Abstract: Interpersonal communication has recently been regarded as critical for success in the workplace. It appears plausible to conclude that a lack of efficient communication is one of the primary factors hindering organizations from becoming effective. Additionally, excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for employees in order to build a successful firm. This essay tries to shed light on how excellent interpersonal communication can improve organizational performance. The essay begins by defining interpersonal communication and organizational effectiveness, then discusses how interpersonal communication influences the various components of organizational effectiveness.

This study presents a comprehensive approach to rainfall prediction by combining Ensemble Learning models with Linear Regression, Lasso Regression, Ridge Regression, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest models, and Long Short- Term Memory (LSTM) networks, enhancing predictive accuracy using a 122-year dataset (1901-2022) for India. By leveraging the strengths of individual regression, ensemble, and deep learning models, and optimizing performance through hyperparameter tuning, the proposed model efficiently forecasts seasonal and monthly rainfall for the next five years. The inclusion of LSTM networks allows the model to capture long-term dependencies in time-series data, improving the reliability of predictions. This predictive framework supports the Government of India in comparing results with existing models, facilitating improved decision- making across critical sectors such as Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP), groundwater reservoir management, and hydroelectric energy planning, all of which rely on accurate and timely precipitation information.

Assessment and evaluation in rehabilitation are critical components that guide the development and implementation of effective intervention strategies. These processes involve the systematic collection and analysis of data to determine the individual's current level of functioning, strengths, and areas of need. In rehabilitation, assessment serves as the foundation for planning personalized treatment plans, setting realistic goals, and monitoring progress. Evaluations, on the other hand, are ongoing and dynamic, ensuring that interventions are responsive to the individual's evolving needs and circumstances. A comprehensive assessment typically includes medical evaluations, psychological testing, functional assessments, and the gathering of social and environmental information. These assessments help in identifying the specific barriers to the individual's independence and participation in various life activities. In the context of intellectual disabilities, assessment and evaluation are particularly crucial as they inform tailored support plans that address cognitive, emotional, and social needs. The use of standardized tools and observational techniques provides a multifaceted understanding of the individual's abilities and challenges. Furthermore, involving the individual, their family, and other key stakeholders in the assessment process ensures a holistic approach that respects the person's preferences and enhances the relevance of the interventions. Evaluative processes in rehabilitation also include the measurement of outcomes to determine the effectiveness of the interventions. This involves comparing pre- and post-intervention data to assess improvements in areas such as mobility, communication, self-care, and social skills. Additionally, regular re-evaluations help in adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. The integration of technology in assessment and evaluation has further enhanced the precision and efficiency of these processes, offering new tools for data collection and analysis, and enabling remote monitoring and support. Overall, thorough and ongoing assessment and evaluation are essential for the success of rehabilitation programs, ensuring that they are evidence-based, person-centred, and adaptable to the changing needs of individuals with disabilities.

India being a diverse country of culture, religion, languages, etc also has a diverse nature in the ideologies of its political parties. These political parties have their separate vote banks and a particular section of society always supporting them and with the help of them they came in power. But sometimes they failed to do so and here came the role of coalition government, the government which is formed as no single party can secure majority in the elections and the political parties came together to form a government by lightning their ideological differences and work on minimum programme acceptance. Since 1989, India had seen various coalition politics and different phases of coalition politics where the starting phase was full of Instability and later was slow and gradual by learning the working of coalition governments became successful and completed tenures. There was a break in coalition politics when in 2014 BJP came into Dominance and for 2019 also . But in 2024 again there is coalition government. Is this a start of a new era of coalition politics in India and what are the possibilities of coalition politics in india in 2029 general assembly elections? And how can the BJP work with it ? These questions will be answered in this research paper by the comprehensive study of the past elections and the situations which influenced them.

A 53 years old female patient is a known case of Parkinson's disease was admitted in neurology department, KIMS, Seunderabad with complaints of deviation of mouth to the right side. It was transient only for a few minutes associated with paresthesia of mouth. No history of paresthesia/weakness in limbs. She has a past history of Parkinson's disease, hypothyroidism, CHD and S/P closure of ASD. On examination patient was conscious and obeying commands. Investigations (MRI Brain, 2D Echo, Carotid doppler) were done. During hospital stay she was treated with dopamine agonists, lipid lowering agents, dual antiplatelets, multivitamins, and other supportive medications. Patient developed new onset of macular rash over hands, stopped ecosprin and reviewed in dermal OPD. Patient is stable, there was no further episode of deviation of mouth and is being discharged. This case report discusses about the PD, it's history, epidemiology, causes, symptoms, pathophysiology, appropriate investigations, it's management and preventive measures.

Ecotourism has emerged as a sustainable alternative to mass tourism, offering economic benefits while promoting environmental conservation. This study explores the economics of ecotourism, emphasizing the intricate balance between profit generation and ecological preservation, with a special focus on Majuli, the world's largest river island, located in Assam, India. Majuli, known for its unique ecosystem, vibrant culture, and Vaishnavite monasteries, faces challenges in maintaining its delicate environmental balance while harnessing tourism for economic growth. The research delves into the economic contributions of ecotourism to Majuli's local economy, including employment generation, income diversification, and infrastructure development. It examines how ecotourism can support local communities, artisans, and conservation efforts. However, the study also highlights the environmental and socio-cultural threats posed by unchecked tourism, such as habitat degradation, waste management issues, and cultural dilution. A key aspect of the research is analyzing government policies, local governance, and sustainable business models that aim to promote responsible tourism. Case studies from Majuli demonstrate how eco-friendly accommodations, community-based tourism initiatives, and conservation projects contribute to sustainable development. The study employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches, drawing insights from field surveys, stakeholder interviews, and secondary data sources. Findings suggest that while ecotourism in Majuli presents significant economic potential, long-term sustainability requires strict policy interventions, community involvement, and adherence to eco-friendly practices. The paper recommends a multi-stakeholder approach, integrating local communities, government agencies, and private enterprises to create a model where economic benefits do not compromise ecological integrity. This research contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable tourism by offering insights into how Majuli can serve as a model for ecotourism-driven economic development without jeopardizing its natural and cultural heritage. A growing need for effective dietary management tools has arisen due to an increasing prevalence of obesity and diet-related diseases. Here, a novel ML-based approach is introduced for food calorie detection. We leveraged large datasets with images of different types of food, along with the associated caloric value. Using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and other machine learning algorithms, we trained models to predict food calories based on visual features. We also applied data preprocessing steps like image augmentation and normalization to improve model accuracy. Model accuracy was then tested through established metrics with high accuracy within caloric estimation. These results suggest that our machine-learning framework can help users make better dietary decisions through real-time calorie data from food images. This study adds to the growing body of literature looking at nutritional technology as a means of scaling up calorie tracking and helping people eat healthier. Future research would be directed toward diversifying datasets and modeling to enhance precision and usability across a wide variety of food and culinary classes.
