 Abstract

This review article shows the diverse routes of administration of different drug. In pharmacology, the route of administration is the pathway by which the medicine is transfer into the body for the treatment of several diseases or disorders. The Bioavailability of the effective drug present in the body is influenced by the various methods of administration. This article contains the classification of routes of administration with their salient features, advantages, disadvantages and examples. The most recent inventions in drug preparations delivered through these routes have also been discussed.

 Abstract

Background: Contact sports is practiced world-wide. Leg dominance appears to have no effect on single-leg postural control in healthy people. Muscular strength plays important role in every game. Objective: This study has been undertaken to find out the correlation of lower limb strength and dominance in contact sports. It is important to know, whether dominance has any effect on strength of lower limb in contact sports. Methodology: This observational Study was conducted with 30 contact sports players at sports clubs in and around Pune. Result: Correlation with Right Hip flexor with r=-0.2196, with Right Hip Extensor with r=-0.1337and with Right Knee Flexor with r=0.1640. Conclusion: In this study we concluded that there is no correlation between dominance and lower limb strength in contact sports.

 Abstract

This research paper combines data and changes in jobs environment given via online workforce platforms. This study shows how COVID-19 pandemic change brings new aspects in online job opportunities. These changes to uncertain market of labor workforce are managing the balance between the work and family status. India has become 7th largest in freelancing work. Within last 2 years trend is likely to continue going strong. The freelancing and work from home is becoming very popular among youth now days. This paper finding suggest that part time and freelancing is providing flexible time to employees. This work has become primary and secondary sources of income for many youth. We have seen increase in the percentage of working women doing freelancing and work from home.

Employees are the foundation pillar of any industry. The success of any industry lies in its engaged workforce.. Employee engagement is a function of relationship between an organization and its employees. It plays a key role in achieving the organizational goals. Employee engagement leads to the feeling of belongingness and hence ultimately leads to satisfaction. Modern organizations consider their employees to be full of enthusiasm, excitement and express initiative at work, they want them to take concern for their own development, try for high quality and performance, be stout and dedicated to what they do and in other words companies need their employees be engaged. Engagement is achieved when people envisage that their organization respects their work, their work contributes to the organizational development and more prominently their personal ambitions of growth, rewards and pay are met.  Abstract

There has been tremendous growth in the Indian Film industry, which enabled it to gain the industry's status by the year 2000. even though several Bollywood films were successfully breaking records in box office collections, there was a concern among them, i.e., privacy and other copyright infringements.Indian high courts issued numerous injunctions, 238 of john-doe or Ashok Kumarin between the period of 2006-2013. this number indicates several infringements that have taken place. Copyright is already regarded as weak protection, and because of these infringements, it gets even more vulnerable. Hence, on the one hand, Bollywood is booming by breaking its previous earning records, while on the other hand, we can see a flood of litigations being filed concerning I.P. rights infringement, contract breach

 Abstract

The study aims to test whether there is an impact and relationship between the BSE Sensex and selected sectors. By placing the Sensex as a Dependent variable, this study has analyzed. Here the time series data has been applied to find the impact and relationship for study. In the contemporary economic expansion, interest rates are falling or fluctuating in the stock market which has forced the investors to think before making investments in the stock market or securities. Here, the study found the opportunities for investment decisions for framing an efficient portfolio. Investing in the stock market is risky in nature and investors have to face various issues after investing. These issues include risk, return, volatility of the financial securities, and liquidity, and also they are possible only when there is an impact and relationship between the selected sectors in Bombay Stock Exchange.
