Employee retention has become a key organizational issue today owing to the competitive corporate environment. Poor employee retention results in higher hiring costs, lower productivity, and a drain on proprietary know-how. Investing in formal and ongoing employee training programs is some of the best legislation for employee retention. Training helps employees develop new skills, improve job satisfaction, and adds to the sense of being a part of the organization. It is this research that the next part of this article intends to set forth and discuss i.e. the correlation of employee training with retention, how effective measures of employee training result in greater loyalty from employees and lesser rates of employee turnover. An extensive literature review shows that retention is higher with companies that develop employees. This research is based on existing theories like Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, and Capital Theory which explains how training fulfills internal and external needs of employees leading to better satisfaction in their job. This study examines different types of training: on-the-job-training, mentoring, e - learning and leadership Development and focus on the employees commitment and long term organization involvement. Employing a mixed-method research design, the study comprises of quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews of human resources professionals and employees from various industries. We apply statistical tests to see the relation of training programs and retention of the employee. Results showed that employees with relevant and frequent training are less likely to leave their organization, and have greater levels of motivation, productivity, and job commitment. Conversely, companies that do not provide training experience higher attrition because of disengaged employees and lack of career advancement opportunities. Drawing on the research evidence, the research makes concrete suggestions to organizations for how to improve training initiatives. Organizations should prioritize personalized learning experiences, ongoing skill-building, and career progression opportunities in order to maximize retention. Investing in employee development will enable organizations to have a more engaged, happier, and loyal workforce that, in the long run, can lead to business success.

Solid waste management (SWM) is one of the primary responsibilities of city managers and one of the effective manifestations of good governance. Effective waste management can reduce negative health and environmental impacts, save resources, and improve urban livability. However, rapid urbanization and financial and institutional constraints have exacerbated unsustainable waste management practices, negatively impacting public health and environmental sustainability. As people consume the base's air and water, they generate large amounts of waste that impact their lives. Increasing industrialization, population, and waste generation pose major challenges to environmental sustainability in the absence of appropriate waste management measures (Sawalkar, RS, 2023 ) . Considering these challenges, this study focuses on efforts to "reduce organic waste generation by encouraging its reduction, recycling, and reuse". This research aims "incorporates feedback loops, focuses on processes, embodies adaptability, and moves waste away from disposal".

Controlling mosquitoes and taking precautions against mosquito bites are two of the most crucial ways to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. The main objective of this study was to use natural ingredients to create a mosquito-repellent coil. In this composition, limonene oil was used as pesticide. Following the extraction of these oils, the proper proportions of gum acacia, water, camphor, turmeric, and activated charcoal were added to serve as a binder. Over time, the coil base material's many chemicals might burn slowly, decreasing or releasing insects. An effective and safe method of mosquito repellent is the use of naturally occurring compounds. Its formulation, evaluation, and characterization were finished for safe and effective use. Most of mosquito-repellent products and devices are made up of synthetic materials presented in the market which cause various harmful effects on human beings. The resistance can be developed by the mosquito due to continuous exposure at high doses. Hence, the present research work represents the development and evaluation of mosquito repellent sticks with the help of various herbal products such as starch powder, wood powder, charcoal powder, eucalyptus oil, coconut oil, lavender oil, lemongrass, and cinnamon oil, peppermint and citronella, neem oil making them ozone-friendly, financial effective, non-harmful.

Modern economics has become a source of justification of the present leading elites. Reason is that presently economics as a discipline has been monopolised by a particular narrative. Its basic assumptions are not tested and mathematical tools are used to justify the logical results of the fundamental assumptions. Economics like any other discipline is embedded in the different discourses related to the complete understanding of economic behaviour of human society. Present understanding of economics has been the result of a long process of evolution and this evolution need not to be understood as linear in nature. Discourse is inherently political in nature because it differentiates between the truth and falsehood , rather it determines what will be valid facts and what are not. This arbitrary nature of the disciple and discourses within it gives economics like any other discipline inherently political propensities.

This study presents a real-time, non-invasive heart disease prediction system using webcam-based physiological signal extraction and machine learning. Facial video input is analyzed to detect heart rate (BPM) and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) using color magnification and Fourier transform techniques. A trained Random Forest Classifier predicts heart conditions based on these parameters, providing instant feedback. This cost-effective solution enables continuous heart health monitoring, making it useful for early detection in remote healthcare and telemedicine applications.

The term artificial intelligence (AI) describes a machine's capacity to perform tasks that are often accomplished by employing human intelligence, such as learning, asking questions, solving issues, and making judgments. Synthetic intelligence makes use of rule-based structures, neural networks, expert structures, and device learning. AI uses methods and algorithms to organize data, make inferences from laws and patterns, and improve performance over time. The process of software checking out is used to assess and validate a software utility's or product's purported capabilities. Insect protection, lower improvement costs, and enhanced performance are all advantages of trying out. And transportation (CI/CD) pipelines, automation systems gradually lose some of their utility. The process of testing software takes a lot of time, effort, and fatigue. To improve quality and delivery time, automation technologies have been developed to assist in automating certain testing process tasks. Automation solutions increasingly lose some of their utility as pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) are introduced. Because AI is capable of checking code for errors and defects far more quickly than humans and without requiring human intervention, the testing community is looking to AI to fill the gap. Understanding how AI technology affects different STLC jobs or software testing components is the goal of this study. Additionally, the study attempts to identify and elucidate some of the most significant obstacles that software testers encounter when integrating AI into testing. Additionally, the research identifies a number of noteworthy ways AI could advance software
