FinTech has transformed the banking sector, introducing substantial improvement in financial services through technology-based innovation. This research investigates how FinTech has transformed conventional banking, highlighting prominent developments such as artificial intelligence (AI), block chain, big data analytics, and mobile banking. These technologies have enhanced operational efficiency, improved customer experience, and extended financial inclusion. But they bring challenges with them, such as cybersecurity risks, regulatory issues, and a rise in competition from traditional banks. This study discusses prevailing trends, regulatory environments, and the future of FinTech in banking. The conclusions emphasize the necessity of cooperation between banks and FinTech companies, as well as stringent regulatory policies to allow healthy growth. This research offers important recommendations to banking institutions, regulators, and technology providers that are charting the fast-changing financial environment

In order to realize India's Viksit Bharat goal by 2047, the study examines how sustainable development might be combined with economic and technical improvements. The goal of the Viksit Bharat@2047 strategy for Indian sustainable development is to become a strong, socially inclusive, and ecologically sustainable country by the time it turns 100. It emphasizes inclusiveness, ethical governance, transparency, global collaboration, entrepreneurial activity, education and training, renewable energy, eco-friendly behaviors, climate resilience, and technology innovation. Early childhood care and education (ECCE) for those under the age of six is the emphasis of the Indian government's Viksit Bharat program. ECCE is a fundamental right since it guarantees all children, ages 6 to 14, access to education. The program seeks to close the talent gap in the Indian educational system and advance inclusive education and lifelong learning. It consists of online learning environments, programs for vocational education, and skill development courses. Priority is given to mother-tongue-based learning and special education for kids with disabilities. Through teacher training, entrepreneurship, skill development initiatives, and competitive incentives, the initiative also promotes economic growth. Additionally, through collaborations and parent-teacher associations, the effort promotes community involvement. By 2047, it is anticipated that curriculum modification, improved teaching strategies, the building of school facilities, assessment standardization, and technology utilization will all contribute to an improvement in the overall standard of Indian education. By empowering underprivileged people, lowering inequality, and encouraging self-sufficiency, the vision seeks to establish India as an international leader in equitable and sustainable growth. It highlights tactics including green built-up design, sustainable LIS area, and renewable energy.

In this research paper the author has expressed the view on financial management and its effectiveness on the growth and development of SHG's. Self-Help Group (SHG)-Bank Linkage Program (SBLP) which was launched in 1992 on a pilot basis soon grew significantly. The other model of microfinance, i.e. MFI model comprising of various entities, such as, Non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), Non-Governmental organizations (NGOs), Trusts, Cooperatives, etc. have also been growing significantly in the recent years. Despite the policy efforts, gap remains in the availability of financial services in rural areas. The dependence of the rural poor on money lenders continues, especially for meeting emergent requirements. Such dependence is more pronounced in the case of marginal farmers, agricultural labourers, and petty traders and rural artisans belonging to socially and economically backward classes and tribes whose capacity to save is too small.

ABSTRACT: Women feel pain or discomfort before, as well as during the period, which is mostly caused by the contraction of the uterus to release the uterine pledged. The pain that slightly reminds of cramps is very common occurrence just before the period and usually lasts one or two days. It can feel in the pelvis, back thighs or abdomen. Usually being immediately under the navel and spread to the thighs and back. The intensity of these menstrual cramps different from woman to woman. This can be Twitter by natural remedies which helps relief in period pain, reduce cramps, contraction of uterus, period pain in pelvic area lower abdomen and also reducing inflammation. The herbal alternates as relievers were categorized on the basis of the respective role being played by them as nutritional supplements, analgesics, anti-inflammatory and as aromatherapy agents. There are various plant sources which are mild as well as effective relievers of menstrual cramps. This review highlights the various plants which have been proven to be useful in dealing with the various issues of painful menstruation. They deal with all the complications and issues, arising during this time.

Voltage propagation in resistive media is a critical aspect of understanding energy transmission and dissipation in electrical systems, particularly in lossy environments such as power lines and signal transmission cables. Telegraph equations provide a robust mathematical framework to model the dynamic behavior of voltage and current along transmission lines, accounting for resistive, inductive, and capacitive effects. This study explores the applications of telegraph equations in analyzing the attenuation of voltage signals due to resistive losses and additional energy dissipation mechanisms. By incorporating real-world parameters such as resistance per unit length, inductance, capacitance, and external damping coefficients, the telegraph equations enable precise modeling of voltage propagation under varying conditions. These insights are essential for optimizing signal integrity, improving energy efficiency, and designing advanced transmission systems to mitigate losses. The findings underscore the significance of telegraph equations as a versatile tool in engineering and physics for addressing challenges in voltage propagation within resistive and lossy media.

Women are prone to many problems like; exploitation, rape, violence. Sexual harassment at workplace is one of them. It is a heinous crime and become a widespread problem for the world. Countries all over the world are trying to combat this problem and India is not an exception. It isn't that crimes like sexual harassment wasn't discussed in india earlier but it came into highlight when supreme court issued vishakha guidelines in 1997 in a response to a petition filed by an NGO group named- "vishakha ". Before this guidelines, crimes like sexual harassment remain unnoticed and people were thought this as common or everyday incident. This paper talks about sexual harassment laws at workplace and their effectiveness with taking consideration to vishakha guidelines and POSH act of 2013. This paper also highlights the recent data of sexual harassment of women at workplace released by sources like National Commission of women (NCW) and National Crime Record Beaureau (NCRB). Provisions for sexual harassment before vishakha guidelines and POSH act were also listed in this paper and it also show effectiveness of these provisions.

Diabetic retinopathy is a diabetes-related eye condition that affects the retina due to high blood sugar damaging its blood vessels. Traditional detection methods are slow and rely on specialized equipment, limiting accessibility and efficiency. MobileNet, a convolutional neural network (CNN)-based deep learning model, improves the classification of diabetic retinopathy into five stages as No DR, Mild DR, Moderate DR, Severe DR, and Proliferative DR. This project integrates a user-friendly web interface (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with a Flask-based backend, enabling user registration, image upload, and stage prediction. The system automates diagnosis, ensuring fast, accurate, and early detection, making it accessible for remote screening and improving patient outcomes.

Marginalized communities in Karnataka, including Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), Other Backward Classes (OBCs), religious minorities, and economically weaker sections, face persistent socio-economic disadvantages. This study examines the causes, consequences, and challenges faced by these groups, analysing inequality, untouchability, and socio-economic indicators. It also explores constitutional safeguards and welfare programs designed for their upliftment. Using statistical analysis, this research aims to provide policy recommendations to improve their socio-economic conditions.
