Emotional well-being is shaped by cultural values, social relationships, and generational experiences. In collectivist cultures, it is closely linked to family structures, social harmony, and interdependent identities. The present study explores how emotional well-being is understood across generations through a thematic analysis of 46 research articles drawn from cross-cultural psychology and well-being literature. The analysis identifies key generational patterns as well as broader cultural mechanisms influencing emotional experiences. Findings suggest that emotional well-being among older generations is strongly rooted in traditional collectivist values such as family obligation, social connectedness, and intergenerational reciprocity. Millennials occupy a transitional space, negotiating tensions between personal autonomy and collective expectations within rapidly changing social environments. Generation Z demonstrates emerging patterns of emotional regulation, identity negotiation, and cultural hybridity shaped by globalization and digital interconnectedness. Across generations, common themes include the role of family support, cultural identity, emotion regulation, and the influence of social change on psychological experiences. The findings highlight that emotional well-being in collectivist contexts is dynamic and continuously shaped by cultural norms, generational transitions, and evolving socio-cultural environments. This study contributes to cross-cultural psychology by providing a generational perspective on emotional well-being and emphasizing the importance of culturally sensitive frameworks for understanding mental health across diverse societies.

Nature has been around since the creation of the world. This nature lives on trees and other animals. It is completely impossible to create an environment without trees or forests. Trees play an important role as an essential part of this environment. Nature has given so much to human beings that in return, nature has only received deforestation. In the distant past, as well as in the present, it is impossible to imagine the environment without trees. Rabindranath Tagore focused on nature in his short stories as well as literature. In addition to Rabindranath Tagore's short stories, we find mention of the environment in many of his big stories. We find his thoughts on the environment in the establishment of Santiniketan located in Birbhum district of West Bengal. Among all the poets and writers of subjugated India, Rabindranath Tagore was probably the first to show the way of how to provide education in the lap of nature. He also gave great importance to tree plantation. In today's world, people need 'free air' again in their luxurious lives. There is no end to human needs. In the past, when civilization could not progress so much, people were worried about how to enter into modern life and live a luxurious life. This happened with the change of time. Even though people live in the post-modern world today, they cannot remain confined within four walls and want to take refuge in the lap of nature again. That is, two types of beings are emerging in humans. Human beings want to live in the modern world so that they can live in luxury. On the other hand, they want to live in the open air. So whenever humans get a vacation or leisure, they run to the mountains to breath cover in the open air. Today, they are living in modern urban civilization and they are exhausted. That is why we see attempts to create fake nature in big buildings. But nature sometimes gets angry with human beings and continues its rampage. It can be said that nature will be angry with the way human being are doing injustice to the environment. Human being are practically lost today. Nature is standing right in its own place. Human being have brought their own dangers by living a life of luxury.

In today's digital era, data security has become a crucial concern as the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches continues to rise. The Secure File Sharing System provides a reliable platform that ensures the safe transmission and storage of files through strong encryption and controlled access mechanisms. Files are encrypted using advanced cryptographic algorithms such as AES and RSA before being uploaded, ensuring confidentiality and integrity. Authorized users can securely retrieve files using OTP or key based authentication, while access logs and expiry-based links prevent misuse and maintain accountability. This system demonstrates an effective approach to protecting sensitive information and promoting secure data exchange in cloud-based environments. By integrating strong authentication mechanisms and secure communication protocols, the system maintains data integrity and user privacy throughout the sharing process. Overall, this project demonstrates a practical and robust approach to secure file exchange, addressing key cybersecurity challenges such as data leakage, unauthorized sharing, and identity verification. It aims to build user trust by offering a transparent, safe, and user-friendly environment for sharing confidential information across digital networks.

