Use of traditional iconography (both local and court tradition) was pitted up against the colonial institutional paradigm. Thus, there was an urge to take the private practice into the public. Therefore, practice of miniature as part of traditional art became powerful in the 19th century. It was very crucial during the first decade of twentieth century India, to develop a uniquely Indian artistic practice while also being part of a broader nationalist discourse without being nostalgic about the past. Bengal School consciously used pre-modern court painting and village crafts as a form of creative resistance to Western academic realism, but it eventually became a form of academic exercise in itself. Keeping the pedigree of Abanindranath aside, miniature painting in India has maintained the level of craftsmanship set by traditional painters who paint primarily for the tourist market. Such initiatives remain quite separated from the art school in urban areas. As such, two distinct practices developed in the same time, one was the professional miniature painters and second, the art school-trained urban artists. This article will focus on the artistic practices of Vinita Sharma, (Jaipur, Rajasthan, India) who being known as 'traditional miniature painters' have pushed the boundaries of tradition within their institutional framework and Karine Rougier (Marseille, France) who was fascinated by magic rituals later appropriated the iconography of Mughal court painting in her practice. I will discuss about their image-making, visual play and the way they build their statement about their agencies of thought informed by Indian court painting tradition.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a multifactorial degenerative joint disorder influenced by genetic and environmental factors, with bone mineral density (BMD) playing a critical role in disease susceptibility. This study comprehensively examines the impact of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) within the matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-3) gene on BMD risk scores and their association with OA. A comparative sequence analysis identified five SNP variations distinguishing healthy and diseased individuals, suggesting their potential role in modifying protein structure, extracellular matrix interactions, and OA pathogenesis. Logistic regression modelling demonstrated an inverse correlation between BMD risk scores and disease susceptibility, with individuals possessing higher BMD scores exhibiting significantly reduced risk. Quintile-based stratification further confirmed this trend, as individuals in the highest BMD quintile (Q5) demonstrated a 71% lower risk of developing OA compared to those in the lowest quintile (Q1). These findings reinforce the clinical significance of SNP profiling as a predictive tool for identifying at-risk individuals and implementing early intervention strategies. Genetic screening may enable risk stratification, guiding preventative measures such as lifestyle modifications, nutritional supplementation, and targeted physical therapy for individuals with lower BMD scores. Furthermore, elucidating the molecular mechanisms linking SNPs to BMD regulation may facilitate the development of gene-based therapies and pharmacological interventions tailored to mitigate disease progression. The results of this study underscore the necessity for precision medicine approaches in OA management, integrating genetic risk assessment with personalized therapeutic strategies. However, to establish causality and further refine risk models, future research should incorporate functional validation studies, large-scale genome-wide association studies (GWAS), and longitudinal cohort analyses. Such advancements will be instrumental in enhancing early disease prediction, optimizing treatment strategies, and improving clinical outcomes in OA patients.

The project "Automatic Medical Dispatcher with Dynamic Telemonitoring using IOT" is designed to enhance healthcare delivery through automation and remote monitoring. Central to the system is a Raspberry Pi microcontroller that coordinates various functions, including real-time telemonitoring and automatic medicine dispensing. An LCD displays vital information, while a DC motor, controlled by the Raspberry Pi, automatically dispenses prescribed medicines. The system integrates an Arduino Nano to manage multiple sensors: a heartbeat sensor for monitoring heart rate, a temperature sensor for tracking body temperature, an ultrasonic sensor for measuring patient height, and a load cell for determining weight. Additionally, an IP camera is incorporated to facilitate live video communication between patients and healthcare professionals, allowing remote consultations. This comprehensive system provides an efficient solution for remote health monitoring and medication management, ensuring timely intervention and improved patient care.

Introduction: Cerebral palsy is a group of permanent disorders affecting the development of movement and posture causing activity limitation, which is attributed to non-progressive disturbances that occurred in the developing fetal or infant brain. Method: In this Study total 20 cerebral palsy patients both male and females were selected between the age group of 4-21 years. Bot-2 tests for Bilateral Coordination were done and the total scores were calculated. The Minimal Detectable Change was calculated using a formula and Minimal Clinically Important Difference was calculated using Receiver Operating curve analysis. Results: The Minimal Detectable Change [MDC] was captured with a confidence level of 95% Minimal Clinically Important Difference [MCID] was calculated using Receiver Operating curve analysis and MDC value is 3.6755 and MCID value is 0.925. Conclusions: The study indicates excellent value for MCID in Bot-2 compared to PMAL in Manual Dexterity. The clinimetric properties of MDC And MCID provided in this study allow clinicians and researchers to determine if a change score indicates a true or clinically meaningful effect at post treatment and at follow-up.

Consumer perception plays a critical role in determining the success of marketing strategies, particularly in industries where product durability and quality influence purchasing decisions. This study explores consumer perceptions towards the marketing strategies of Samruddhi's Plastic Products and examines the correlation between various marketing efforts and consumer attitudes. Using a structured questionnaire, key marketing variables such as branding, pricing, promotional strategies, and product quality are analysed to understand their impact on consumer perception. Correlation analysis is employed to identify the strength and direction of relationships between these marketing strategies and consumer perceptions. Preliminary findings suggest a significant positive correlation between brand trust and product durability, as well as between promotional efforts and purchase intent. The study provides valuable insights into optimizing marketing approaches to enhance consumer engagement and brand loyalty. These findings can help Samruddhi refine its marketing strategies to better align with consumer expectations, ensuring sustained growth and competitive advantage in the plastic products market.

The reliance on digital technologies has led to gadgets addiction, an issue which directly affects one's mental health and productivity. This paper describes a machine learning based gadget addiction predictor which analyzes addiction levels from screentime, app usage, sleep, and other behavioral responses. The information was gathered through theses quizzes and open-ended questions, which were processed using NLP and classification models. The algorithm has been implemented in a web application which allows users to test for their levels of addiction and receive tips on how to reduce the screen time. It is expected that future work will involve the expansion of the datasets and the incorporation of monitoring users in real time to provide better control over users' addiction.

The state government working involves a large number of transactions activities towards various operations throughout the state. This includes new actions, initiatives, projects, granting contracts, farmer schemes, and so on. One of the most challenging factors that top governments face is low-level corruption which at times is hard to follow and denies the state progress. As a result of the current system, tracking is very problematic and this provides needy people with a service that is sometimes difficult to track, which deprives them. In this case, we use blockchain which enables cryptography and transaction security at every stage while maintaining transparency so that every transaction is backed up with proof of its authenticity. Hence, we present a framework that uses blockchain innovation and a full-proof fund transfer system. Blockchain contains growing list of records called blocks. Cryptographically hashed data, a timestamp, and recent transactions are included in each block.
