The integration of steel and concrete properties offers significant advantages for structural elements, enhancing their strength and performance. This study focuses on partially filled concrete-filled double-skin tubular (CFDST) columns, investigating the longitudinal filling of concrete. Numerical models were developed and validated against previous experimental studies and existing code equations, demonstrating good agreement. A parametric study was conducted, incorporating numerical models with varying diameter-to-thickness (D/t) ratios, longitudinal filling ratios, and transverse filling ratios. The impact of longitudinal partial filling on the structural behavior was thoroughly analyzed, and design equations were proposed to predict the load-carrying capacity at different filling percentages.

Cloud computing has transformed enterprise IT by providing scalable and flexible resources. However, optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency remains a complex challenge. This research introduces an AI-powered advisory system, the AI Cloud Advisor, designed to enhance cloud architecture decision-making by offering intelligent recommendations. Leveraging machine learning algorithms and real-time analytics, the AI Cloud Advisor provides tailored solutions for cost optimization, scalability, security enforcement, and troubleshooting. Unlike generic AI tools like ChatGPT, which provide broad, non-specific responses, this custom-trained AI model pinpoints issues rapidly and accurately, significantly improving troubleshooting speed. Additionally, AI Cloud Advisor offers a knowledge hub with best-practice articles and regular blog updates on cloud and microservices, ensuring continuous learning and informed decision-making. This research evaluates the effectiveness of AI-driven advisory systems in enhancing cloud efficiency, reducing operational costs, and enforcing security best practices.

Kazuo Ishiguro in Klara and the sun connects the relationship between the mind and the heart through the characters Klara and Josie, who embodies a unique perspective on human emotions and connections. Through this study, we try to understand if artificial intelligence will replace emotional intelligence and the poetry that serve as conduits of human connection. By exploring the intersections of AI and post-humanism, we can gain valuable insights into the nature of intelligence, consciousness, and what it means to be alive in the 21st century, which highlights the need for a more comprehensive analysis of the societal implications and ethical quandaries surrounding artificial intelligence.

Differentiated learning has become known in Asia since the existence of needs of mathematics calculation program which was first held in 2020. Differentiated learning is a teaching and learning process that allows students to study subject matter based on their talents, preferences and individual requirements. Differentiated learning can support the development of learning competencies, one of which is learning mathematics. A literature review is the research approach used in this study. The publications utilized in this study were published during the previous ten years, from 2020 to 2023. Based on the search results using Google Scholar, 16 articles were found that were appropriate and related to this research. The results of the study found that the application of differentiated learning was able to improve learning outcomes, and understanding of the concept of creativity, achievement, interest, and motivation to learn.

ABSTRACT This study explores the medicinal properties of Nyctanthes arbor-tristis Linn commonly known as Night Jasmine, is a widely used medicinal plant with significant pharmacological properties. This study aims to evaluate the antioxidant properties of its leaves using the DPPH (1,1-Diphenyl-2-Picryl Hydrazyl) radical scavenging assay. The chloroform extract of Nyctanthes arbor- tristis leaves was prepared through maceration extraction and subjected to various pharmacognostical, physiochemical, and phytochemical evaluations. The results confirmed the presence of bioactive compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and phenolic compounds, which contribute to its antioxidant activity. Different concentrations (5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160 and 320 ?g/ml) of test sample and reference standard (ascorbic acid) were mixed with 2.5 ml of DPPH solution. The IC50 value for the extract was found to be 73.04 ?g/ml compared to 19.88 ?g/ml for ascorbic acid, indicating its potential as a natural antioxidant. Additionally, the plant exhibited various pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, antimalarial, CNS depressant, and anti-allergic effects. The findings highlight the therapeutic significance of Nyctanthes arbor- tristis linn and its potential application in herbal medicine.

These days, UVB rays can cause skin damage. Sunscreens are used to counteract or prevent UV radiations, while UVA rays impact the skin's epidermis layer. Sunscreen comes in a variety of forms, including lotions, creams, oils, sticks, and gels. Those with sensitive skin tend to have greasy, gritty, or white cast skin, and chemical sunscreen ingredients like oxybenzone, benzophenone and PABA cause irritation, redness, and inflammation in those with sensitive skin. Compared to other skin types, sensitive skin is more delicate. Additionally, sensitive skin is typically the target of sunscreens with adverse effects. To address this issue, we developed the Emulgel sunscreen, which is a balanced between water-based (gel) and oil-based emulsion components, offering lightweight and easily spreadable texture. And performed the evaluation test like pH, viscosity, spreadability, homogeneity, accelerated stability testing and sensory test are carried out for this formulation which is crucial for the sensitive skin and gives the gentle application on the skin and forms a light film on skin and prevents from the UVB radiations. In this formulation mineral based sunscreen agents are used to prevent UV radiation and added in the form of emumgel formulations and to overcome the white cast we used in combination with Hydrogenated Polydecene ,TiO2, Iron Oxides, Disteardimonium Hectorite and Propylene Carbonate.

Due to factors like industries, urbanization, population growth, and vehicle use, which can have an impact on human health, pollution levels are rising quickly. An Internet of Things (IOT)-based air pollution monitoring system uses a web server to track the quality of the air. When the air quality drops below a certain point--that is, when there are enough dangerous gases like CO2, smoke, alcohol, benzene, NH3, and NOx in the atmosphere--it will sound an alarm. In order to facilitate the easy monitoring of air pollution, the LCD and webpage will display the air quality in PPM. The MQ2 sensor, which can precisely measure the amount of most dangerous gases, is used by the system to monitor the quality of the air.

Non-conventional trademarks, such as sound marks, scent marks, colour marks, and motion marks, are redefining the intellectual property landscape globally. In India, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 has laid the groundwork for recognizing these marks, but their adoption remains limited due to legal, technical, and cultural challenges. This paper explores the current state of non-conventional trademarks in India, analyzing their registration trends, legal framework, and practical challenges. It highlights key examples, such as the Yahoo yodel and Cadbury's colour mark, to illustrate the evolving landscape. The study also examines emerging trends driven by technological advancements, including digital transformation, virtual reality, and sensory branding, which are shaping the future of trademarks. By comparing India's approach with global practices, the paper identifies opportunities for reform and growth. It predicts that non-conventional trademarks will play an increasingly significant role in branding and marketing strategies, provided that legal frameworks adapt to accommodate new types of marks. This research offers valuable insights for policymakers, businesses, and legal practitioners, emphasizing the need for innovation and adaptability in India's trademark ecosystem.
