Delhi NCR construction delays have been a cause of concern for residential and commercial developments over the years. Due to high infrastructure demand, delays translate to cost overruns, project inefficiencies, and displacement of urban growth. A host of reasons causes delays, including resource unavailability, regulatory issues, fluctuating weather patterns, and stakeholders' poor coordination. Multilevel project timelines are caused by extended approval cycles, policy flip-flops, and environmental requirements. To counter such problems, embracing realistic planning and future-oriented management is essential. Employing Building Information Modeling (BIM) can improve project visualization, lower errors, and optimize workflows. Risk management software also aids in early detection of impending threats, while real-time monitoring software aids in early problem resolution. Open communication among developers, contractors, and the authorities can go a long way in ensuring project delivery. Along with project-by-project measures, long-term enhancement involves policy changes and capacity development. Open procurement procedures, enhanced coordination among stakeholders, and training of workers can enhance efficiency in the overall construction sector. This study offers pragmatic recommendations to minimize delays, offering lessons to policymakers and practitioners to complete infrastructure on schedule in Delhi NCR. By enhancing planning and better implementation, the region can create a more sustainable and reliable construction culture.

The closure of colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India as a precautionary measure against COVID-19 and the maintenance of social distance have altered the mode of instruction from the conventional classroom to the online and virtual space. The trend towards educating students online has become mainstream. Such a sudden change in the classroom could be quite upsetting for both pupils and their families. This study tries to identify and analyse academic pressures by focusing on the worries and concerns of students from Kindergarten through University in India, as well as their parents from a variety of professions. The results show that the most stressful issue for both students and their parents is worrying about their performance on online tests and receiving poor grades.

In this study, the performance of fire suppression nozzles used in train systems was enhanced through innovative design and flow analysis. Efficient fire suppression in trains was critical to passenger safety, requiring optimized nozzle designs that ensured adequate water flow and coverage in emergency situations. This research focused on the redesign of sprinkler nozzles to increase flow rates and discharge efficiency, improving overall system performance. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations were used to analyse flow characteristics, identify inefficiencies, and assess the impact of nozzle geometry on water distribution. By optimizing parameters such as nozzle size, shape, and spray angle, the study aimed to enhance the water discharge capabilities of fire suppression systems in trains. Prototypes of the redesigned nozzles were tested under controlled conditions to validate the simulation results. The findings of this research demonstrated a significant improvement in water flow and coverage, contributing to better fire suppression, enhanced safety, and potentially reduced water consumption in train fire safety systems.

Virtual interviews have become a preferred recruitment method, effectively addressing challenges related to time, budget, and geography. However, accurately assessing candidates' behavioral aspects during these interviews remains a significant hurdle. This research presents a machine based approach designed to Analyse nonverbal cues--such as emotions, eye movement, smiling, and head movements--to gain insights into interviewee behavior and personality traits. By employing advanced deep learning and machine learning techniques, we systematically evaluate these nonverbal indicators to enhance the analysis further and improve predictive accuracy. Our study includes a comprehensive comparative analysis of candidates, examining differences between the interview and non-interview environments across various contexts and situations. The results highlight the potential of nonverbal behavior's as reliable indicators of personality traits, suggesting that these cues can improve the recruitment process by offering a more thorough understanding of candidates , interpersonal skills, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. This research significantly contributes to the understanding of nonverbal communication in virtual settings and offers practical implications for improving hiring decisions through innovative, technology-driven assessments that can help organizations make better choices in selecting the right talent for their teams.

The review article deals with the concept of "Annihilation of caste" propounded by one of the prominent legal luminaries of India Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Being born in a low caste family and belonging from the Mahar community of Maharashtra, Ambedkar's life was replete with various atrocities and encumbrances. He is acclaimed for his manifold contributions in various domains such as framing the constitution, economic thoughts, crusade for the Dalits and mostly his seminal discourse with Mahatma Gandhi. The article has mainly delved into 5 major facets of his thought. First facet is concerned with the backdrop that was concomitant to his denigration towards the caste system, the various atrocities that he had to go through. Second, his vehement critique of the caste system, third his contemplations towards eugenics with regard to caste system, the fourth facet is concerned with his thoughts towards Hinduism in perpetuating the existence of caste system and lastly the panacea envisaged by him in annihilating the caste system.

The use of psychological concepts and techniques to assist in resolving court disputes and influencing public policy is known as forensic psychology. It has to do with the meeting point of law and psychology. Forensic psychologists assist in addressing legal questions by applying their understanding of human behavior, cognition, and emotion. In India, sexual abuse is a serious issue that affects a large percentage of both adults and children. With an emphasis on attitudes, beliefs, and knowledge, this study explores how the Indian population views sexual abuse. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data. Approximately one hundred samples, both male and female, of varying ages, were gathered for a survey through prepared questionnaire at the AVS college of arts and science, Salem with their consent. The samples were examined and compared properly according to the respective criteria. This study found that, of the 100 samples taken from various individuals, all the individuals are aware of sexual abuse and have known about the causes of committing sexual abuse and rape. Analyzing the rate of sexual abuse has significant forensic implications in various aspects, including criminal investigations, legal proceedings, victim support, and policy development. It helps law enforcement identify trends, hotspots, and demographic patterns in sexual abuse cases. Assists in predicting potential future crimes and targeting preventive measures.

Predicting visibility distance using climatic indicators is essential for enhancing safety and operational efficiency across industries, such as aviation and transportation. This project presents a real-time weather data collection and prediction system powered by advanced machine learning techniques. The system processes key meteorological parameters, including temperature, humidity, wind speed, and atmospheric pressure, to accurately forecast visibility distances. To achieve this, the Gradient Boost Regressor, Cat Boost Regressor, and ensemble methods are utilized to model complex nonlinear relationships in weather data. Clustering techniques, such as K-means supported by silhouette analysis, further enhance the data segmentation for effective model training. The system also features a user-friendly web interface that allows users to input geographic locations, generate weather data along specific routes, and visualize results on interactive maps. The backend, implemented in Flask, integrates APIs, such as Weather API and Open Cage, to automate real-time data collection and geocoding. Predictions are seamlessly generated and presented in a downloadable format, supporting critical decision-making processes. The system's ability to deliver reliable visibility forecasts helps to optimize operational efficiency and mitigate risks in safety-sensitive industries. By combining machine learning with real-time weather data, this study provides a robust tool for visibility prediction and decision support.

Bird species classification using audio signals is a growing field in bioacoustics, with significant potential for improving biodiversity monitoring and conservation efforts. This project aims to develop an automated system that classifies bird species based on their vocalizations using deep learning models like OpenL3 and YAMNet. OpenL3, trained to extract high-level audio features, and YAMNet, a lightweight audio event classifier, are finetuned to detect bird sounds from spectrogram representations. These models effectively extract high-level audio features and capture intricate patterns in bird calls. Bird audio is preprocessed into spectrograms to enhance the models ability to detect temporal and spectral features. This automated approach minimizes the need for manual species identification, which can be timeconsuming and prone to human error. The solution is intended to support ecological research by providing a more efficient and accurate method for recognizing and cataloging bird species, contributing to conservation efforts and a better understanding of biodiversity.