Open Educational Resources (OERs) have emerged as an important innovation in modern education by providing freely accessible and openly licensed learning materials. These resources aim to improve accessibility, reduce educational costs, and promote flexible learning opportunities. The present study investigates students' awareness, usage patterns, perceived learning benefits, and challenges related to Open Educational Resources. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 144 students. Descriptive statistics and comparative analysis were used to interpret the responses. The study also explores differences in OER usage between male and female students and between rural and urban learners. The results indicate that a large majority of students use OERs and perceive them as beneficial for improving study quality, academic performance, and self-learning ability. Approximately 91.7% of respondents reported that OERs improved the quality of their studies, while 90.3% indicated improvement in examination performance. Gender-based analysis showed slightly higher perceived benefits among female students, whereas urban students reported somewhat better access and outcomes compared to rural students. Despite these positive perceptions, several challenges remain, including difficulty in finding relevant materials, technical barriers, and limited awareness of licensing practices. The findings highlight the growing importance of OERs in digital learning environments and suggest the need for greater awareness, improved infrastructure, and curriculum-aligned resources to maximize the benefits of open education.

The purchase habits of contemporary consumers are greatly influenced by online shopping sites. This study investigates how internet shopping platforms impact consumer behaviour and whether buying habits differ among various demographic groups, especially by region of residency. The study focuses on important elements including customer feedback, safe payment methods, discounts, convenience of use, and the whole buying experience. A standardized questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was used to gather primary data from active online shoppers as part of a quantitative research method. The results show that customers are influenced by online shopping portals in almost the same way in urban, semi-urban, and rural locations, suggesting that there is no regional diversity in consumer behavior. The report provides e-commerce companies with useful information for creating customer-focused and inclusive strategies.

Teacher mental health and well-being play a crucial role in the successful implementation of inclusive education. Inclusive education aims to provide equitable learning opportunities for all students, including those with diverse learning needs, disabilities, and socio-emotional challenges. However, the increasing demands of inclusive classrooms often place significant psychological, emotional, and professional pressures on teachers. This systematic review examines existing literature on teacher mental health and well-being within the context of inclusive education, with the objective of identifying key challenges, influencing factors, and possible strategies to support teachers effectively. The review analyses research studies, scholarly articles, and policy documents that focus on teachers' psychological well-being, stress levels, coping mechanisms, and institutional support systems in inclusive educational settings. Findings from the reviewed studies indicate that teachers frequently experience stress, burnout, emotional exhaustion, and role overload due to increased responsibilities, diverse classroom needs, inadequate training, and limited institutional support. Lack of resources, insufficient professional development in inclusive practices, and high expectations from parents and administrators further contribute to mental health challenges among teachers. Despite these challenges, the literature also highlights several protective factors that can enhance teacher well-being. Supportive school leadership, collaborative work environments, access to professional development programs, and adequate policy frameworks significantly improve teachers' coping abilities and job satisfaction. Additionally, the integration of mental health awareness programs, peer support systems, and teacher well-being initiatives within schools can foster a more positive and sustainable teaching environment.

The young generation has always been the centre of the cultural and sporting life of Indian society. The traditional sports were well embedded in the rural life, community formations, and informal physical training systems, e.g., Kabaddi. These sporting activities served not only as a form of sporting exercise, but also as a socialisation, discipline, and group identification. However, over the past decades, Indian sports, and Kabaddi, in particular, underwent a radical change as they started to be commercialised, expanded media presence, and institutional professionalisation. Haryana is at the head of this change. The state has a high sporting culture with a high percentage of the national and professional Kabaddi players in India. Kabaddi has been redefined as a career choice for the youth with the introduction of professional leagues, corporate sponsorship, and televised competitions. This change has improved visibility and monetary rewards, but has increased the performance pressure, competition, and physical stress of young players. In the context of such change, the issue of doping and drug abuse among young people is in urgent need of academic consideration. Professionalisation of Kabaddi presents strains, which are comparable to those found in the elite sports of the world, such as the quest for physical excellence, rapid recuperation, and longevity. In this paper, it is presented that youth athletes who are caught between traditional and professional Kabaddi can be even more vulnerable to using substances as a performance enhancement tool as well as a coping tool.
