 Abstract

As the world is going through a tough competitive environment scenario, the companies need to provide a wide variety of products to meet a suitable and affordable requirements. The economic success of manufacturing firms depends on their ability to identify the basic needs of customer and quickly create the product to meet the requirements of the customers that are produced at low cost. The paper is created to offer a literature review related to design and development of gear box. The paper focuses on a major aspect i.e to design and development of a gear box to overcome the problem like mass production and cost optimization with effectively to provide service to customer.

In this we fabricate the pneumatic circuit with time delay circuit forging machine. It time delay valve has three different times like, low, medium, high. It control by a button and it consist many more electric and electronic components. This circuit run on adapter this adapter provide 12 volt DC current. This pneumatic circuit also have components like, compressor, FRL unit. Pressure gauge, 3/2 solenoid operated direction control valve, double acting cylinder, etc.

 Abstract

This research paper provides a comprehensive critical analysis of Bertolt Brecht's 1935 poem, "Questions from a Worker Who Reads" (Fragen eines lesenden Arbeiters), through the theoretical framework of New Historicism. By examining the poem alongside both its immediate historical milieu, the rise of European fascism, Marxist dialectics, and anti-fascist exile literature of the 1930s and non-literary archival discourses of the interwar period, this study demonstrates how Brecht destabilizes traditional historiography. The analysis reveals how the poem embeds literary text within historical context, exposing the ideological mechanisms that erase subaltern labour from state-sanctioned historical narratives.

 Abstract

The present study sought to investigate the job performance of secondary school teachers in relation to their moral values. The study used the descriptive survey method. A random sample of 300 secondary school teachers was drawn from the Tumkur District's secondary schools. Self-prepared Tools like Job Performance Scale and Moral Values Scale along with Personal Information Schedule were used to collect data. In the present research, moral ideals were deemed the independent variable and job performance as the dependent variable, with gender and location serving as background variables. The acquired data were examined using Karl Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, the independent samples 't' test, the F-test and Scheffe's post-hoc test. The level of significance was set at 0.05 and 0.01. The data was examined with SPSS Version 24 and Microsoft Excel. The study found a substantial positive association between moral values and secondary school teachers' job performance. The F-test findings revealed a substantial variation in job performance across teachers with varying levels of moral beliefs. Those with good moral values performed better than those with lower moral values. Furthermore, no significant variation in work performance was detected between teachers depending on gender or location. The findings imply that moral principles have an essential role in teachers' professional effectiveness. As a result, schools may pay more attention to professional ethics, moral development and value-based practices in order to improve teachers' professional performance.

 Abstract

Environmental pollution and climate change have become a burning issue presently in the globe. The present study was conducted to evaluate the environmental awareness and environmental ethics among student teachers in Shimoga district. The present study belongs to the category of descriptive field survey type of research. For selecting the sample stratified random technique was used. In the present study following standardized research tools were used. 1. Environmental Awareness Opinionnaire constructed by Vipinder Nagra. 2. Environmental Ethics Scale constructed by Haseen Taj. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics that is Mean, Standard Derivation, t-test and correlation co-efficient.

 Abstract

The dielectric relaxation study for the hydrogen bonded binary system of polar liquid Butyl alcohol in water has been carried out, using the Time domain Reflectometry technique, at 20oC and volume in different fractions. The dielectric parameters static permittivity, excess permittivity, Bruggemann parameter, relaxation time, excess inverse relaxation time and Kirkwood correlation factor have been obtained. The dielectric parameters show systematic change with concentrations. Variation in linear relation in Bruggemann factor suggests the presence of intermolecular interaction in the binary mixtures. The Kirkwood correlation factor confirms the parallel and antiparallel orientation of the dipoles in the mixtures.

 Abstract

The present investigation was carried out at Banana Research Station, Nanded. "Studies on plant geometry and levels of potassium on growth, yield and quality of banana (Musa acuminata L.)", for two trial years. In the present experiment, there were four main treatments of plant density, viz. D1 (1.5 m x 1.2 m), D2 (1.5 m x 1.5 m), D3 (1.5 m x 1.8 m) and D4 (1.5 m x 2.1 m), three sub- treatment of potassium levels, viz. K1 (100 g K2 O/plant), K2 (200 g K2O/plant), K3 (300 g K2O/plant) and thus comprising twelve treatment combinations.

 Abstract

Artificial intelligence can be referred to as computer or robots having capacity to do multiple tasks that require human intelligence. It helps masses to complete different as well as difficult tasks within a short span of time. It compares to human-level thinking and allows people to concentrate more on tasks that can't be done by computers. It is the science of teaching computers how to study reason, recognize, suppose, communicate, and make decisions like humans do. It has both pros and cons as it helps in doing or completes various tasks efficiently and effectively but on the other hand, it can literally seize the employment of thousands of people. A combination of the concept of artificial intelligence along with law involves the use of computer and mathematical techniques to make the law more logical, convenient, helpful, handy, or predictable. Artificial intelligence brings the skill to search for concepts like contract review and analysis for due diligence, to recognize changes in tone of email communications, even to draft where the computer understands what needs to be drafted and prepares the document. In India, artificial intelligence is finding ways to improve the quality of work. As practised, computers and robots are not able to replace the lawyer's role in court but it has the power to do research work and to draft a document. The office role of lawyers might be reduced to a great extent. As the tools developed through artificial intelligence helps in drafting various legal documents. In this article researcher analyses the role of Artificial Intelligence in Indian Judicial System along with its implications and challenges.

 Abstract

Farmer suicides continue to remain one of the most critical agrarian and socio-economic issues in India. Andhra Pradesh has consistently reported a significant number of suicides among farmers and agricultural labourers due to debt burden, crop failures, market instability, and tenant farming problems. The present study examines the major causes of farmer suicides in Andhra Pradesh during the period 2022-2024 using National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) reports, Andhra Pradesh government data, and Telugu newspaper coverage. The study also analyzes how Telugu newspapers represented agrarian distress, government response, compensation issues, and farmer welfare measures. A descriptive and analytical research design was adopted. Content analysis method was used to examine reports published in Telugu newspapers including Eenadu, Sakshi, and Andhra Jyothy between 2022 and 2024. The findings reveal that indebtedness, crop losses, climate uncertainties, rising cultivation costs, and inadequate institutional support were the major causes of farmer suicides. The study concludes that Telugu newspapers played an important role in highlighting agrarian distress and government accountability, though sustained rural journalism and long-term policy interventions are necessary to address the crisis effectively.
