Dermatoglyphics is the study of the ridge pattern of the skin. Fingerprints are the impression made by the tip of the fingers or the upper layer of the finger when it comes in contact with other surfaces. Many studies have been made for the effective determination of ridge pattern and its relation with other factors. A group of people were included in the study. A population size was chosen and the fingerprints and blood samples were collected. ABO blood grouping along with rhesus blood grouping was taken into consideration. The result of a different study shows that O is the most common blood group among all the blood types. Whorl is the most common fingerprint pattern and arches are the least. Whorl and loop are most common in males whereas arches and loops are common in females.

Introduction - Green tea and green coffee renowned for its anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. It has been suggested that green tea and green coffee promote periodontal health by reducing inflammation, preventing bone resorption and limiting growth of certain bacteria associated with periodontal disease. Aim -To raise awareness of anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial effect of green tea and green coffee on oral health among general population of Madhya Pradesh. Material and methods -A cross-sectional questionnaire-based survey was conducted. The questionnaire is self-prepared, validated, and made more reliable. Data collection is done by google forms and analyzed using SPSS Version 2.0 Chicago. Results- Majority of participants belong to 25-34 years of age. 88%of participants stated yes when they were asked if green tea and green coffee can be used as an alternative to chemical oral hygiene product .80.5% of participants stated yes when asked about do they know green tea and green coffee exert anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial action on oral health. Conclusion - The present study is only focused in raising awareness about the effect of green tea and green coffee on oral health in general population of Madhya Pradesh . It was found that 89% of the population stated that this study is conducted and promoted to raise awareness of green tea and green coffee and their role in oral health.

A decentralized crowdfunding network that uses blockchain technology for transparency, security, and effective fund management is presented by the "Trustful Crowdfunded Platform using Blockchain" project. Crowdfunding websites may be used by content creators to generate funds. There is a risk because investors in the traditional crowdfunding model have no control over their money. By using blockchain technology, fraud will be avoided, intermediaries will be eliminated, and the present crowdfunding platforms will be safer and more transparent. Smart contracts are used in blockchain-based crowdfunding platforms to control fund expenditures and guard against contributors' money being stolen. Creatives no longer have access to a blockchain-based platform that can provide safe and decentralized crowdfunding and provide a marketplace for their sponsored creations. This innovative platform facilitates seamless interaction between Campaign Creators and Users, ensuring a fair and trustworthy ecosystem for fundraising initiatives. Utilizing React for the front-end interface, Solidity for smart contracts, and integrating Metamask for wallet functionality. The consensus mechanism, inherent to blockchain, enables agreement on the validity of transactions and campaign details across the network without the need for a central authority and this is achieved through proof-of-stake protocols. Campaign Creators initiate campaigns through a user-friendly interface. Users engage securely through their crypto wallets, contributing to approved campaigns, and tracking their impact. The platform's architecture, encompassing smart contracts, Pinata database, and work proof ensures data integrity and user security. The project's purpose is to revolutionize crowdfunding, fostering a transparent, decentralized environment where individuals can support causes they believe in with confidence. By combining blockchain's decentralized nature with a user-friendly interface and robust security measures, This project aims to redefine the crowdfunding landscape, empowering both campaigners and contributors alike.

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly changed the various aspects of human resources (HR) capabilities and the way businesses manage their employees have been fundamentally redesigned. The integration of automation, the artificial intelligence (AI) recruitment process, data analytics, cloud-based HR management systems and machine learning algorithms has created a more efficient, strategic, employee-centric HR framework. This research paper addresses the profound impact of digitization on HR practices and examines its role in hiring, training, performance management, employee and general organizational productivity tightening. As organizations are increasingly moving into the digital HR ecosystem, there are also several challenges: The deployment of digital HR solutions offers many options, including real-time worker analytics, predictive talent management, and AI-driven chatbots for employee support, but requires effective strategies for changing management and ongoing learning initiatives to maximize the benefits of digitization. Skill gaps, cybersecurity weaknesses, algorithmic bias, and employee adaptability to successfully switch to a full digital HR environment. This study shows how important it is to compensate technology in human HR practices to create an optimized future workforce.

Antennas play a pivotal role in modern wireless communication, facilitating connections between devices through wireless mediums by transmitting and receiving radio waves. In healthcare and biomedicine, BCWC as gained prominence due to advancements in miniaturized sensors, wearable electronics, and biomedical technologies. This has revolutionized the field by enabling continuous disease monitoring and treatment. The study focuses on modelling and characterizing microstrip patch antennas to identify dilated tissues, Heart Beat, Temperature Of the human body. Using antenna modelling instead of traditional biomedical sensors, the researchers achieved high directivity, gain, VSWR as 7.63dB, 2.9dB and 1.53. These results are attained in the frequency range of 2 to 2.5 GHz at a resonant frequency of 2.4 GHz. By using Defective Ground Surface and By Changing Geometric Values of Strip.

Libraries are the heart of the institution, where all information of that institution is kept in an organized way and accessed by the users. Every sector is implementing Information and communication technology (ICT) in this developing generation to automate themselves. As a result, libraries must adopt ICT to stay relevant to the generation. Libraries have to automate their operations and services using various ICT products. Today, libraries are automated and digitalized using digital library software, which benefits users in various ways. Through the use of ICT, libraries modernize various tasks that enhance efficiency. New technologies provide diverse channels and sources of information to the users. This paper discusses the different dimensions of emerging technology in libraries and the application of information and communication technology.

The NurseNetX project addresses the challenges of nurse scheduling in healthcare institutions by developing an automated and optimized system. Traditional manual scheduling methods often lead to inefficiencies, workload imbalances, and dissatisfaction among nurses. NurseNetX leverages advanced algorithms to generate schedules that adhere to hospital policies, labor laws, and individual nurse preferences. The system features role-based authentication, shift swap management, real-time notifications, and a user-friendly interface for both administrators and nurses. By streamlining scheduling and workflow integration, NurseNetX enhances operational efficiency, reduces scheduling conflicts, and improves staff satisfaction, ultimately leading to better patient care. Future enhancements include AI-driven optimizations, mobile integration, and cloud deployment for greater scalability and adaptability.
