Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) has fundamentally redefined the relationship between retailers and consumers by compressing delivery timelines from days and hours to mere minutes. In an era where immediacy has become a core consumer expectation, businesses operating in the grocery, food, pharmaceutical, and everyday essentials sectors are racing to build hyper-local fulfilment infrastructures backed by sophisticated marketing frameworks. This paper investigates the emergence and rapid growth of Quick Commerce as a transformative retail paradigm, with a focused examination of the marketing strategies deployed to attract, retain, and monetize customers in ultra-fast delivery ecosystems. Drawing on an extensive review of existing literature, industry reports, and primary survey data collected from 240 urban consumers and 30 Q-Commerce practitioners in major Indian metropolitan cities, this study identifies five strategic pillars underpinning successful Q-Commerce marketing: hyper-local targeting, data-driven personalization, app-centric customer engagement, transparent last-mile communication, and value-based loyalty architecture. The findings reveal that consumer trust, speed perception, and app usability are the dominant determinants of platform stickiness, while aggressive discount-led acquisition strategies are increasingly unsustainable without complementary retention mechanisms. The paper further evaluates the operational enablers of Q-Commerce marketing, including dark store networks, AI-powered demand forecasting, and real-time delivery tracking. Recommendations are offered for brands seeking to build long-term competitive advantage in this space, alongside a candid assessment of current limitations such as unit economics challenges, environmental concerns, and market saturation risks. The study concludes with a forward-looking perspective on the future of Q-Commerce marketing, encompassing drone delivery integration, voice commerce, and sustainable fast fulfilment models.

Abstract Public policy is the basic guideline for the steps taken by various government agencies in various matters of the country. Public policy is formulated to solve the problems of citizens and to improve the overall condition of the country. If these policies are well incorporated into the functioning of the government, it makes the governance of a city, state or country easy and effective. Therefore, public policy has become very important in the modern world. The initiative taken by the state for the welfare of people from all walks of life is called public policy in a nutshell. Public policy is formulated for overall development in the interest of the public from the district to the national level. The responsibility of implementing public policy also lies with the central and state governments. Currently, technology is gradually improving. In the digital age, the complexity of socio-economic development has increased. There are problems of education, health, housing, jobs of the people. Along with this, there are various problems like climate change, digital security. To solve all of them quickly, appropriate policy formulation is required. Skilled policy makers and analysts are needed to manage that work. Again, various ideas about social inequality work among the socially conscious youth community. Many people dream of social change. If they want to play the role of administrators, then they need to have sufficient knowledge of this public policy. The demand for courses related to public policy has increased in the last few years. In this, paper I want to discuss some selective policies which are initiated by Government of West Bengal.

Adequate knowledge and positive attitudes about opioids are imperative for nursing students to ensure that pain is managed effectively and an opioid addiction is avoided. Understanding student's perspectives regarding use of opioids and overdoses is important for the improvement of nursing education as well as the care of the patients. The relative rise in the use of opioids has produced numerous challenges and responsibilities for healthcare professionals, particularly nurses. This study aims to determine the knowledge and attitude of nursing student of selected colleges on opioid use. Evaluating their perceptions and awareness is important for promoting safe and effective practices of pain management. By identifying these factors, educational gaps can be recognized, and the curriculum can be strengthened to better prepare future nurses to be prepared in the administration of opioids and patient care.

EmotionAI is a desktop-first system designed for multimodal emotion detection and stress support. It utilizes a Windows-focused Electron application with a React frontend, coupled with a Python Flask backend for all processing and AI services. The platform performs real-time analysis by fusing deep learning inference from user-recorded webcam video and microphone audio to predict one of seven core emotions (neutral, happy, sad, angry, fearful, disgust, surprised). A proprietary temporal reasoning engine tracks emotional stability and transition rates, deriving an estimated stress score and label. A key feature is the system's background "Auto Mode," which monitors the user at defined intervals. Upon detecting a significant negative emotional shift, the system triggers a native Windows notification, offering a proactive intervention such as the automatic playback of a user-mapped local support song. EmotionAI leverages the Groq LLaMA 3.3 70B model for low-latency generation of personalized support content, including supportive stories, quotes, and media recommendations. The project's goal is to move beyond single-point emotion classification by focusing on emotional change and providing continuous, accessible support.

