A recent huge interest in Machine to Machine communication is known as the Internet of Things (IOT), to allow the possibility for autonomous devices to use Internet for exchanging the data. This work presents design and execution of real time monitoring and fault detection of transformer and record key operation indictors of a dispersion transformer oil and encompassing temperatures. They have to look at it continuously by using this project it can minimize working efforts and improve accuracy, stability, efficiency in this project, sensors are used to sense the main parameters of equipment such as temperature and oil level this sensed data is sent to microcontroller and this controller checks parameter limits which further send to the IOT web server Adafruit software using Wi-Fi module of these data makes sure the right information is in hand to the operator and operator can make useful decisions before any catastrophic failure on basis of that data of parameters.

Abstract Aim of the study: The study aims to find the effectiveness of structured teaching Programme (STP) on Knowledge Regarding stroke rehabilitation among staff nurses sevining in tertiary care hospital of Maharashtra. Objectives of study Primary objective- To assess the effectiveness of STP on knowledge regarding Stroke rehabilitation among staff nurses serving in tertiary care hospital of Maharashtra Secondary objectives- 1. To assess the knowledge of Staff nurses regarding stroke rehabilitation among staff nurses serving in tertiary care hospital Maharashtra.2. To Find out The Effectiveness of STP on knowledge regarding stroke rehabilitation among staff nurses serving in tertiary care hospital 3. To Associate between posttest knowledge score on stroke rehabilitation and selected demographic variables of staff nurses serving in tertiary care hospital. Method: a pre-experimental one group pretest posttest design and quantitative approach was carried out on 80 staff nurses selected by convenient sampling technique to test effectiveness of structured teaching programme. The data was collected by using structured questionnaire consists of 30 items. Results: The presents study evaluates and found that demographic variables, majority 62.5% of them were in the age group of 21-30 years, majority of staff nurses 75% of them were females, majority 72.5% of the staff nurses were educated up to GNM, majority (46.3%) of the staff nurses had working experience of 0-5 years, majority (17.5) % of the staff nurses had information from mass media Interpretation and conclusion: The data were analysed by applying descriptive and inferential statistics. The result of the study indicated that after intervention there was an improvement in the knowledge and they gain good knowledge about stroke rehabilitation. Analysis data shows that highly significance difference found between the pre -test and post- test knowledge scores at the level of (P<0.05). The hypothesis is proved and accepted.

Financial independence and security are of utmost importance in the overall empowerment of women, particularly those who work outside the home. The research examines the relationship between financial empowerment and its impact on the socio-economic status, self-esteem, and decision-making ability of women. The research, through literature review and empirical examination of data, investigates the extent to which working increases women's financial independence and its overall impact on gender equality. Also, the study enunciates the primary concerns facing working women as they seek economic security: wage gaps, workplace discrimination, restricted access to financial resources, and societal pressure. The study recognizes the need for special policies and programs to address the issues and boost women's economic well- being. Through focused interventions, like financial literacy training, equal pay campaigns, and the establishment of supportive workplace environments, this study underscores the value of creating a more inclusive and equitable economic sphere for women.

This dissertation explores how colonialism continues to influence language, literature, and culture in post-colonial cultures, concentrating on two important works: Arundhati Roy's The God of Small Things and Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart. Post-colonial tales that examine the lasting effects of colonialism on indigenous cultures, identities, and social structures are exemplified by these two works. Through an examination of these writings from the perspectives of influential post-colonial theorists like Frantz Fanon, Homi K. Bhabha, and Gayatri Spivak, the dissertation investigates how colonialism still shapes how language, identity, and social hierarchies are portrayed in the post-colonial world. Achebe illustrates the conflict between traditional ideals and colonial influences in Things Fall Apart by using Okonkwo's experiences to illustrate how Igbo society has been disrupted. Together with Igbo sayings and idioms, the novel's use of English highlights the conflict between colonial dominance and indigenous culture. The God of Small Things explores the enduring caste, class, and gender distinctions influenced by British colonialism in post-colonial India. Roy's unusual use of language highlights the intricate relationship between colonial and indigenous identities.

Abstract: Growing oil prices and rising carbon emissions are the two main issues facing the world's main transportation systems. As a result of their lack of greenhouse gas emissions and dependence on oil, electric cars (EVs) are becoming more and more popular. Due to the transportation sector's harmful emissions and various OEM investments, there is a growing worry about the need for more affordable and efficient electric vehicles in the years to come. The adoption of EVs in India may be influenced by a number of variables, including improvements in technology, falling car prices, government policy support, incentives for buying new cars, parking benefits, and well-developed public charging infrastructure. The developments in EVs are covered in detail in this article, along with trends in battery technology, charging techniques, and research issues. It explains the various parts of an electric car, including the motor, battery, charger, steering, and brakes.

This study examines, from 2014 to 2024, Myanmar's present and future contribution to India's interests through the Act East policy in terms of both economic and strategic aspects. Act East, India's goal to strengthen economic and geopolitical ties with East/Southeast Asian nations, depends heavily on Myanmar. Though still very little, bilateral commerce has increased substantially since the 1990s, mostly on natural resources. Targeting $5-10 billion by 2030, major Indian investments in Myanmar's oil/gas, power, mining, and manufacturing sectors are predicted to increase. Projects for vital connections including pipelines, highways, rivers, and electricity lines are either partially completed or under construction. Myanmar offers energy security to India once its infrastructure is finished and starts to make money. Both work together to fight trafficking and cross-border insurgency in terms of security. Even if economic factors are the main force, India's border infrastructure support and private sector collaborations are driven by strategic concerns of limiting China's enormous influence. If connectivity and border stability issues can be resolved, Myanmar's economic growth potential and special bridge location between South and Southeast Asia give India opportunities to revitalize its less developed northeastern regions as reforms advance.

The Shalya tantra, a prime branch of Astanga Ayurveda is rich in much aspect of modern surgical concepts. Sushruta elaborately described the advances of the Shalya procedures in various Ano-rectal diseases, as Arsha is one among them. The term 'Arsha' gives the meaning of, as violent as enemy. The disease Arshas is included under Ashtamahagadas and it can be correlated to Haemorrhoids, which have plagued humankind since the dawn of history. It is the commonest ano rectal disease and affects anyone at any time. Acharya Sushruta, the father of surgery described the treatment of anorectal disorders with special exactness. He describes proctoscope to examine the patient and he treated haemorrhoids with oral medicines, local applications, suppositories, chemical cauterization, thermal cautery and even by excision. This clearly shows that he did not want to land up for surgery though he was eminent in the field of surgery. If the disease is not cured by medicine then advised to adopt measures like chemical cauterization, thermal cautery and excision. This denotes Sushruta's therapeutic approach in the light of contemporary knowledge. In contemporary science numerous interventions exist for their management, ranging from topical medical therapies to outpatient treatment and surgical interventions that aim to fix and excise. Given that polysymtomatic nature, recurrence and post operative complications of the disease it is difficult to effectively judge which treatment option is best. Ksharakarma is a proven para-surgical procedure for the management of Arshas as the it is minimal invasive, day care procedure hence highly acceptable by the patients as they have phobia towards surgery.
