The Personalized Skincare Product Recommendation System revolutionizes skincare product discovery and utilization by leveraging advanced deep learning techniques and content-based filtering. Central to the system is the substitution of traditional VGG models with ResNet Residual Neural Networks for skin type prediction. ResNet's innovative skip connections address the vanishing gradient problem, enhancing classification accuracy. By fine-tuning models such as ResNet50 on comprehensive skin-specific datasets, the system ensures robust, reliable skin type predictions, capturing the complexities of various skin types. Additionally, an integrated sophisticated content-based filtering recommendation engine meticulously matches users' skin types with appropriate skincare products, considering attributes like skin suitability, active ingredients, and formulations. This approach delivers personalized, data-driven product suggestions tailored to each individual's unique needs and preferences while ensuring computational efficiency and scalability. The system's dynamic skincare product database is continuously updated to reflect the latest market trends and product launches, ensuring users have access to the most effective and relevant solutions. By improving user experience with accurate predictions and tailored recommendations, this system sets a new industry standard, empowering users to make informed skincare choices. Advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities further allow the identification of patterns and trends in user behaviour and product preferences, supporting the development of targeted marketing strategies and personalized product offerings that enhance engagement and customer satisfaction. The Personalized Skincare Product Recommendation System represents a significant innovation in skincare, offering a holistic approach to skin type prediction and product recommendation poised to transform the skincare and beauty industry

This study has been undertaken to investigate the work-life balance of the female faculties in different institutions in Perambalur District in Tamil Nadu. Ladies are a very integral part of the family. Without a lady, the family could not complete. If she is working, that means she will carry multiple tasks at a time other than male. So, its needed to understand the work-life balance, its impact, work stress, job satisfaction, and burnout among female faculties. Here using primary and secondary data collected directly and using online platforms. The collected data was processed by using SPSS software in order to get an accurate result.

Agriculture underpins global food security and economic stability but faces challenges such as plant diseases and inefficient crop selection, which threaten productivity and sustainability. This study proposes an integrated system combining crop recommendations and leaf disease detection using advanced deep-learning techniques and ensemble learning. The plant disease detection module employs an ensemble of DenseNet201, VGG19, and InceptionV3 to accurately classify and diagnose plant diseases from leaf images, thereby leveraging the strengths of these architectures for feature extraction. Simultaneously, the crop recommendation module analyzes environmental factors such as soil properties, climate conditions, and geographical data to suggest optimal crops using machine learning models such as Gaussian NB. Comprehensive evaluations demonstrate that the proposed system achieves a high classification accuracy for both tasks, making it robust and reliable for real-world agricultural scenarios. This unified platform empowers farmers by providing actionable insights to enhance productivity, reduce crop losses, and promote sustainable agricultural practices. This system leverages AI-driven solutions to integrate traditional farming practices with modern technological advancements and empower sustainable agriculture.

Abstract Environmental sustainability is the responsibility to conserve natural resources and protect global ecosystems to support health and well being, now and in the future. Environmental sustainability maintains the health and bio-capacity of the environment. Sustainability promotes a better economy where there is little waste and pollution, fewer emissions, more jobs and a better distribution of wealth. Sustainable agriculture consists of environment friendly method of farming that allow the production of crops or livestock without damage to human or natural systems. By adopting sustainable practices, farmers will reduce their reliance on non-renewable energy, reduce chemical use and save scarce resources. Keeping the land healthy and replenished can go a long way when considering the rising population and demand for food. The Paschim Medinipur District in the state of West Bengal is chiefly an agricultural district where more than 70% of the population lives in rural area and among them majority depends on agriculture and agriculture related occupations. This paper describes the Environmental Sustainability on agriculture in Paschim Medinipur District, West Bengal Different methods like crop rotation, agro forestry, cover crop, organic farming mulch-poly culture etc. are used for the sustainability of agriculture.

Water plays an essential role in human life. Due to increased human population, industrialization, use of fertilizers in agriculture and made activity, freshwater bodies are being polluted. It is therefore necessary that the quality of drinking water should be checked at regular time interval. Human population suffers from a variety of water borne diseases. It is difficult to understand the biological phenomena fully because the chemistry of water reveals much about the metabolism of the ecosystem and explain the hydro biological relationship.

Dental implants are widely used in the restoration of lost dentition, either in fully edentulous or partially edentulous patients. A very high success rate of implant therapy has been observed over the years. In some sites, it is very difficult to obtain the amount of bone height to place these implants. Many techniques have been used to augment the alveolar ridge, especially in the posterior mandibular region. These approaches are highly technically demanding and require a longer healing period, which can result in further complications. Short implants appear to be a valid alternative with reasonable evidence of a high success rate to bone augmentation procedures in the treatment of atrophic alveolar ridges.

Tax Buoyancy is an indicator of the efficiency of a country's tax system. The primary determinant of tax buoyancy is Gross Domestic Product (GDP) but it is also impacted by Inflationary trends, tax compliance rate and tax reforms. This paper is an attempt to analyze the importance and relative impacts of GDP, inflation (CPI), tax compliance rate and tax reforms on total tax revenue and tax buoyancy in India during the post liberalization period from 1991 to 2024 with an objective to provide some policy implications that can help to ensure better sustainability and improved health of India's fiscal economy.

Chronic stable angina is the most common manifestation of ischaemic heart disease in the developed world and is associated with impaired quality of life and increased mortality. The pathogenesis of stable angina is complex and often, albeit not always, involves flowlimiting epicardial coronary artery stenoses (atheromatous plaques) that reduce the ability of the coronary circulation to deliver appropriate blood supply to the myocardium. The coronary microcirculation can also play an important role. An imbalance between myocardial oxygen supply and metabolic oxygen demand causes the symptoms of angina pectoris and represents amajor therapeutic target. Rational treatment requires a multi-faceted approach combining lifestyle changes, aggressive management of modifiable coronary artery disease risk factors, pharmacological therapy and myocardial revascularization when appropriate. Despite modern therapies, many patients continue to suffer from angina. Several new anti-anginal drugs have been introduced that might allow more effective symptom control. These novel agents have specific mechanisms of action and fewer side effects compared to conventional drugs.