Postpartum mental health is an important area of concern that extends beyond the immediate postnatal period. The present study aimed to examine the relationship between perceived postpartum support and long-term mental health outcomes among women following childbirth. A quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive correlational research design was employed. The study included 100 women aged 18 to 45 years who had experienced childbirth within the past five years. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire consisting of standardized instruments: the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings indicated that a considerable proportion of participants reported mild to severe symptoms of depression and anxiety. Moderate levels of perceived social support were reported by the majority of participants. A significant negative correlation was observed between perceived social support and depression (r = -0.45, p < .01), as well as between perceived social support and anxiety (r = -0.40, p < .01). The findings suggest that higher perceived social support is associated with lower levels of psychological distress among postpartum women. The study highlights the importance of sustained emotional, familial, and professional support in promoting long-term maternal mental health and psychological recovery following childbirth.

While using online learning platforms, I noticed that most of them work in a fixed way. Once a topic starts, it keeps going without really checking whether the student is understanding it or not. After some time, this makes it harder to stay focused, especially when the topic is new. In my understanding, learning does not always happen in a straight flow. Sometimes I need things explained again, and sometimes I want to move ahead quickly. Because of this, a more flexible approach makes sense where the explanation can adjust based on what the learner needs. I also feel that listening to explanations can be easier than reading for long periods. Along with this, keeping track of progress and having short notes can help while revising later.

The research examine the impact of hybrid work policies on the work-life-balance of employees in the educational sector. A quantitative approach was used to collect data through the questionnaire of the faculty members. The findings reveal that hybrid work enhances flexibility, reduces the stress of commuting, and increases productivity and job satisfaction. However problem such as unclear boundaries and the lack of face-to-face communication are still presents. The paper ends by saying that well-guided policies and the firm backing of the organization are the main ingredients for the successfully implementation of hybrid work.

In recent times, the rapid expansion of digital technology in India has brought about a radical transformation in the nature of political participation and communication. Currently, the influence of widely used social media platforms, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, is steadily on the rise. This has significantly facilitated and streamlined the channels of mutual communication between political party leaders and citizens. This research paper examines the role of social media within the Indian political landscape, placing particular emphasis on its impact on political participation and communication. In addition to enhancing the accessibility of political discourse, social media platforms have enabled "real-time" or instantaneous communication, a phenomenon particularly evident among the younger generation. Consequently, young people have gained the opportunity to engage in the political process by acquiring knowledge on various political issues and exercising informed judgment. Through these platforms, they can express their support for, or opposition to, political parties according to their preferences, and actively articulate their opinions on related matters via social media. Furthermore, digital media have decentralized the flow of information, thereby adding a new dimension to the dynamics of election campaigns, public rallies, and political debates. However, while these platforms have granted the general public easy access to a vast repository of information, they have simultaneously ushered in various negative consequences. This article offers a critical analysis of the diverse challenges associated with social media, such as the dissemination of misinformation or disinformation, polarization, the manipulation or influencing of public opinion, data misuse, and the violation of personal privacy, and attempts to propose potential remedial strategies. Social media holds immense potential to significantly strengthen democratic participation in India. By ensuring its proper and responsible use, alongside the implementation of enhanced security measures, appropriate regulatory frameworks, and the promotion of digital literacy, its negative aspects can be largely mitigated. Although the effective implementation of such measures may prove somewhat challenging, it remains a pragmatic and indispensable endeavor. Social media simultaneously enriches and complicates the democratic process, and in the current political landscape, it has emerged as a highly significant and decisive factor.
