Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has emerged as a key element of business strategy, impacting competitive advantage, customer loyalty, and brand reputation. The effect of the Tata Group's CSR programs on stakeholder participation, consumer perception, and financial sustainability is examined in this study. This study investigates how Tata's moral corporate conduct and charitable giving influence its reputation and build enduring client trust through a qualitative examination of secondary data sources, such as sustainability reports, scholarly research, and trade journals. The results show that Tata's distinctive ownership structure, which uses Tata Trusts to reinvest 66% of its revenues into philanthropic organizations, improves business credibility and public trust. CSR-driven marketing initiatives like Tata Salt's Desh ka Namak and Tata Tea's Jaago Re deepen emotional bonds with customers, especially with Millennials and Gen Z, who place a high value on ethical purchase. Customer loyalty is further strengthened by sustainability-focused initiatives like Tata Chemicals' environmental conservation efforts and Tata Power's renewable energy programs. Furthermore, Tata's crisis management tactics, such as its INR2,500 crore COVID-19 relief donation, strengthen the company's standing as a trustworthy and resilient enterprise. As a strategic differentiator, Tata's CSR initiatives boost stakeholder confidence and competitive advantage, according to the study's findings. Future initiatives centered on sustainability innovation, technology-driven social impact, and inclusive growth will further establish Tata's leadership in ethical business practices as CSR develops into a fundamental corporate function. The importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in maintaining both long-term economic performance and societal well-being is emphasized by this study.

The article talks about India and Saudi Arabia relationship firmly established in centuries of cultural, religious, and economic interactions, with distinct stages emerging throughout the Nehru era (1947-1964) and beyond. During Jawaharlal Nehru's time, the country's diplomatic policy focused on anti-colonialism, non-alignment, and Afro-Asian solidarity. These ideals inspired India's initial relationship with Saudi Arabia, which began with the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1948. High-level visits, such as King Saud's historic visit to India in 1955 and Nehru's subsequent visit to Saudi Arabia in 1956, demonstrated a mutual desire for friendship and cooperation. However, important ideological differences prevented deeper political alliances. Nehru's support for secular Arab nationalism under Egypt's Gamal Abdel Nasser clashed with West Asia monarchy and foreign partnership, causing conflict. The "Pakistan factor," resulting from Riyadh's strategic links with Islamabad, deteriorated tensions even further. India-Saudi Arabia relations expanded significantly following Nehru's death, particularly during the Cold War. Liberalization of the economy in India, as well as Saudi Arabia's efforts to diversify, have offered chances for greater cooperation in energy, trade, labor, and defense. This historical analysis demonstrates how Nehru's tenure of cooperation, driven by common cultural legacies, economic interdependence, and geopolitical realities, have established a strong cooperation between the two nations that is India and Saudi Arabia, the quick shift of the world politics scene.

The COVID-19 pandemic catalyzed an unprecedented wave of reverse migration in India, compelling a significant portion of the urban workforce to return to rural areas. This mass movement has profoundly impacted rural labor markets, household incomes, and local economies, creating both challenges and opportunities for rural revitalization. This paper delves into the multifaceted effects of this reverse migration, offering a comprehensive theoretical exploration of its implications. Utilizing a rich array of secondary data and existing research, we examine the transformation of rural labor dynamics, the realignment of household income structures, and the cascading economic consequences on local economies. The analysis provides insights into the reconfiguration of rural labor markets, where increased labor supply has both revitalized traditional sectors and exposed infrastructural and policy gaps. Additionally, shifts in household income sources and consumption patterns underscore the need for adaptive economic strategies. By contextualizing these changes within the broader economic fabric of rural India, this paper illuminates the potential for reverse migration to serve as a catalyst for rural economic renewal. Furthermore, drawing on global case studies and comparative analyses, we offer policy recommendations designed to harness the positive aspects of reverse migration. These include enhancing rural infrastructure, fostering entrepreneurship, and leveraging remittances for sustainable development. The paper emphasizes a holistic approach to policy-making, aiming to transform the challenges posed by reverse migration into a strategic opportunity for long-term rural growth. In doing so, it contributes to the discourse on rural development by presenting a nuanced understanding of reverse migration's impact and proposing actionable pathways for leveraging this demographic shift towards economic resilience and prosperity.

Abstract In general, there are many things related to personality in autistic children that are abnormal when compared to normal children, and these characteristics are not the same in autistic children; each type of trait is unique in each person. These methods are important to mix the child with normal children and open up the behavior to make them normal children. But this process may not be successful at all because these artisan children are not like normal children in many respects other than their speech and intelligence. Due to the human-assisted therapy we are using now, the personality changes of those children are seen very late, and due to this delay, their age increases, and they may not become normal children in time to turn them into normal children at the right time. Art children are quickly becoming ordinary children due to AI tools. Different kinds of AI tools are very effective because these eccentric kids don't mind using them, and it's a very play-and-learn method, so kids love them because these tools help them to stay focused and focus their attention on one topic. This feature appears quickly when they are compared.

