + Bio fertilizer + 50% RDF ,T4 - T2+ Panchagavya @ 3% (2 sprayings), T5 - T2+Dasagavya @ 3% (2 sprayings), T6 - T3+ Panchagavya @ 3% (2 sprayings), T7- T3+ Panchagavya @ 3% (2 sprayings), T8- Panchagavay @ 3% (2 sprayings), T9 - Dasagavya @ 3% (2 sprayings). The experimental result showed that the significantly highest nutrient uptake of N, P and K were recorded under T6- Vermicompost @ 2.5 t ha-1+ BF+50% RDF+ Panchagavya spray @ 3% (2 sprayings). The study revealed that, combined application of Vermicompost @ 2.5 t ha-1+Bio fertilizer+50% RDF+ Panchagavya spray @ 3% foliar spray could have impacted on fertility status of soil grown with cotton.

We consider an M/D/n queuing model. To find expected number of customers in a queue with a fuzzy arrival rate and fuzzy service rate, we are applying Monte Carlo methods in fuzzy queuing theory. We introduce this by using quasi-random number to generator 100,000 random sequence of fuzzy vectors to develop a better approximate solution.

 Abstract

In the growing economic world, almost every country is involved in imports and exports. Though everything is done through a contract or an agreement, there are often many disturbances between buyers and sellers. These issues, however, cannot be resolved by a particular state unless mentioned in the agreement or contract; an external body with nill partiality should resolve it. Hence, the GATT and WTO were raised and were in the extremely best position in resolving the issues between the trade countries.