This study proposes a new modality of ultrafast laser therapy and microRNA (miRNA)-based personalized therapy for managing chronic pain, with a target for optimized efficacy in Kyrgyzstan. With cutting-edge bioinformatics, laser technology, and genetic analysis, the work compares efficacy of such a dual modality therapy in seven regions, in terms of demographics, working profiles, and access to care in each region. With high-facilitated mathematics and algorithms, therapy protocols for individual therapy for optimized pain, reduced addiction to opioids, and with multi-dimensional factors in managing chronic pain, individual therapy protocols become a necessity. With a 5,000-patient cohort, the work reveals a high 78% improvement in pain, translating to a 42% improvement in patient outcomes. Efficacy is age-dependent, occupations-dependent, and geographical locations-dependent, and localized, fact-dependent interventions become important. With a new modality, a model for a technology-intensive, personalized, and scalable model for managing chronic pain with a target for individualized care and high-tech integration for optimized patient care and reduced use of conventional killers comes into consideration.

The traditional asset management and trading arena is loaded with heavy charges, poor transparency, slow processing, and third-party involvement, which makes it difficult for users to securely and effectively buy, sell, and retain their assets. The app for Asset Tokenization Management uses blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized storage to remove all these inefficiencies and present a trading platform that is secure, transparent, and fully automated. MetaMask wallets will enable users to tokenize their assets, which are then securely stored and linked through IPFS and Pinata to ensure data integrity along with verifiable ownership. Tokenized assets are finally minted as NFTs on Polygon testnet, ensuring their authenticity, security, and immutable ownership records via blockchain technology, while standard peer-to-peer market covering trading on the platform further makes trades seamless because it entirely eliminates all middlemen, cuts costs down on transactions. Additionally, Alchemy and Hardhat are also used for the deployment of smart contracts with very high scalability and reliability. Management of assets is made easy for users, with options for relisting, transferring, or holding acquired tokenized assets according to their convenience.

FPGA implementation of different image processing methods has become necessary due to the growing need for video processing on hardware. A significant amount of research is being conducted in the field of image processing and video processing using FPGA. The paper discusses two implementation blocks, namely picture block generation and RGB to YCbCr and YCbCr to RGB conversion. The design has demonstrated that it is effective for high definition (HD) video sequences with frame sizes of 1920 x 1080. The experimental results show that the implemented hardware architecture performs well while converting color spaces from RGB to YCbCr. Among the logic devices known as programmable logic devices (PLDs) is a subset called FPGAs. Their composition consists of a grid of interconnected programmable logic blocks that can be set up "in the field" to connect with other logic blocks to carry out different types of digital operations. While the increased cost of individual FPGAs is not as significant and where designing and producing a custom circuit would not be practical, FPGAs are frequently employed in limited (low) quantity manufacture of custom-made items and in research and development. The versatility, high signal processing speed, and parallel processing capabilities of FPGAs are advantageous in the automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, and industrial domains. It also offers the advantages of being fast, simple, and little in size. Both bocks are intended for use on commercial field programmable gate array (FPGA) devices.

In day-to-day activities we encounter with different individuals and situations and definitely no one will response or react to each individual and situation in same way as he or she reacts to anyone of them. This variability in our reactions depends upon so many factors. For instance, we may treat different individuals as per their age, occupation, closeness, social status, past experiences, etc. All the factors mentioned earlier create a perception about the person interacting with and stimulate our future responses and reactions. This response or reaction is none other than our behaviour and every human activity (non-economic or economic) is more or less influenced by his or her behaviour. Behaviour dominates a person's receptions of and responses or reactions to different stimuli. Though, behaviour is a subjective concept as it differs from person to person, in context like income, expenditure, savings and investment common reactions influenced by a certain stimulus can be identified. Thus, study of behaviour will definitely help in predicting an individual's future economic activities. Behavioural Economics is discipline of study which focuses on how human psychology affects an individual's economic decisions which if influence a large number of people may create a significant impact of financial system prevailing in an economy. Behavioural Finance deals with how the mentality of an individual influences his investment decisions. However, the scope of behavioural finance is not limited with only investing decisions rather it also touches his spending and saving habits as the expenditure, savings and investment are interrelated. The present research paper tries to analyze common investment behaviour among the sample and also find out if there is any association with the socio-demographic characteristics of individuals.

The integration of technology in tertiary education has had a great impact on the nature of English language learning; students have flexibility, engagement, and the nature of accessibility in learning. This study explores how digital tools, mobile applications, artificial intelligence-driven language resources, and virtual classrooms affect language acquisition, probing into the enhancement factors of linguistic proficiency, learner autonomy, and motivation while detecting some key challenges such as digital literacy gaps, the lack of interaction, and accessibility concerns. Using a quantitative research design, this study investigates the computer self-efficacy relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, and behavioral intention to adopt online language learning applications. Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and structural equation modeling tools are used for assessing reliability, correlations, and overall effectiveness in technology-enhanced learning. Findings suggest that perceived usefulness and attitudes toward online learning are closely related, but the role of gender and experience is significant for technology acceptance. The study also emphasizes the opportunity of digital environments in creating more interactive and personal experiences in language learning while drawing attention to pedagogical practice in bridging existing gaps. By bringing about insights on optimizing technology in use for language learning, there can be enlightenment to the policy-makers and educational stakeholders in ways that would advance fair access, enhanced learning.
